About this house rental
Stunning and highly upgraded pool home perfect for 3-4 families. Our six-bedroom home with four bathrooms is perfect for gathering the family in one location. There are three Cal-king master bedrooms, one queen, and two children's rooms with full over full bunk beds. One Cal-king master and one children's room have a shared hallway bathroom on the main floor. The queen bedroom and the other children's bedroom share an upstairs hallway bathroom. The remaining two Cal-king masters have en-suites and are located upstairs. All bedrooms have 43' LCD TVs. A partially open-concept kitchen, family room, and dining area are perfect for enjoying each other's company. The upgraded kitchen has custom paneled cabinetry, granite countertops with full travertine backsplash, and stainless appliances: stove/oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. The dining room has plenty of seating with two dining tables, and an oversized sectional couch has a queen sleeper sofa. Bathrooms are upgraded with travertine floors, granite countertops, and custom white antique and cherry wood inked cabinets. In addition, the walk-in showers are upgraded with custom-designed travertine and marble inlays and pattern designs. Scraped laminate wood flooring throughout the downstairs and upgraded carpet throughout the upstairs. The home has high-speed wireless internet. There is central heating and air. The garage has a full-size Billards table, a Stiga ping pong table, and a washer and dryer. The rear yard has a beautiful in-ground pool & Jacuzzi with a child safety fence. There are child safety locks and alarms on all doors leading out to the pool to protect your children. There is outdoor dining located on our Flagstone patio with a cover. A natural gas bbq grill is situated off of the kitchen. The house is about a 3/4 mile walk to the Disneyland tram on Magic way. Watch Disney fireworks from the back/front yards. This house sleeps 15 in beds, and the Maximum Occupancy is 15 at any time (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors) Maximum Vehicles 3. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. Minimum Stay 3 Nights No Outside Music of Any Kind per Anaheim Code No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. City of Anaheim House Permit/Business License# REG2014-00174 Pricing includes a mandatory pool/jacuzzi fee, pool heated to 82, and Jacuzzi to 102 All major credit/debit cards are accepted. No cancellation refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend you purchase travel insurance. A signed Contract, guest list, and ID are required at booking. All homes are professionally cleaned per CDC guidelines. EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY These houses are for overnight sleeping purposes ONLY. You CAN NOT rent these houses for ANY gathering or event. The house was a little more dated than shown in the photos. It was more than enough space for our party, we only used 3 of the bedrooms, but other rooms were nice for the kids to play in. One of the bedroom shower head didn't work well and 2 of the shower drains didn't drain well, all in all it was an older home, but we still had a good time and appreciate to proximity to Disneyland and Target.

This is our third time staying in a Ladonna property. This property management company definitely knows how to please customers. We had three master suites with bathrooms, two bunk bedrooms, and another queen bedroom. Plenty of bathrooms. Plenty of privacy. Lots of seating for large groups at meal times. Lots of seating for TV relaxation time. We adults struggled a bit with the child alarm to the backyard. But a phone call, which was promptly answered, resolved the issue quickly. The game room in the garage was also a huge hit with a pool table and ping-pong table, whenever we have to be in Anaheim for a convention… we book with LaDonna.

“Sensational” is a stretch at best. The place serves the purpose but at a very high price point
Pros: Location! location! location! Neighbors are really nice too
Cons:
- Squeaky floors and not-so-comfy mattresses made it hard for 3 families to coexist.
- the place could have been cleaner, we found few spider webs in the house and you can’t ignore the misty smell when you first walk in.
- We woke up to a person and their dog in the backyard at 3:30 AM. It was scary as you can imagine as the backyard was supposed to be gated and closed. We had to call Anaheim PD and they were super nice removing them, the person turned out to be homeless and wondered into the backyard by accident and they didn’t know how to go out. Mgmt company couldn’t care less about how this person had access and how to prevent this from happening again. I asked they notify the owner and there were no follow ups. That was not a pleasant experience.
For a hefty price you’d expect a much better experience overall.

The property was exactly what we were promised. Plenty of space and well taken care of. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the house is the rules set by Anaheim. They are very strict on the noise policy and utilization of the hot tub after 10 pm. The owners have no control over this, but thought I would mention it.

We had a family reunion with 10 adults and 3 grandchildren and couldn't have been happier. The kids loved playing in the pool and spa after a day at the parks and the rooms were all spacy and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and when we requested an extra parking pass for the street, they responded very promptly.

We had a great time. The property did a great job to alert us about Anaheim laws. The house was everything we desired and more!!! Anaheim is not friendly to visitors...SOOO many rules regarding noise and other local ordinances to a point that it's unwelcoming. If you need a great, great, great place to land and use as a base to see Southern, CA...this is a GREAT house and property managment company that supports it. Incredible amenities.

We had 14 people, 5 kids ages 5-10. The house was perfect for our family!! Playroom and pool was perfect for everyone. Kitchen is well equipped to feed the masses. Was everything I was hoping for. House does need a couple minor fixes.

We loved our stay at this home. It is beautiful, and perfect for a large group. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to go around, and there is also a ton of gathering space, both indoors and outdoors. The backyard is fantastic, and pool was super fun. The kitchen and eating areas were perfect, and very clean. We were very happy with our vacation experience.

Our family, ages 4-67, had a great time in this house. With six bedrooms and five bathrooms, everyone had their own personal space. The beautiful pool and jacuzzi were enjoyed by all. Totally enclosed with fencing and alarms on the doors, the pool was not a cause for alarm for the safety of our four year olds. There were plenty of pool towels and lots of necessities provided like shampoo, dishwasher and washing machine soap pods. Check in and checkout was easy. The house is well worn…creaky stairs and floors and paint missing here and there, but the bathrooms were beautiful and ample and we were very happy here. I highly recommend this house!

This property was everything we needed and more! First, the proximity to Disneyland was ideal. After a long day at the park it was great to come back to the home in which every bedroom had its own television so everyone could relax. However, the family also had enough space so that all 14 of us could enjoy a movie together with plenty of space. And also enjoy meals together The ample number of bathrooms was perfect for many to get ready at the same time. Our group consisted of seniors all the way down to toddlers so the different needs of everyone were met in this property. The pool area was also just perfect and had enough shade so that those who didn’t want to swim could still enjoy hanging out in comfort. I can’t say enough about how wonderful our experience was.

We ended our Disneyland vacation with rest relaxation and fun at this vacation home that comfortably held our whole family of 10. the location was only about 10 minutes from the Disneyland parking lot. We love that the backyard had a fenced off pool. The home was very clean. There were plenty enough bathrooms. the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Property manager was easy to communicate with during the booking process. We had an issue with the spa. The person on call responded right away. We would definitely book this home again. Could not have found a more perfect place for 3 sets of grandparents and 2 families with kids. Every group had their own bathroom to use. Clean home! Within the first 24 hours there, we saw water leaking on the floor from the freezer and water leaking under the kitchen sink. I called the property manager who addressed and fixed the issues the day of! This house is so close to Disney and stores/groceries. We are impressed with our experience and stay at this house!

The house was large and very comfortable. Some of the beds were not that comfortable. Need new mattresses, especially upstairs. There were cracks in the ceiling in the dining area and scuffs and marks on the walls. The dishwasher and refridgerator leaked but I called the management and they were extremely quick about coming out and replacing the dishwasher. I loved the dining area, very large and spacious and was great for large families. The pool was amazing and heated as we wished. We all loved swimming. The kids loved the game room in the garage. It was very close to Disneyland. Overall it was a wonderful vacation, just needs a little updating. Thank you

Thank you for making our stay very confortable. We thought we were going to be tight and we weren’t sure if we were all going to fit. To our surprise the rooms are very spacious and private. It was perfect for our large family and everything was near us. Thank you for letting us have a great time!

We had a great time! It was spacious for 10 people and close to Disney. I would have loved to enjoy the pool and pool table past 10:00 but we understand that’s out of you control. Over all it was a great place to stay.

My entire family stayed at this home. It had a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms for us. It was clean & spacious. We loved the pool and hot tub too!

The house itself is absolutely beautiful. There is a bathroom in just about every room. Kitchen and livingroom are big enough for family time. Only cons are the instructions on the welcome tablet and the binder that shows you how to work things in the house isn't not for that particular property. It's really for a different house which made it difficult to use the pool and open door and so on. Once we figured out everything it was smooth sailing.

Easy Family House near Disneyland
This house was a great fit for our family of 10 people including 4 kids. We were back and forth to Disneyland easily. The house is nice but not so fancy that we were on edge. The one challenge was the VERY deep pool - at least 10ft. We would have preferred more shallow area to play, but we made the best of it. We kept two adults life guarding at all times and kept the non-swimmers in life jackets/floaties.

We rented this house to go to Disneyland and Universal Studios and the beach. We were very comfortable. My kids loved the pool and being so close to everything meant we got to do everything we wanted. We couldn't get the hot tub heated the first day (probably just us our fault) and called Maintenance, they helped right away and was able to get it going immediately and worked from then on. Great customer service! We will definitely be back!

Disneyland was walkable but driving worked well too as you could come and go from the park-aid as many times as you liked for the one day fee. You can go first thing in the morning come back eat supper and hit the pool then go back to Disneyland in the evening. Pool was amazing the Jacuzzi would get nice and hot when we turned it on. House was clean and 3 families consisting of 11 people were very comfortable in all the rooms. Kitchen appliances were well used and a little dirty we would clean some of them before using. BBQ was spotless but only seem to cook near the front portion. Garbage bins outside were full to the brim when we got there, we contacted the property manager and they were taken away till garbage day upon us leaving the yard guys showed and between us and them they were filled again leaving a new problem for the next renters. We had a great time at the property over all and would recommend to friends and family.

This was a great place to stay for our group of 10 people. The pool was perfect after a long day at Disneyland. The flowers in the gardens were gorgeous and smelled amazing.
