Location is fantastic, close to everything you need for a beach getaway. Furniture was older, something in or around the furniture set off my allergies terribly. I spent the entire stay caughing and congested, I could only sit in the bedroom or stand in the kitchen. If the furniture was cleaned or replaced, it would get 5 stars. Thanks.

This property checked all the boxes for us in Hawaii. We like properties to have a kitchen, pool, A/C, a parking space and be near places to buy a drink or meal. The location is ideal. This condo is within walking distance of a great set of beaches. Plus, we could walk to restaurants and shops. The owners were easy to get a hold of but we never needed to. We had everything we needed during our stay. A generous supply of beach towels and beach items was our main focus. We spent nearly every day on the nearby Kamaole II beach. The kitchen had what we needed for meals that we prepped and generally finished on one of the BBQ grills. We enjoyed eating on the lanai for every meal. For us the specific location of this condo was great as it is to the back of the complex and therefore nice and quiet. No traffic noise, just roosters, lol. We really appreciated the parking. We never had to worry about finding a spot near the condo. Check in was easy. Checkout instructions were clear and as expected. We plan to return! Thanks for sharing your space, Heidi & Orrin! Great property and location - right in the middle of some awesome beaches and restaurants within Kihei. Heidi and Orrin were very responsive and great to deal with.

I rented this condo for my daughter, her husband and their 2 children as my husband and I were staying in the same condo complex. The unit was very pleasant, located in the back of the complex where it is away from the busy street noise of Kihei Rd. We loved that it had a washer and dryer as many condos in this complex do not. The owners were very pleasant to work with. There were a few issues with the condo, but the owners were very quick to respond. I would definitely consider renting this condo again.

Our 2nd stay at this property. Location great for us. Lot's of snorkeling, beach activity and good eats. Property was spotless.

Delightful comfy unit so convenient to a great beach, the whole south side, the harbour and fun shops and restaurants. Had a fantastic time here. The pool area was great too. Roosters and birds were lively but fun!

This property is very comfortable and cozy. Everything we needed was provided and our stay was relaxing. We did experience a maintenance issue and the owners, Orrin and Heidi, responding very quickly to ensure our comfort. It was very much appreciated.

The property is nice: comfortable and fairly priced. It complex is close to restaurants and other amenities and across the street from Kamaole Beach II ( the nicest beach in Kihei). Heidi was very responsive and accommodating for our requests. The only recommendation we have is to change out the bedroom carpet as it is not in good shape.

This condo is in a great walkable location, everything is close and the property was well cared for. This was our first time staying in a condo instead of a hotel and unfortunately we decided from this experience that it will be our last. We arrived and were informed that the in unit washer/dryer had broken and they had just put in a new one. The new washer however didn't work and we were told that we could use the washers down by the pool and use the dryer in unit to dry them. I realize that they were making the attempt to get the problem solved however we expected in unit and instead we had to pay to wash then lug a bag of heavy wet clothes back to the unit to dry. They did not offer to reimburse us for this. We also informed the owners that the bathroom drain was very slow to drain, they thanked me for letting them know but did noting to fix it. We used the kitchen sink instead. At one point near the end of the 2 weeks they said they would be by with drano but didn't come. The condo does have air conditioning but it is only a window unit in the living room and it does not reach the bedroom. There are fans but one night the fans just weren't enough, I can't imagine staying there in the middle of summer. Overall our stay was good because hey, we were in Hawaii so how bad could it be. I did a lot of research before booking and read all the great reviews. We unfortunately, were left unimpressed with our stay.

One word to describe this place: location! It is right across the street from Kamaole Beach 2 which is a great beach for everyone. Restaurants and stores nearby. The condo had everything we needed. Beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and much more. We enjoyed our stay very much! Mahalo!

The place has most everything you need. The pull-out sleeper couch needs a bit of work, couldn't put it back together. But the property owner was informed, so that may be taken care of by now. They were very timely and responsive to any question or issue.

This was a great unit and had everything we needed for our stay in Maui. The location was very close to a lot of shops and restaurants, and most of all, the beach was just across the unit. Check-in and check-out process was very easy and Orrin was very responsive. Definitely recommend!

We had a terrific stay in this condo. We would definitely stay there again. It's in the back of a several building complex, which means a slightly longer walk to the beach across the street, but it also means parking is easy and it's quiet. The condo is modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the ceiling fans efficient and quiet. I was a little worried about only having AC in the living area, but it worked out fine with the fans. We actually turned the AC on. The location was fantastic. Close to many great sitting and snorkeling beaches, and walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants that you could possibly want. The dawn song from the birds is pretty spectacular, so if you are a light sleeper and hate waking up early, you might want to close your windows or use ear plugs. We thought it was a great way to wake up and get ready to go snorkeling! Insider tip: Penny's pasta/pizza place next door has amazing canneloni. The pizza also really good. Thanks to Heidi and Orrin for a very comfortable stay!

I slept on the couch and my girls in the bed and I’m sure I would have slept great if not for my sunburn 🥵 I absolutely hope to return to this condo someday and definitely recommend

Close to everything you may need or want to explore in Maui. Clean. Good communication with the host. Truly a home away from home in the heart of Kihei. Mahalo for all good memories!

They responded quickly to our text about an issue with the kitchen lights not working and set up an appointment for someone to fix them. The location in Kihei was great and kind of centrally located with many shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The actual unit is in the back of the complex and a bit of a walk to the beach but not bad. They also had multiple beach chairs, umbrella and even a small cooler which was nice! I do feel that the bedding and pillows were a little old and could be replaced but the bed was not uncomfortable. We would come back to stay again.

We had a great experience staying here! Perfect location just across the street from the beach. Lots of shops and food spots within walking distance. Check-in process could not have been easier. The hosts also provide beach towels!! Everything you could need!

Very nice property. It was in a quiet location just 2 blocks from the beach. The patio was the best thing about it. It was big, shady, and surrounded by plants. Property was a bit old, showed some wear, and was not spotless. It was surprising to us (first time VRBOers) that we were expected to do our own towel/bed laundry when leaving. The kitchen and laundry were well stocked with everything we needed. Would definitely return.
