Picture yourself, if you will, relaxing on the sandy-white beach of a getaway tropical paradise, enjoying the warm Florida sun and the cool ocean breezes--even while you listen to the emerald green Gulf ocean waters lapping against the white-sand shoreline, dotted with colorful seashells. You can make this vacation dream become reality by staying in our family's treasured second home at beautiful Ocean Villa. It truly is a beachfront paradise; thus, we are sure you will not be disappointed in a memory-making beach vacation made possible by staying in our Ocean Villa unit. Its oceanfront view is breathtaking, and its sophisticated, upscale designer furnishings are striking. Unlike the typical larger, high-rise condos in Panama City Beach, low-density Ocean Villa is only 125 units, allowing its 200 feet of sugar-sand beach frontage to be much less crowded than those of most high-rise Panama City Beach condos. Ocean Villa resort features include a pool deck sporting two pools (an indoor/outdoor seasonally heated pool and an additional outdoor pool), hot tub, Pergola-covered barbecue grills (2) and picnic area, and upscale pool furniture. In addition, a sauna, steam room, and oceanfront fitness center, with view overlooking the pools and beach and well-equipped with exercise equipment, are available for use by our Ocean Villa guests. The condo was just as described and pictured in the VRBO listing. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything you might need to cook with, the best I have ever seen. We always come prepared with things from home due to condos in the past not having properly stocked kitchens but that was definitely not an issue here. The air conditioning wasn’t working just right but the property manager responded quickly to our concerns and got someone out to check it the same day. Overall we were very pleased with the unit!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was very clean which is my number one priority. The building and property were also clean. Pool area was very nice. The unit itself had everything we needed including racks and hooks in the bathrooms for hanging swimsuits! The owner was very quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend this condo/unit!

The condo was well maintained and clean. The location and large balcony were fantastic! We loved eating breakfast at the little cafe across the street, Sunrise. The appliances were very nice, and the kitchen was well equipped. My one complaint were the towels. They could use an upgrade, and there was exactly 1 towel for each person, so I felt like I was washing them ALL week long. I would definitely stay here again, and bring my own bath towels.

It was perfect for us. Location was very good. Close to all our needs. View spectacular from our large deck. Maintenance was very good. Pool and hot tubs immaculate. They even cleaned the grills which we used a lot. Parking places was good. Owner was easy to get hold of with any issues of which there was not many. Love PCB.

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo. It was extremely clean and very spacious for our family. everything we needed was provided as well. The owner was extremely responsive and made the whole process so easy! We spent most of our time on the amazing balcony enjoying the view when we weren’t on the beach. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were a huge plus. We loved the location as it was not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle and the beach was not crazy busy. Whole building was clean, elevators were quick, parking was easy, and other guests were all friendly. We plan to make this condo a yearly tradition for our family!

We had a great visit! The check in process was super easy, and the condo was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed the large balcony and spent most of our time there when we weren’t at the beach and pool. We were able to keep our distance from others pretty easily which was nice. We had some rain and rough waters we couldn’t get in but other than that our vacation was amazing!
