The property is in a good situation in the old town and perfect for our week- long stay in the area with the ferry and Bahnhof 5 minutes away.

Pillow is not comfy

My parents loved their stay.

The location is very good! 3 minutes to the train station and port. The apartment is located in the city centre next to shops and restaurants. There is a kettle and a fridge which was great if you want to have breakfast there.

Everything was to our convinience and we didn't spent much time in the apartment any way. But if I have to find fault with anything, it is the humidity. It is very humid in general due to the air humidity in the city and if you want to dry your bathing suits outside for example it takes 3 days to dry... So I would recommend planning a trip to the laundry mat. The bathroom is also quite small and the shower stall is a bit uncomfortable. While showering, I always managed to turn off the water by mistake.

Excellent central location

Meanly appointed. No soap in bathroom. No coffee or tea that most places provide. Cost ended up 717 euros, not 642 quoted in booking.com, due to city taxes and charge for providing sheets and towels (as if travellers will BYO).

It was a lovely apartment. The only downside being for me, that is was up 2 flights of spiral stairs, as I have a bad foot & arthritis. Nevertheless it was a great apartment. There was everything anyone would need for a great holiday. I would love to come back another time, as it was a superb position, very central, very near the harbour. Right by a lot of restaurants & cafe- bars, & shops. I loved it, and Konstanz. It was my first time on lake Bodensee. But I will definitely come back again. I loved it, and especially Konstanz, totally lovely town. All in all, totally lovely apartment, very central. Full marks!

It was just the stairs, as I cannot do too much walking at the moment. But I got used to it. And the amazing position, more than made up for that. It was a very classy style of decoration. Just my taste. Very lovely apartment!
