Ideally located in the Marigny Triangle / Frenchmen corridor on Royal Street, less than half a block from Frenchmen Street and 2 blocks to the French Quarter. Property is registered and licensed with the city of New Orleans, License No. 21CSTR-06713 The Space Private and very spacious home located on Royal Street in the Marigny area. Two separate king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large living room, great kitchen with all new appliances, separate dining room, workspace, washer and dryer in unit and much more. King Bedrooms Two separate King bedded bedrooms are spacious for guests to enjoy a great night’s rest. High-end mattresses, bedding and linens, equipped with hypoallergenic pillows. Lots of storage in bedrooms dressers and large walk-in closet. Both King bedrooms are located upstairs with separate, private entrances. Living Room Living room is luxe and comfortably furnished with lounge sofa seating, flat screen tv with cable television. Kitchen Newly renovated huge eat-in kitchen, energy smart appliances, fully stocked with coffee pot, cookware, dishware, utensils. Appliances include full size refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave and dishwasher. Complimentary coffee, tea and creamer. Downstairs Full Bathroom This home has 2 full bathrooms. First bathroom is located downstairs. Full bathroom is near the stairs. Bathroom includes full size shower, toilet and sink. We provide full size toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), full set of bath linens (bath towels, wash cloths, hand towel) and hair dryer. Upstairs Full Bathroom Second full bathroom is located upstairs, private entrance separate from bedrooms. This property is in a perfect location. The action and fun on Frenchman is just around the corner, yet the bedroom windows are reinforced to keep the noise out and allow for great sleep in the comfortable beds. The space is great, sunny and cheerful with everything we needed. Kay was available if needed. I would refer to the bathrooms as serviceable/utilitarian. My family and I live in an old house and this was fine for us. It was an easy and fun time, and we would definitely request to book the home again on a future visit.

Super cute unit! Short walk to several great restaurants and music venues. And if you decide to eat in, there’s a well stocked kitchen.

Two couples stayed at this lovely place for a month from Easter to Jazz Fest. We were concerned that the property would be noisy because it was so close to Frenchman St. But it was no problem at all. The location in the Marigny is perfect. Everything is in walking distance...bars, music, restaurants, and a nice market. Property is clean and spacious. Nice back patio, but we also enjoyed sitting on the front stoop is the evening. We will stay here again.

Beautiful home, comfortable and cozy. Literally STEPS from Frenchman Street! Cafe next door, Marigny Brasserie is a MUST for dinner and the Mezcal mule. We found free parking 2 blocks away and walked the entire time. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing us a wonderful home base while visiting NOLA!

You cannot beat the location of this place right off Frenchmen St. We walked everywhere. There is so much space, and the decor is homey but tasteful, and everything very comfortable (beds are very firm—I usually like softer, but they were great). We loved having a key code so that we didn’t need to worry about carrying keys around. On-site laundry, very large closet. Two caveats: one, there is a lot of neighborhood noise well past midnight, mostly music from the excellent bands. It did not bother us, but “your mileage may vary.” Second, the stairs are a little difficult to navigate, some narrow steps, and hard to see in the dark, so just beware, especially if you have limited mobility. We got used to it pretty fast. The only thing we didn’t love were the showers, which were narrow and hard to move around in. We caught some local Mardi Gras parades and rehearsing marching bands, which we loved. Excellent restaurants right next door and around the corner. We felt safe always (but did not stay out too late either). Great place to fall in love with NOLA!

Wonderful property!
This property was beautiful and perfectly located! Walking distance to everything, quiet but literally around the corner from the heart of Frenchman St. The beds are so comfy, kitchen is huge, bathrooms very nice. Would stay here again in a heartbeat and hope to soon! We were in NOLA for a week and still didn't see everything on our list!

Wonderful experience!
This home was clean and comfortable, very airy and spacious. Was an excellent jumping point for many spots in the city. The back patio was a welcome spot to get away but still hear the city and Frenchman Street. The property manager was communicative and available if any concerts should have arisen. Beds were very comfortable, lots of linens provided. This stay was a wonderful experience!

Great location, adorable house!
This house was perfect for two couples and is in walking distance to almost everywhere. It’s in close proximity to restaurants, jazz clubs, and bars. The host was helpful and easy to get in contact with. The snacks and beverages were a nice treat! We would definitely stay at this property again.

Exceeded our expectations
This is a beautiful place. It is old, charming, and so clean. It is located right off the French Quarter and close to all of the fun. We only took an uber to a couple of places (on a rainy day), otherwise we walked everywhere. The restaurant on the corner (Marigny Brasserie) is great--food, service, drinks, live music. Just so much fun. We are so happy we found this place. Kay, the manager was great to work with. Super communicative. If you come to Nola, you must stay here!

Modern, clean, and amazing location !
Take a right out the front door and there is Frenchman Street. We love this neighborhood and have stayed in it a few times. This is the best house so far. Plenty of space for two couples. Very comfortable beds and great kitchen. Great restaurants within a block. Central to everything. Kay was great and provided everything we needed.

Perfect everything: Location, details, host
Almost don't want to share this gem... This is an amazing space. You step right into the French Quarter, can enjoy all the Marigny, and are a short walk or bike ride from the Bywater. Quiet, comfortable beds, well appointed, and Kay was so kind and helpful. Exceeded expectations.

Beautiful home - would love to return!
This property exceeded our expectations. It was huge! (though we're New Yorkers so we're not used to huge). It was beautifully furnished and clean and the manager was very responsive (she kindly let us store our luggage there until our flight after we checked out). One of the bonuses was that the bedrooms were nearly identical in size, so no worrying about who gets the bigger room. Also having two showers was great with 4 people. The location couldn't be better either - just round the corner to all the music of Frenchmen St and the lovely art market, and a pleasant short walk to the Quarter. It was surprisingly quiet inside the house too given the nightlife nearby. If you stay here, I recommend Horn's and Cafe Rose Nicaud for breakfast and you must try Dat Dog and the courtyard at Rare Form. We can't wait to come back - I just hope this place is available when we do!
