Spectacular location and wonderful home !

The house worked great for our group of 10 extended family. It was well-equipped and comfortable for our stay. The large deck with a view of the lake and the large dining table which could accommodate all of us were especially appreciated. The location was great - close to downtown Frisco and convenient to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and Keystone.

We very much enjoyed staying at Joy's property. We were not allowed to check in at 4. When we arrived the cleaning crew told us to put stuff in garage and come back in 2 hours because they just started cleaning. It all worked out. Even though small children were tired we went into frisco for dinner and then came back later.

We loved our stay in this house. There is so much space. We loved cooking together in the large well equipped kitchen and the view from the dining room was fantastic!

Extremely convenient to Frisco. Skied at Vail, Beaver Creek and Breckinridge, all a short ride. Immaculate and modern. Stunning views of mountains and lake. A+++

We had our 7th annual family ski/board gathering! Sleeps 12 people very comfortably and two great Family Rooms to host kids’ games and toys as well as conversation places! Beautiful setting as Lake Dillon is right in back of the house, tranquil and calm setting!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay at this property. I was with some friends for a ski weekend over Super Bowl weekend. Everyone had a bed which is not always possible when you go on a trip like this with a bunch of grown men. The overall process was great and the owners were great to work with from my limited interactions with them ... prompt and professional. There were two downsides with our stay. There is another unit attached to this property that is above the garage and there are signs saying not to open the garage at certain times of the day. We were also told where to park our cars in the driveway so that person could get in and out which required shuffling our cars around. Also, we were a little disappointed with the layout. Upstairs there is a living room area off of the kitchen with no TV. There is a TV in the downstairs but we would have preferred not to carry things downstairs there to watch the Super Bowl together. Neither of these was a huge problem but not what we expected. Again, I will say the numerous bedrooms, bathrooms, location, and house worked really well for our group.

This property was perfect for our extended family ski trip at Christmas. There was so much room for us all! The views were gorgeous and it’s location was perfect to ski at Breckenridge or any of the other nearby resorts . Joy was great at making sure we had what we needed.

Perfect Location and large home for summer fun in and around Frisco

The location was wonderful! Loved being able to walk on the lake to the Marina and into town. Was a little surprised to know that there was someone else living there. Only TV downstairs did not have any channels . . .

The property was very clean, had all the necessities, and the location was perfect. The host's communication was fantastic, and made sure everything ran smoothly for us. When we ran into some travel complications, the host was very understanding and was able to work with us. She truly cares about the wellbeing of her guests, and that alone deserves a 5/5.

The house is beautiful. Being on the lake it must be great in the summer also. Our group is several ski patrollers who want separate beds. This was a good fit.

This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom house was a perfect fit for our 12 friend/family annual gathering! The fully equipped kitchen, 12 seating dining table, 2 large living areas and overall great floor plan were great. Joy, the owner, was easy to communicate with and helped to answer any questions we had.

This was a great house for a getaway with girlfriends. The bedroom/bed and bath layout worked perfectly. The kitchen is large enough for several to be in at the same time. It was also the most fully equipped and stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. The house overall felt very comfortable. It would have been good to know about the seperate living quarters above the garage ahead of time, as this created a bit of confusion initially. Joy, the owner, is wonderful to work with, very accommodating!

This property was everything as advertised and more! A little slice of heaven... plenty large enough for our group of nine. Stunning views and great location. Hosts were laid-back and easy to talk to, would definitely recommend it and we will definitely be staying there again!

This house was perfect for our three families. It was clean, spacious and well stocked with cooking utensils etc. and the views are stunning. The bedrooms are well laid out and are exactly as shown in the pictures. Joy was wonderful to work with, we visited in early March and there were some concerns with driving conditions and I really appreciated how Joy proactively reached out to me to make sure our party were aware before setting out. We have a great vacation and would recommend this property.

Cannot say enough good things about this property. Beautiful, large home that was clean, spacious and had more than enough room for the 13 of us (8 adults, 5 kids). The lake is right behind the house and the views are amazing. The house is well furnished in every room and the kitchen has every utensil, plate, cup, cookware you could possibly need. Parking is tight in the garage and driveway but not unmanageable. We were able to park two minivans and one large truck just fine. The communication with Joy, the owner, was by far the best I have ever had with any property on HomeAway. She was prompt to respond both in planning before our trip and then communication during our visit. An absolute pleasure to rent from her. We loved our visit here and would love to come back again another summer!

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with plenty of space to spread out and a fully equipped kitchen in which to cook. We found the hosts to be warm, welcoming, and thoughtful. If you have a large group, you'll appreciate the large dining room table, two living areas to lounge in, 4 full bathrooms, and two sets of washers and dryers for clothes. We'd be happy to stay here again in the future!

The house is incredibly clean and spacious, and definitely fits 10 people comfortably. The owners were very generous and flexible in helping us out with some cancelled flight issues. All ski mountains were suitably closeby, definitely beats staying in a cramped condo at the resorts.
