Forever Young is a remarkable beach home located in the quieter area of Laguna Beach on the West End of Panama City Beach and is sure to make your vacation wonderful. With a spectacular outdoor space and eye-catching furnishings, this is sure to be an amazing vacation retreat. When you enter the home, the downstairs open floor plan welcomes you into the home. The updated furniture and splash of color enhances the appeal of this home. Located on the main floor, the spacious living room with sofa sleeper and vast dining table is great for family gatherings. You will find the updated kitchen with elegant cabinetry, updated appliances and granite counter tops adjacent to the living area and is fully equipped to prepare fabulous meals. The first of three bedrooms is located on the main floor. This room features a queen bed with flat screen TV and its own private spacious bathroom with walk-in shower. The winding staircase leads you upstairs to a spacious living space with leather sectional couch with queen sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. This is a great area for kids to play or watch movies. Also located on the second floor is a spacious master bedroom gorgeously decorated with a king bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom. The master bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower and his and her sinks. With access to the upstairs covered balcony enjoy the view of the Gulf of Mexico and watch the breathtaking sunsets or overlook the private pool while the family plays. The third guest bedroom has a queen bed, spacious closet and a flat screen TV. There is a third guest bathroom located adjacent to this bedroom with a shower/tub combination. A full size washer and dryer is provided for your use with a door leading out to the spacious pool deck and private pool. Relax and enjoy the sunshine or grill out for the family. The home features tile flooring throughout the home, private 2 car garage, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Pool is not heated or cooled. Minimum booking age 25 please. No pets.

We loved every aspect of this house was perfect. We pulled a trailer to Florida and the garage area allowed us to store it all week. The pool area was perfect for late evening swims and the beach was about 100 yards away. This house will definitely be at the top of list for return stays. Lisa was a pleasure to work with and answered all of our questions promptly.

We will absolutely be back to stay at this house. The location was perfect for us, our three children (ages 3months, 4years, &6years), my parents, sister &h we boyfriend. Close enough to Panama City Beach and RoseMary Beach if you want the bigger shops, restaurants, etc. but far enough away that you aren’t right in the hustle and bustle of those busy areas. Very family friendly! The pool was perfect after spending a few hours at the beach, the kids were always asking to go swim! The walk to the beach took 2 minutes at most, and thats with three small children and a wagon full of beach essentials in tow. We can’t wait to come back again!

My family just had the most relaxing vacation at this property! The property was very clean and just as the pictures showed on the website! The owner is prompt in responding to any questions we may have had. The beach had double red flag warnings the entire duration of our stay (extremely close to the beach) but that was no problem for us because we were able to relax in the pool longer!! My teenagers have already told me that this is the house that we need to book for next summer!

My friends and I booked this rental property for our senior year college spring break and enjoyed our stay so much! The property was nicer than most rentals I've stayed at before. Check-in and check-out were super easy, all of us were extremely comfortable, and we especially loved the 2 minute walk to the beach! I'll definitely be contacting Lisa and considering Forever Young for my next beach vacation.

It ended up being enough for us (four people), but when we were running low and I requested more they told me we only get four complimentary rolls then we have to provide the rest ourselves. Usually toilet paper is included in the rental. They also don't provide dish soap (and only two dishwasher soap pods) and was told we'd have to provide it ourselves, but we just didn't wash any dishes. I thought it strange those things were not included in the price of the rental. Other than that we had a very nice time.
There really aren't a lot of attractions in the area, but we just spent time on the beach.

My husband and I came down to Laguna Beach in early October to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed at Forever Young and it was exceptional! The house was beautiful and sparkling clean. We could see the gulf from our bedroom balcony. It was relaxing to sit on the balcony and read and look at the palm trees and the gulf. The beach access is only a few minutes walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the beach and in the water. We both liked how quiet the neighborhood was. The pool at the house is definitely a great plus and the deck is a great place to sit and relax. We definitely plan to return and bring family with us. Our host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend Forever Young!

Wonderful location and so close to beach access-no more than a 2 or 3 minute walk. Large pool for a rental house and very nice outside area around the pool. Only issue is the awkward steps from the house to the pool area and the sliding glass door was so heavy and hard to operate that we did not use it. House was clean and well furnished.

Forever Young was perfect for our family of 10. It is very spacious and will accommodate 10 people very well. We loved how large the pool was and the beach was so close. Management is super responsive. If I needed anything or had a question I just sent an email and they responded right away. I would definitely stay at Forever Young again.

Annual Ladies Trip
Perfect accommodations for our annual ladies trip. We’ve always stayed on the east end of PCB -but this place so much more relaxing!! Easy and quick access to beach, but the pool was a trip saver due to rip tides. Close to shopping and great restaurants - already planning our next trip!!

The "Forever Young" Home was such a great experience. Starting with the booking agent Terea was so helpful during the rental process. The Grandkids loved getting in the pool after being on the beach. It was such a relaxing experience for our whole family. The Home was clean and IT ACTUALLY felt like home. The walk was only about 35 yards from the Beach. The only Bad thing was having to leave. I have already booked another trip!

I have just returned from a week long stay at this vacation rental. The home was perfect for a family of 8. The house was spacious enough to accommodate plenty of room for all of us. Since I had 4 teenage boys, the upstairs set up was perfect for them to have their own area and had a wonderful time. The walk to the beach was short and accommodated my 65 year old mother. It was a nice quiet family setting. Which is exactly what I was looking for. My only complaint was that the weather wasn’t warm enough to really use the pool. Obviously this is no fault of the rental. The property manager was great! She responded very quickly with any questions we had while there. If you are looking for a vacation rental with lots of space and close to beach, this one is perfect. Would highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the house. It was clean and had plenty of dishes if we chose to cook. The location was perfect! The pool was freezing so I think only one or 2 of our guest actually used it. The only complaints I had was there was one set of keys and no garage openers, made it hard with keeping the place secure but allowing everyone from our group to come and go as they pleased. Also was advised there would be 2 trash cans for outside and there was only one that was full when we arrived. Overall the property was GREAT and the staff is a pleasure to work with, so helpful and polite every time I spoke with any of them!
