Beth, our on – site manager will reach out to you two weeks prior to your arrival to help you make your stay truly special. She will help you book your favorite restaurant or make a recommendation for you, arrange for a massage or manicure, set up your bike rentals, recommend in-home chefs, book your golf tee times or tennis reservations and arrange for that family photo at the beach. From the moment you walk in to our home you will feel the first class quality and comfort. We built and furnished it to offer everything that you will need to experience the vacation you will always remember. This home has travertine flooring and granite counter surfaces throughout. Four floors of luxury are served by the elevator. Ten foot ceilings and full ocean view windows on the first floor offer an un-obstructed view of the ocean. The great room includes two full couches and seating around the Smart HDTV and fireplace. The electronics in this room also include a Blu-ray DVD player and sound system. High speed internet supports your Roku or other streaming device. Connect your phone to the sound system which includes poolside speakers that you control. The first floor gourmet kitchen includes two JennAir ovens (one convection) and cook top, two Bosch dishwashers, built in wine cooler, two sinks with disposals and stand alone ice maker so you’ll never run out. Seating is ample around the bar area and the dining room table seats ten. Ocean views are included! The master suite on the first floor includes a king bed and gorgeous master bath. A whirlpool tub and separate travertine shower are included along with a large double sink granite vanity area. A large walk in closet completes the suite. On the first floor you will find a second bedroom with a queen and a full bath that doubles as a powder bath. Also, on the first floor is the primary of two laundry rooms. But the best part is the door to the large deck that faces the pool and ocean. Take the elevator or stairs to the second floor living area where you will find four bedrooms. The owner’s suite has it all. Enter through double doors and through another set of double doors to access the master bath. A floor to ceiling wall of glass brings the ocean into the suite. Or walk out to your balcony for a closer view of the sunrise. Tommy Bahama king bed and furnishings, a walk in stone shower with rain head, whirlpool tub, large walk in closet, bidet….it has it all. A second ocean front bedroom offers a wall of windows and again, a Tommy Bahama king bedroom suite. A large ocean front balcony is also part of the deal! The third bedroom on this floor offers two queens with private bath and of course beautiful furniture and decorating. And, the fun room for the kids is a double bunk-room with two doubles on the bottom and twins on the top. It has a large bathroom with travertine shower and it sleeps six kids with room to spare. Welcome to the third level. It’s like another home within the home. Another large living area awaits you with fireplace, HDTV and fifteen foot ceilings. A second full kitchen is here. A lot of our guests use the second full size refrigerator as overflow for the first floor unit. Step out onto the balcony for the best views from the home. The second laundry facility is found on this floor. The third floor also includes a beautiful king bedroom and private bath. The floor is completed with a separate full bath that supports the sleeper sofa in the living area to create the 8th bedroom and bath. When we built the Sea-Clusion we made sure that the outdoor amenities included a large oceanfront pool, much larger than most of the Hilton Head homes. It can be heated for an additional charge. Outside you will also find a hot tub with heat included, sun deck, outdoor grill, two outdoor dining tables, plenty of deck furniture for entertaining and relaxing around the pool, and a location that is right on the beach and as close as you can get to the ocean in Hilton Head. We are a short bike ride to shopping and entertainment in the Cologny Plaza area. Awesome house, awesome view. Parking is atrocious. We never were able to get the Hot tub to heat up. The TV’s in the bedrooms were hard to use and many in the house couldn’t get normal channels to play. The living room sofa is worn and very uncomfortable. Beth the property manager is easy to contact and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful ocean front home. From booking to check-in to check-out, the process was seamless. The home was spacious with plenty of room for all 17 of us. Having two kitchens (with three ovens, three dishwashers and two refrigerators) was extremely helpful when prepping for large family dinners - including Thanksgiving. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the addition of heat was well worth it for a couple of cool November days that week. The property was immaculate, and we had no issues during our stay. The property manager checked in frequently and also clued us in to events going on in HHI. We also truly appreciated the rental of 4 bikes for all to enjoy. This home is a gem, it was perfect for our families. We would love to return! Thanks again!

We had a great stay. The house was so big and roomy and in such great shape. We enjoyed everything. Some enjoyed bike riding, some the ocean, some just walking or sitting on the beach. The access to the beach was just a short walk away and the views from the balcony and porch were great. Everyone did their own thing during the day but we all came together at night for dinner. The large table was perfect for us. Over all it was a great 50th Anniversary for us. Thank you

This gorgeous beach-front home was perfect for our 3 generations of family of 18, ages 1 to 65. The beautiful view of the ocean from three floors, easy access (sand path, no steps) to the beach, and the private pool evoked a relaxing vibe. Every couple had their own BR and bath and the room with 4 bunk beds was perfect for the older kids. Linens, beach towels, and outdoor seating are top notch.
We ate all meals in and appreciated the fully equipped kitchens (2), 3 dishwashers, and all the eating areas. The owner arranged 4 free bikes for the week, which were there when we arrived, and got used daily.
We had a small maintenance hiccup; the property manager responded immediately and it was fixed promptly.
And finally, the house is just minutes away by car (or a good bike ride) to Coligny Plaza, which has every kind of bar, dining and shopping one could want. We took the grandkids for ice cream and T-shirts on our last day and it was the perfect vacay ending for them.
It’s a fantastic property, hope we can revisit sometime.

This was our first trip to Hilton Head, the house was lovely. The day of arrival the house was ready ahead of schedule & we could check in a little early. We loved the house and the location. The house came with 4 bikes we really enjoyed having them available to us. The property manager was very easy to contact & quick to respond. Unrelated to our property, the house 2 doors down was having renovations done by Roberts Construction Company They used a Jack hammer most of Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of our vacation. It was so loud we found we were yelling to talk to each other on the porch and the pool. This was during peak summer season and certainly took away a lot of the relaxing and restful element to our vacation. Our manager tried everyday to work with them but they continued. They also blocked the roadway, we had to wait for them to move their vehicles to leave, our manager was able to get them to line their trucks up and although it was a tight squeeze we could get in and out by Wednesday. Our manager offered us 3 days free to extend our vacation to compensate for what the Roberts Construction Company caused, but we all traveled from out of state & had to get back to work. Very nice gesture. I would recommend this home to any large group or family. It was clean, well appointed & the agents went above & beyond trying to help us through a stressful situation that essentially ruined the better part of our time spent in the house. ** House and Staff excellent!!

Excellent house. Property manager was easy to communicate with via text. Additional beach chairs would have been appreciated. House was a perfect size for our family. In spite of the sweltering heat we were able to accomplish everything on our list. We also loved the 3 thunderstorms.

Hard to beat this house for a stay in Hilton Head for a larger group. We loved the proximity to Coligny Beach and the shops and other conveniences. The house was well maintained, property manager and owner responsive, and the location right on the ocean was simply stunning.

Property was amazing! Great location, great pool, and a kitchen equipped with everything! Loved the 2 fridges, 2 dishwashers, 2 laundry rooms, ice maker and 2 family rooms!! Teens lived hanging out upstairs and little ones had plenty of room. No one waned the week to end!

Wonderful house for our family. Plenty of room . Kids enjoyed walking down to beach as it was so close and pool and hot tub a big hit! Had gorgeous weather all week. Views from balconies are amazing in morning with coffee or at night to look at the moon .

It was a great week in a beautiful home and a lovely beach. We have stayed at several homes on HHI and appreciate this glorious area. I suggest having a set of plastic cups, plates etc for use at the pool area. The house is huge and great for families. We hate to use disposables and plastic kid friendly would be helpful! Thanks for a super week! The extra beach towels and bikes were great too!

We spent a wonderful week at this property with our whole family,19 in total! The house is gorgeous and has all amenities you could want. Beautiful kitchen is generously stocked and spacious.The pool is larger than most with plenty of lounge chairs. Beth is great to work with and very accommodating. Definitely a winner!!

Absolutely loved this property. We were a family of 13 and this home was so spacious for all. Kitchen is fully equipped with all essential items you would need to cook up your favorite meals. The views from 2nd and 3rd floors are breathtaking! Beach access is right in front of home. We would definitely consider renting Sea-Clusion again.

The property itself is absolutely gorgeous, spacious and well maintained. 1st class all the way. We had a large group of 21 people and had no problems finding space. The outdoor area and pool provided plenty of space and a great view of the water. The management of the property were in contact with us and very easy to work with. I highly recommend this property as we made great memories and enjoyed the stay thoroughly.

We had a great time. The home is well kept. Some furniture and the grill were brand new. Great view. Beautiful beach. The kitchen has every appliance and gadget necessary, but we had to make a few grocery runs for all the “soft” goods such as foil, napkins, extra paper towels, salt and pepper, coffee filters. Not a big deal, just be prepared.
The only issue was with the pool heater, which was quickly resolved. The management team was very responsive. We would definitely stay again.

We had a great stay at Sea-clusion. The location right on the beach was perfect: it meant that grandparents could enjoy the ocean from the house, and everyone else could easily pop out to the beach to ride bikes or go for a walk. Beth, the concierge, pro-actively rented bikes for us, which we wouldn't have thought to do in advance, but the bikes were enjoyed by everyone in our group. She was also able to rent us a kids-size bike. The property was very well maintained and Beth was attentive to the minor issues we discovered during our stay. The kitchen layout works fantastically well for a large group: there's a large central island that makes it easy for a lot of folks to be moving around making meals at the same time, and the two dishwashers made cleanup much faster. One unexpected advantage of the house is that the staircase layout made the bedrooms relatively quiet: if someone was loud on the main floor, it's almost impossible to hear from the upper floors, which is very helpful for kids sleeping. We paid for the pool to be heated and were nervous that it was a mistake, because the weather forecast was in the 50s the week we were there, but the pool heating was very effective at keeping the pool and hot tub at a warm and totally usable temperature.
The only small inconvenience that we encountered is that the first floor bedroom with a king bed is actually up two stairs with no railing, which was not doable for the older guests staying in that room. This ended up being fine because they could use the elevator to take them up the short distance, but was a little less convenient than if they'd been able to navigate from their room to the living room with no lift.

We stayed at Seaclusion the last week of October 2022. (Our last stay there was in 2016, right after hurricane Matthew.) Although there were a few hiccups, e.g., hot tub not heating properly, numerous burnt-out lightbulbs, mold in one of the bathroom skylights, everything was addressed quickly. The onsite property manager, Beth, was amazingly responsive. In over 20 years of renting in Hilton Head, we've never had such an efficient property manager. The house and location were perfect for our group of 12. Very convenient to Van Der Meer tennis, which is the focus of our trip. The four included beach bikes were a nice perk too. We would definitely recommend Seaclusion and hope to return again.

We had an awesome family vacation!! It was just what we needed, not too big but, enough room to get away and everyone have personal space. Minor things happened as if at home, they responded quickly. Only thing I'd suggest is another refrigerator downstairs. With so many staying (food and drinks, we could've used more room. The two dishwashers, ice maker and laundry rooms were a big plus!!! We would go back for sure!!! Great location on the beach!

This house has gorgeous ocean views and during our stay we pretty much had a private beach to play on with many family soccer games, sand digging and walking!
It is well stocked and had plenty of room for all 14 of us from 5 to 72. Could use some updating but it was still comfortable and provided a wonderful place to stay in a fantastic location. The owner and Beth, the house manager, were responsive and always helpful.

Our family of 22 stayed at this property. The house was spacious and absolutely beautiful. We did not feel crammed at all. The ocean views are breathtaking and the pool is one of the largest around. We loved having the ability to take a short bike ride to Coligny. We barely left the house. It had everything to offer!
