Pros: beautiful view, comfortable bed Cons: Pool is *not* heated (it was ice cold, no-one used it the entire week we were there) Owners did not mention the building was under renovation and that we should expect paint smell and loud grinding noises above us from the roof. It was so loud we had to leave the room to hear each other talk on our last day. When I contacted the owners about the noise they did not reply. If you have any issues, you will be on your own. Supplies are very sparse which it mentions in their description. We've stayed in a lot of condos that were well stocked with responsive owners. This is not one of those places.

We overall enjoyed our stay. Great location, balcony and beach access. Not sure it’s so much on the owners but more on whoever cleans. Rugs in bathrooms where dirty like they has never been cleaned. Hairs all in the main bedroom bed and white stains on comforter. Just needs a good deep cleaning and to be cleaned more efficiently between stays, otherwise we enjoyed.

Very nice and roomy. The extra bath was nice, kitchen well equipped and TV’s worked great. We had great weather and surf was super calm. Great trip and good eating all around us!

Communication was very good..all instructions sent 10 days before checkin! Great response when asked a question before arrival. Accommodations very nice and comfortable..Great view! Notified owner of a small issue after arrival and he was appreciative of the heads up…would come back to this location!

No parking pass, ticketed within first hour there & had to pay cash to security guard. Ice maker not working. Living room furniture upholstery needs cleaning. Balcony furniture very poor rusty condition with torn & worn cushions. Beach chairs were junk. Only 1 light bulb in bathroom. Television cable service not working properly would not pull up guide so no idea what Channels were what. View was fabulous & condo itself was clean however would not stay in unit again or recommend it.

Perfect size for a family with smaller children 3-10. Bunks are great for the Littles, but tight fitting for children over 10. The condo was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to family and friends.

The location of the condo was great. Nice view of the ocean/beach from the deck. Size was good for two adults. The overall appearance of the condo was very nice and clean upon arrival - newer appliances and fixtures. Furniture (bed, sofa, lounge chair) could be updated but not a deal breaker as we spent as much time as possible outside at the beach and in the outdoor heated pool. We had excellent and timely communication with the owner as well.

The condo was great! Super clean, up to date, had everything you would need including beach chairs, floats, and sand toys for kids. Furniture/bed was very comfortable, bathrooms and kitchen were very nice. Has a great stackable washer and dryer in the condo. Has gorgeous views of the Gulf! Building has a nice heated pool and easy walkway to the beach. The beach was beautiful! Very centrally located to Gulf Shores and Perdido Key. We really liked that it was on the quieter end of Orange Beach. The owner was very accommodating and quick to respond when we had a question. Will definitely rent again!

We were very pleased with this unit. Comfortably furnished and well equipped kitchen. Easy walk out to the beach with chairs available for rent. Convenient location to restaurants and grocery stores. The owner was very responsive to our needs. This unit is a favorite of ours at Tradewinds. We will definitely book again!

First off, checkin was at 3pm. We arrived at 3 but the property manager failed to send us the key code to gain access to the unit. I tried calling multiple times only to receive a voice mail. After multiple calls, we finally got a txt message informing us that they were on a conference call and would get back with us shortly. After waiting 40 minutes in the property parking lot wondering if we were going to have a place to sleep that night, the property manager finally txt us back with the key code. We feel this was very unprofessional. The listing also stated Recenly updated. The bed was horrible and uncomfortable. The mattress was old and sagging. I guess their idea of recently updating was to just throw a foam mattress pad on the already old and sagging mattress, instead of buying a new mattress that very badly needed replaced. Very uncomfortable. I also had to fix the boxspring before sleeping on the bed. The box spring fell below the bed rails and was resting on the floor of the unit. The cleaning lady should have noticed this when replacing the sheets and linens that also were not clean and had hairs on them. We had to strip the entire bed. Luckily we brought our own cover and pillows.

One bedroom condo. Some recent updates. The bed and couch need to be replaced. You can tell they have had some water damage. The ceiling in one of the bathrooms was peeling. My husband talked with the maintenance guy and he said yeah ours and one other had some issues.

Enjoyed our time greatly. We had an issue with parking pass upon arrival but our host Michelle handled via email within an hour. She was extremely prompt with her responses. Thank you. Pros of the trip: location, speedy elevators, very comfortable king size bed, property security, 2 full baths. Cons of trip: minimal water pressure in kitchen, kitchen sink sprayer did not work, refrigerator icemaker, & building repairs. The icemaker worked but made loud clicking noise for several minutes after dumping ice cubes. It was loud enough you could hear it in the bedroom 20' away. Our main issue though were the roof repairs. Being on the top floor, there was no cushion between us and the roof. While researching condos, I found many locations advised still undergoing repairs from hurricane last year. I had asked about any repairs at this location. We were advised that the roof was the last repair and it was to be completed before the end of October. The week of 11-8-21 included roofers all week drilling, grinding, sawing, nailing, etc. One day, they were on the roof at 0630 and began working before 0700. This was to be a relaxing trip and that wasn't possible due to the noise. It may have been better for those below the top floor, I don't know. Having said this, we had a good trip and would consider staying here again. Michelle was a great host.

Loved the fact that our area of the beach was not so crowded! This property is located next to some beach houses so it was not near as crowded as other locations! Very close to all amenities!

The condo was on the top floor with wonderful views. The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever had the pleasure to sleep on! Keith was fantastic. I will most definitely go back.
