Nestled in Durango, this charming house for $321 per night is a great option for your next trip. City of Durango Permit 15-187 Note: Trailer parking is not allowed on the property. Our 1,700 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath Crimson Cliff townhome (Unit 55) is situated near the Animas River just 4 miles north of downtown Durango and 25 miles from Durango Mountain Resort (25 minutes). This home offers an ideal location with incomparable views of the Animas River Valley, and immediate access to the resort area without having to drive through town to get to trails, national forest land and the ski area. The Durango Trolley stops right in front of the home every 20 minutes making it convenient to get downtown without having to drive or park. The main living space features a gas fireplace as well as a 50" 4K flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD Player. Each bedroom features a deck as well as AC (May - Oct). The Crimson Cliff complex includes a private park with sand volleyball court, playground equipment, nine-hole mini-golf, small pond, fire pit and a gravel walking track around the large lawn. Bed Configuration: Master Bedroom - King with TV and Ensuite Bath (3rd Floor) 2nd Bedroom - Queen (3rd Floor) 3rd - Bunk Beds (Single over Double) (3rd Floor) Please note all bedrooms require stairs and the townhome is not pet friendly, so please do not bring your pets or emotional support animals. Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). My husband and I, our 2 year old, and my parents came to Durango for a long weekend and this place was exactly what we needed! Enough space for all of us to relax and spend time together. Perfect location away from the business of downtown but close enough to get to quickly and easily. Communication was easy and very responsive! Highly recommend staying here!

The home was clean, well stocked, and had an excellent location to downtown and Purg resort. Bathrooms amenities were great and unit was stocked with some paper products and soap so we didn't have to run to the store right away. Fans in the bedrooms were great to have with the August heat (no A/C). For those looking to rent this unit in the summer just keep in mind with the windows open you do hear the highway/road noise. Overall would definitely stay here again!

Communication with the owner was great. Answered questions, checked on us and was very friendly. The property is beautiful. The Kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom and bathroom very spacious. Beds were so clean and comfortable. Large soaking tub plus large walk in shower. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evening. This was our family vacation and we felt right at home. Will definitely book here again!

The location and layout is great. Lots of stairs. It does not have AC which is common in this area but can be uncomfortable late afternoon or evening if it doesn’t rain so watch the weather.

Love this condo. It was clean and communication was great! It is close to the highway and you will be sleeping with windows open in the summer due to no A/C, but with windows closed, you can’t hear the highway. I would recommend this place.

This wonderful property was very clean and spacious. It’s in a great location north of town with easy access to the main highway. The home is very quiet and well maintained. The couch in the family room could be replaced, but all other furnishings, linens, and appliances were top notch. We will return.

This was a clean place with perfect location. The trolly was great and we didn’t have to drive they town. I recommend downloading the app. Management was easy to get ahold of. They said there was a. Rock pot there is not. We loved it

Very roomy and well equiped. Closeness to US550 made it easy to travel into Durango or elsewhere although this closeness resulted in road noise audible within the apartment.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Like others have mentioned - hard to see the outside building numbers with the trees blocking the view. Place was clean, layout is easy with the bedrooms upstairs, and beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were clean. We did find ourselves awake at night with late night arrivals from neighbors in the complex, and our last night had hammer like pounding coming from the adjoining condo - we're speculating that it's a remodeling job. We would still recommend staying in this unit, and if we return to Durango, we would rent this it again.

The property was beautiful and very well maintained. It was in a quiet part of town and very close to all we did. The stairs might be a problem for anyone with a mobility issue, but didn't cause us any problems. We had a great time!

This was a great property on the north side of Durango. The kitchen was equipped, the furnishings were great, and it was very convenient to everything in the valley. Good property for family vacations. It does have quite a bit of stairs so may be challenging if you don't handle stairs well.

We enjoyed our stay here. Clean. Well stocked. Beds were great! I do wish the listing reminded visitors that there is no a/c so box fans are almost a must. If you aren't from the area it can be a bit stressful to arrive in the summer and figure out how to cool the upstairs. The smoke detector went off at 9 pm and we were able to immediately get in touch with a property manager who was very helpful. I loved the balconies and the outdoor grill. I would however like the listing to disclose that there is a balcony in the bunk room. Had we had smaller kids, this would have been stressful. Overall, amazing experience.
