Eat-in-kitchen offers espresso finished cabinetry & breakfast nook with high top table & six chairs with a birds eye view of the Sweetgum golf course. Formal dining with seating for eight, coffee bar with Keurig Duo single serve & carafe coffee maker. The living room has a solar tube to let in the natural light to make it light and bright, opens to a 9' patio door with wonderful screened lanai with outdoor L-shaped sectional seating & 2 additional Rattan chairs which opens to concrete patio with weber electric grill & additional seating. Living room with 60' flat screen & cozy electric fireplace. Owner's suite with queen memory foam mattress, occasional chair, 50' flat screen, walk in closet & bath with dual counter height sinks & walk-in tiled shower with glass block window for natural lighting. Second bedroom with queen memory foam mattress, occasional chair & 40' flat screen. Third bedroom offers a queen bed with credenza (all the games/books are stored here) , occasional chair, flat screen TV, wireless printer & an optional pack-n-play & Cot in closet. Laundry near Owner's suite for convenience that offers front load LG washer & electric dryer, utility sink & more. Guest bedrooms have pocket door entrance for privacy. Front patio with Rattan outdoor seating for 4. 15 minute walk to Brownwood Paddock square & 3 minutes by golf cart. Two seat 2020 gas Yamaha Golf cart available to rent. 20 minutes by golf cart to Lake Sumter Landing, 30 minutes by golf cart to Spanish Springs, 15 minutes to Edna's on the Green by golf cart. 25 minutes to Saw Grass Grove, all with daily live music entertainment. We are near Evans Prairie Golf & Country Club - a 27 hole professional Championship course & 3 nine hole executive courses (many who live here or visit do not golf so don't let that stop you) Two minute walk to Eisenhower Regional Recreation Center. 3 Pools within 1/4 Mi. - (Neighborhood pool age 30+), (Family Pool) and (Sports pool which offers water aerobics, water volleyball, lap pool). This house met all of our needs during our stay for a celebration of life. It had all the amenities that we needed, and if we were going to be there for a fun vacation it had those as well. If we ever need a house to stay in The Villages again, this will be our place. Check-in was easy and the property manager is very helpful.

We went to the villages to visit with family members who live there. They showed all the amenities and activities. We were very busy everyday with all the fun outdoor activities and events. The Villages is definitely a place where everyone can find something fun daily that suits the individual.

This was hands down the best rental property we have ever stayed at. Absolutely incredible location, very clean, well stocked. Minutes from brownwood paddock and from multiple pools in the area/ shopping nearby. Super convenient. Also fully equipped with a golf cart and bikes which made it very fun to get around! The screened in lanai was one of the best parts of the house, we enjoyed meals and coffee daily! Hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond as well. Would definitely return!

This property is outstanding, we arrived late at night and was able to enter the property with no problem. Very clean and the location is prime, close to everything we wanted to do. Neighbors were friendly. We felt safe. I definitely plan to use this property again for future trips to The Villages. The owners and property management company were very easy to work with and very accommodating.

Property was very clean, comfortable and full of sunshine. Check in was easy. Loved the lanai for morning coffee and evening adult beverages. The kitchen was full of starter items for your convivence. The only updates we would love to see for our next visit: new Teflon skillets and sauce pan, extra plugins by bedside for all electronic devices including usb, and new listing title to remind renters of available Golf Cart for additional fee (which I missed in the details but assumed by 1st pictures) This beautiful house is in a great central location and is on a quiet street of the neighborhood. We will definitely rent again in the future.

Worked with BK to rent the Johnson’s very nice house. BK was great to work with and was always available. Golf cart and bikes were included as was every kitchen utensil you could possibly need. Located 5 minute cart drive from Brownwood village and 20 minutes from several golf courses, it is a great location. We will definitely stay here again during our yearly golf outing.
