Sanibel Unit 203 is a 2200 square foot oceanfront unit with direct beach access and is adjacent to a pristine traffic-free beach, which makes this one of the nicest and most desired condos in the Daytona Beach area. Our unit has 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths, a bonus room that is great for the kids, heated swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, community room, and a pool table! Sanibel Condominium is located south of the Dunlawton Bridge in Daytona Beach Shores, which is a safe, quiet, and secure area away from the crowds but in close proximity to some of the best dining on the East Coast. During your stay, you will find luxury amenities in the unit such as granite countertops in the kitchen and baths, flat-screen televisions in the living room and all bedrooms, large walk-in closets in all bedrooms, free wireless internet, a large in-unit laundry room with front load washer and dryer. Additionally, linens are included for your convenience in all bedrooms and bathrooms. Balcony--Directly overlooks the beach, pool, and hot tub area. The balcony also has tables, patio chairs, and two wooden Adirondack chairs. Kitchen--Fully equipped, granite countertops, breakfast bar, and separate dining room table Living Area-- Two reclining leather sofas, 4K Ultra HD 55" Samsung Smart TV Master Suite--King Bed with oceanfront view and balcony, flat-screen TV, large walk-in closet, ensuite master bath with two sinks, granite countertops, large walk-in shower, and two-person Jacuzzi tub. Bedroom#2--King Bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, private bath with granite countertops and bathtub-shower combination. The bedroom has an inter-coastal waterway view. Bedroom#3--Queen Bed, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet with an inter-coastal waterway view. Bonus Room-- Twin + Queen bed with a flat-screen TV. My husband just returned from our 3 week stay in this beautiful condo. Family joined us for the last week of our stay and it was the perfect size for a family vacation by the beach! The owners were great to deal with and check-in process was seamless. We are looking forward to returning in the future.

We loved our stay, beach front was awesome. The view was spectacular. They had all the necessary amenities in the kitchen, great sized washer and dryer. Nice hot tub and pool. Good internet. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Christmas getaway
We had a wonderful time spending our 30th anniversary and Christmas with our family in your Condo. It was clean and set up perfectly for our family of 8 adults. The owners were get had communication!

Watch out!
After a year of COVID we were excited to be in warm weather and relax. The week we chose was great because spring break was over and there were very few guests., overall we had a nice time but I was hit with a 230 . 00 bill for a broken bed frame that I assure you I did not break . There was no drinking or wild parties and I am a 62 year old woman that stayed in the room so I was very surprised to hear there was damage,. I have no recourse on fighting these charges. I would not rent from them again.

Excellent choice don’t pass this one by
We rented this property for two weeks. The place was beautiful and very clean. A lot of amenities, fully equipped kitchen. A lot of space. Four bedrooms with flat screen TVs in each room. Three bathrooms. Parking space in garage where you will find the luggage carts. And spaces available out front in parking area.

Great home away from home
Any time you rent a place, you never know what to expect until you get there. Some places good, some so-so. This Condo was above our expectations. Pictures were helpful, but the condo itself was beautiful, much better than the pictures. It was very comfortable, and a great place to spend Christmas with the family. Rooms, bathrooms, closets, balcony were spacious, Loved, Loved, Loved it here. And would definitely rent it again. Thank you for letting us enjoy your condo, the Lewis family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sanibel 203. There was plenty of room for the whole family. The condo was exceptionally clean (and I am very hard to please)! The location was perfect. The decor inside the condo was gorgeous. You can tell the owners really take pride in making sure this condo is perfect for the renters. We already booked for next year!

The condo is beautiful! Good location. Beach permits vehicles, however, about 15 yards to the right is a no vehicle zone. The condo itself is quite comfy. Where this rental is lacking is amenities. You will need to restock or provide your own toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, facial tissue, coffee filters, etc. Also missing are beach things. No chairs or umbrellas to take down to the beach. There is one dvd player in the "kid" room, but not in living room and no board games (nice for rainy days). For the price I would have expected these amenities to be included (they always have been in other condos we have rented). This rental is a "no smoking" rental, but that must not be the case for all of the condos. These things made it a battle for 3 and 4 stars. However, the condo itself is very nice and relaxing. Location is good with some fun shops and places to eat not far away.

Great condo!
The condo is beautiful and was the perfect place for our family vacation! The kitchen was well stocked with all the items we needed for the week. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just as they were pictured and there was plenty of room for all of us. We will definitely plan to come back and stay at this condo.

This was our 2nd stay and it was better than the first (if that’s even possible) always clean, updated, cute decor, spacious, well cared for, attentive owners. Rebooked for next year. Home away from home.

Loved It!!
We visited this property from 10/3 to 10/10 2017 and it was perfect. We had six adults and three children and never felt cramped or crowded. There is plenty of room and lots of sleeping space. The kitchen had everything we needed and many restaurants are nearby. We have been going to the Daytona Beach area every year for over 25 years and this place would be at or near the top of our places that we have stayed. Owners are very efficient and we had everything we needed when we got there. We will be coming back!!!!
