Nestled in South Daytona, this charming house for $517 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. Daytona Beach Shores... Vacation is on! Your own private haven! #SeasTheDayFL Welcome to Daytona Beach Shores, where "Life is better here." Our calendar is updated in real-time & our nightly rates are accurately displayed. We invite you to come see why our family has been visiting Daytona Beach for many years and have now purchased this clean & relaxing beach-side home just a short walk from the World's Most Famous Beach! Private Swimming Pool was completely redone recently. House was completely remodeled recently. A new kitchen, new porcelain tiled floors! New carpet in guest rooms! New beds! The entire house has been freshly painted and is waiting for your arrival. Everything is "Bright & Beachy" :) even free WiFi throughout the house. We have 3 bedrooms, all with newer comfortable beds. 2 bathrooms w/towels. **Sleeps 6 adults comfortably.** The primary bedroom has a king size bed & a private bathroom with tiled walk-in shower for easy accessibility. There are two additional guest rooms-one with 1 Queen bed and the other with 2 Twin beds. We have a two foldaway guest beds-COT for seventh & eighth persons. The guest bathroom has a double vanity sink with a shower/tub combo. Our floor plan is perfect for entertaining. Bedrooms are nestled down the hall from the main areas. Perfect for when kids are sleeping; parents can continue the fun! Guests can use the Outdoor Teak Shower after a day at the beach, a refreshing swim in the private in-ground pool (not heated) or sunning on the new pool deck! How about relax in the re-done Florida room, or enjoy a cocktail around the new granite island in the kitchen. Never worry about not having enough seating as we have plenty! Enjoy a game of family table tennis in the screened garage! "Unplugged" game room :) Beach Toys: We've got you covered. The best Beach chairs, wagon, cooler, sand toys, sports equipment and more here for you to use during your stay. Location: Easy, quick walk to the World's Most Famous Beach! Famed Intracoastal waterway views from your dining room window. Watch the sailboats w/ great peek-a-boo views! This beach house is located close to the best dining, a Starbucks, grocery & convenience stores, parks, outdoor fitness center, golfing, boat, jetski and golf cart rentals. You can be in Orlando to visit the world class parks (Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, etc.) within 90 minutes. Watch amazing sunsets from the front, as we are directly across from the Intracoastal waterway or walk 2 minutes to "Sunset Park." Come seize the day at "Seas the Day FL!" MINIMUM RENTAL AGE: 25 NO EVENTS, WEDDINGS, PARTIES etc. NOTE: We are not on Craigslist! Rates are quoted for up to six guests. Additional nightly charge for guests number 7 or 8.

We had a great week in Daytona. Couldn’t have asked for more, well stocked with everything you need, really comfortable and spacious, pool a real treat. We used the bus to get around to save driving some of the time, and walked to beach, and supermarket etc. would def recommend staying to friends and family.

Everything about this house is awesome!! It was way beyond our expectations, it is stocked with everything you could think of. We had a lot of rain that week and the granddaughters (7 & 10) and the adults were able to enjoy the game room! And watch the storms from the sunroom. The communication with the owners was great!! This was hands down a great place to stay!! We will definitely remember this house for future trips!! Thanks Brian & Barb!!

Had a great time at this house! Barb was with us every step of the way responding to questions in minutes. The house was spotless. Stayed in quite a few beach houses on here that had bug problems. Used to live at a beach- it’s almost impossible to not have at least a few. I DIDNT SEE A SINGLE BUG THE WHOLE TIME WE WERE THERE IN THE HOUSE! That alone to me is worth every penny! The house is not run down at all- everything is comfortable from the furniture to the beds. The kitchen is well stocked and made lunches easy. There are floats and comfortable chairs for the pool. It’s in a good convenient spot- we skipped the beach a few days and just stayed in the backyard pool with the kids. They had two roll away cots and the kids and the grandma actually just ended up sleeping in the living room the whole time. Two bathrooms were plenty for us 6. Hot water was not an issue. The washer and drier worked well. The garage has a screen on it so you can open the door and get some sun/breeze when playing in the game room. The beach is 2-3 blocks away. Went to the speedway and it was 15 minutes. Dinner was the same or less time wherever you go. No long list of demands such as cleaning windows or scrubbing fridge on checkout. Didn’t feel like my credit card was being held hostage. Thank you so much Brian and Barb. Great vacation.

Barb and Brian were incredibly responsive, answering my questions quickly, and their house is simply fantastic. It’s the perfect house that has everything! Whether a day at the beach or a day at Disney, we felt at home and had everything we needed for a full 6 day stay. 10/10 !!

I've never stayed in a better located, better quality ir better equipped vocational rental than this home. Simple check in, great price for all the upgrades and ammenities...I highly recommend this rental and would love to stay here again.

Could not ask for a better vacation home. Home was beautiful with several amenities. And close to whatever you wanted to do. The owners were fabulous. Even thought about all the little extra things you may need. My while family loved it!!!!

just what we hoped it would be
It’s just the right size for a family; with lots of shade and of course the pool was very nice. Near perfect location too just a few minutes walk to the ocean, and Publix and our 2 favorite restaurants were also within easy walking distance (Genovese’s and The Cracked Egg). We also loved the games and the inflatable pool floats. About the only glitch was the TV, which didn’t work from day one. Fortunately TV watching was pretty low on our priorities so that wasn’t a big problem.

Fun Girls Weekend Spot
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cute beach home. It was an easy walk to the beach. The home is more than well stocked with everything we needed. There are just loads of nice towels, which is great. (We couldn't find wash cloths, but we made do.) There is a very nice Margarita blender and many other nice amenities in this home.
The host was great and easy to communicate with. We loved the pool. It's not screened so it can get leaves in it, but the pool service comes regularly so it is clean and refreshing. Definitely recommend!

Options!
Well "Old Man Weather" certainly did us no favors! But the property came up "Aces". The game room was awesome for indoor activities, the living room gave us lots of room to gather for music, table games, and TV. Beyond the pool area, there was a great space for outdoor games (equipment from garage). And the dining/kitchen area gave us room for all. Even though that wild storm brought temps too low for swimming the first half of the week, we enjoyed sitting around the pool and in the Florida room day and evening. Of course daily trips to the beach and park were so fun with crazy waves and easy walking. And all six of us made it to the top of the Light House! So great house (everything we needed and more), great food recommendations, and great hosts! Thank you.

Where do I start…..I’ve been renting vacation property’s for many years now, and have always preferred to rent from private property owners because I’ve never had good luck with vacation rental company’s. They don’t care for the property, and customer service is horrible….Barb and “Seas The Day Vacation Rentals” absolutely sets the standard all others need to follow. Our trip was 6 months in the making and changed several times, Barb was as amazing as the property, the house was spotless, complimentary drinks and snacks were a very welcome touch that most vacation rental companies don’t think about. The 2 bed/2 full bath house had plenty of room for 8 adults. My one and only complaint is, the driveway was a little tight for two pick ups with motorcycle trailers, only because there was a low hanging branch over the “bump out/side parking spot” that wouldn’t allow us to put a trailer or truck under. We definitely plan on coming back next year and hope to rent this property again, if we can’t get this place my plan is to reach out to Barb at “Seas the day rentals” to see is they have something close to that location available, they have a customer for life, thanks again!! I hope you and your cleaning team for the house in satisfactory condition after we left.

Amazing property!
This house is very relaxing and has all the amenities you could ever need. The location is extremely quite yet located close to everything. Very short walk to the beach or you can park right at the end of the street and be on the beach. We loved the restaurants nearby. The house felt like home while we were there. My son has ASD and the property was totally safe and secure for him. Amazing place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at Seas the Day. It was clean and convenient location away from busy downtown but close enough you can be to downtown within a few minutes. The beach was super close and convenient as well. Loved having the private pool and all the convenience of home.
