Situated in Desert Ridge, this attractive house for $269 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Sonoran desert style home, lots of light and with an open floor plan. Ideally located in N. Phoenix. Easy access to AZ 101, AZ 51 and I 17 to explore Phoenix, Scottsdale and beyond (Flagstaff, Sedona). In a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, close to movies, dining, shopping, spas, golf courses. This is our primary home and we pay a lot of attention to small details. We love, minimalist environments, with lots of bright light and a mix of modern and ethnic decor. The house is 2 bedroom/2 bath plus den with approx. 1,900 sq. ft of living space and an open and bright floor plan. Includes a two car covered garage. The backyard has Sonoran Desert landscaping, with a covered terrace, grass area and private non-heated pool with deck. There is no barbecue grill. Guests will have the house for themselves and will not be sharing it. The house fits 4 people comfortably, with option for 2 more guests to stay in the sofa bed by the Den. The master bedroom is very large and with lots of natural light. It has a king Tempurpedic bed. The master bath is open and bright was fully renovated in the Summer of 2022, has a large walk in shower with rain shower, shower head. Lights dim. The guest bedroom is smaller and has a double-sized bed and a TV with Cable Service. The guest bathroom is adjacent and recently renovated with granite shower. The Den has a sofa bed (double size) and a 50' HDTV equipped with Cable Service and a Chromecast device from Google for Video on Demand (VOD) streaming. There is WiFi through the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, oven, cooking range, oven, reverse osmosis water filter, fridge, coffee maker, blender, toaster and full set of silverware. There is a 3rd bedroom in the house where we keep our belongings and which you will not have access. This is a NO PETS, NO SMOKING home. We rent to adults over 30 yrs with NO KIDS as the pool is not fenced. We also ask to respect the neighbors and keep any noise or music to acceptable limits and no loud conversations, noise or music after 10:00PM in the backyard. We love our neighbors, they love us too and plan to keep it that way! Housecleaning service - once per week - can be included for an additional fee for guests staying one or more weeks. If you are interested, please ask. Cashman Park is behind the house and across the street, with playgrounds, barbecue areas and a big open field to play ball. Adjacent to the park there is Public School. Have in mind that there might be kids’ activity and some noise during the day coming from the park and school.

My wife and I spent 4 weeks here and loved it. The house is large, comfortable and fully equipped. The neighborhood is quiet but there are many stores and restaurants a mile away. We loved walking on the nice walking trails in the neighborhood. Agustin was a very accommodating host. We hope to come back.

The house had everything that we needed and the location was perfect (a mile from the pro shop @ Wildfire Golf club). The only drawback was the weather which was extremely cold and wet but you can't blame the host for that.

I rented this house for 6 weeks whilst I was recovering from a kidney transplant. The owners could not have been more helpful and accommodating. The house is wonderful and has plenty of room. The backyard and pool are beautiful. The location is absolutely amazing. It was so convenient to the hospital. Plus there are tons of shops and supermarkets just down the street. I would definitely stay here again!

This is our fourth time we have been at this property. It has always been clean, very well equipped and stocked with the basics and the location in Desert Ridge is perfect for all of our activities—shopping, walking, hiking and golf! Best hosts EVAH!

This beautifully equipped house was the perfect location for a visit with our daughter and son-in-law’s new home. We could get to see our grandson in 5 minutes! A huge shopping area is 5 min away. The kitchen is fabulous and well stocked. The beautiful pool is inviting and beckoned on warmer days.? Any issues were addressed immediately. We will seriously consider staying here in subsequent visits.

This Phoenix property has everything we need to relax and enjoy the Arizona sunshine. It’s well equipped for cooking meals at home yet close to restaurants.The neighborhood is quiet and safe with a park and beautiful walking trails. It’s close to Desert Ridge Mall and is easily accessible to major roadways for exploring other areas. The owners of this home are very gracious and easy to work with. We love it and have already booked a stay for next year.

My husband and I just finished a 5 night stay in this lovely home. Communication with the owners was perfect, the home was well stocked and sparkling clean. The pool, although Unheated, was a comfortable temperature and a nice break for a hot stretch stretch of weather. We stopped and bought pool noodles, there didn’t appear to be any floating toys for use. The location was close to shopping as well as Both Cave Creek and Carefree (15-20 minutes) Thx for making this available! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Just about perfect, because it would be PERFECT if we could have stayed longer! The property is located in a very well maintained neighborhood with plenty of walking paths, and 3/4 mile from Marketplace. House is very well stocked and always comfortable. We are booked to stay here again next t year!

Lovely home with beautiful back yard. Several walking paths and a park near this home which we used most every day. Shopping Mall within 2 miles. Close to main highways yet in a very quiet residential setting. Had some issues with the wifi, owner was helpful when contacted.

This home has everything—location is less than a mile from shopping and restaurants; close to Loop 101; lots of great golf a short drive away. The home is impeccable. The yard perfect. Weather did not permit use of pool but it looks wonderful. Owners extremely friendly and great to work with.

This house was perfect in every way. Super well equipped, super clean and comfy, great location in relation to a conference I was attending. Within 2 miles are all kinds of restaurants, an Albertson's, theatres and shops. Well located for all of the directions we went in for touring around. No need to have any concerns with these folks or this house. You will not be disappointed!
