Summary: Come enjoy our lovely place all-year-round with San Diego's amazing weather! Natural light floods each room through the skylights and vaulted ceilings. This is a second floor unit; all 3 bedrooms, living space, bathrooms and kitchen are on the same level. There is wonderful front balcony you can relax with your coffee/cocktail while taking in the view of the beautiful bay! Nestled in this peaceful & cozy spot, you are still only steps to the action of Mission Beach. Feel at home with all the amenities you could possibly need! The Space: We provide all you need to live as if you were at home including washer/dryer, 2 car garage, dishwasher, open kitchen/dining/living room layout, and a private balcony, oversized master suite, a 55" TV in the living room, and an additional TV in the master. Guest Access: We have a garage full of beach amenities, including bikes, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards... The Neighborhood: Mission Beach is an amazing coastal community designed around "courts" with all of the residences facing one another across a sidewalk. That design creates a cozy and homey feel (and also limits the amount of car traffic) making Mission Beach the ideal spot to "live at the beach". Enjoy several miles of long, flat boardwalks for riding bikes or skateboards or just going on a stroll at sunset. Restaurants, bars and amusement parks are all within walking distance. And of course, the beach on one side to surf or the bay on the other for more casual water play (unless you decide to kayak, stand-up paddle board or sail...all rental options are just minutes away). Getting Around: The Boardwalk and Bayside Walk are wonderful ways to travel throughout the beach and bay. The 1 car garage (+1 possible small car outside of garage) guarantees that you will always have parking should you venture out into greater San Diego. We've also partnered with a local company, PB Golf Cart Rentals, that offers daily rentals in a customized Golf Cart. Whether you need it for the day, the weekend, or the week, they've got you covered. With flexible pricing and local pickup & drop-off, you’re minutes away from riding around San Diego in style. Other Things to Note: For stays longer than 30 days, I require a deposit in the amount of one month's rent to be paid offline due 90 days prior to arrival. Perfect location, clean, cozy, comfortable, would definitely stay here again… quiet, quaint neighborhood…walked everywhere, don’t need a car..garage has everything you need!!

The house was in a perfect location and had almost everything you might need. It is quite dated and could use some renovations but it is very clean and well maintained.

Overall this place was nice and we had a good time. We liked the clean, modern bedrooms, large couch and TV for movie watching, and perfect Mission Beach location. There were more than enough towels and we appreciated the tide to-go pods and downy fabric spray. The only negatives however are that the online ad is misleading. It states there is AC however there are 2 AC units, one in the main living area and one in the master bedroom, leaving out the two other bedrooms. The temperature ended up being fine with fans, however I specifically searched for a property with AC in case the weekend was extremely warm. I feel that this property cost more because it advertised AC (a rare thing in Mission Beach) and I probably over-paid. Additionally, there seems to be pictures of two separate balconies on the listing, however there is only one. It wasn't a big deal, but we felt slightly duped.
Overall would recommend if you know these things going in advance.

Our family of 7 had a wonderful week at this great rental! It was comfortable and clean and spacious. They have all the beach toys needed for the 2 block walk to the beach- it’s a perfect location! We loved sitting on the balcony with the comfy patio furniture. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come again!

This location was perfect for our family of 7 vacation. Walking distance from Belmont Park, the beach, and parks. All my kids had a blast. (Ages 18-6). This home comes equipped with everything you could possibly need. Easy check in and out. We loved it!

This property was very clean, the property manager was very on top of all communication, and the home was much larger than I expected from the photos. My daughter loved the bunk bed and I loved the coziness of the primary suite!

Everything was as described in the listing.
Liked how food, the beach & Belmont Park was just a short walk.
All the linens were clean and kitchen had pretty much everything you need to cook as in dishes and most seasonings.
Only thing I would recommend is having the cleaning service to dust the house & the portable fans/ac’s more often.
Would definitely recommend & would stay again.

We rented this property for my nephews Marine Corps graduation. The property was very clean, great amenities, close to the beach and shops. Working with the property owner was one of the best experiences, Aaron was extremely supportive when we had a family member admitted to the hospital, he was flexible and allowed us to book another night while we waited for my dad to be released from the hospital. I would highly recommend this property. We will be back!

We had a great stay at Aaron's beach house. The location is safe, so close to the beach and honestly surpassed all expectations. The house is STOCKED with kitchen appliances, games, beach stuff etc. The only thing is you cannot use the top deck or the bottom area of the house.

The three bedroom home met our needs for a family vacation in San Diego. The bikes, the beach toys and towels really helped make it an enjoyable time for all of us . We also appreciated the use of the garage as parking is at a premium in this area. The little table and chairs on the balcony as pictured are missing but it didn’t matter as we experienced rain most of the week. The kitchen has everything you would need and the pantry has extra spices and oils for cooking too.

We had a wonderful week in Mission Beach, although it was cooler than we hoped. The property is exactly as advertised. There are many restaurants within walking distance. We had a bit of a glitch at checkin, but it was quickly rectified. Everything else went well.

Perfect location very short walk from beach and steps from the bay. Kitchen had everything we needed. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Beds were also comfortable and the linens were very soft. The place is not large, but we stayed with four adults, a teenager and a child and we had enough space to eat together and socialize.

The garage is technically 2 stalls, but you can realistically only park one car inside, because much of the other side is being used for storage (including everything you could possibly need for the beach). There is, however, enough space in front of the garage door to park a second small to mid-sized vehicle. We parked a Honda CRV there without much trouble. The inside of the property is exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. We had a group of 4 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. We would certainly stay here again.

Everything was pretty doggone terrific I was a little sad we didn’t have more outdoor space. There is a garage for parking which is awesome as unless you have a Ford F150 truck and you can’t get it all the way in 🤣.

Overall, we enjoyed our trip to San Diego and this property. I've listed what I feel are the positives along with possible areas of improvement for the owners to consider.
Positives:
- Nice location near bay and amusements
- 3 bed/2 bath provided plenty of space for our family of 4
- Very helpful to have linens and towels (including beach towels)
- Kitchen had everything we needed
- Nice to have beach chairs and some beach toys included
- Balcony area was pleasant
- Very responsive management company that often replied within a few hours or sooner both before and during our stay. They were very patient and addressed all questions.
- Ceiling fans in the bedrooms
- Charging cords in bedrooms
- Some toiletries included
Possible areas of improvement to consider:
- The lack of central AC was a big deal for us and was unexpected since the property was advertised as having AC in the VRBO listing. The one portable unit was not sufficient to cool the unit, especially the bedrooms. We tried leaving the windows open but the area was still very hot and the thermostat read 80 degrees for most of the week which really wasn't comfortable for our stay in August.
I suggest removing the AC from the listing or being very clear in the description for future renters. Alternatively, if the rooms had cooling units also it probably would go a long way to making the unit more comfortable in August. Sleeping with the windows open was difficult due to early AM noise from birds, garbage trucks, and construction from a nearby property. (I know the owner can't control any of that and those noises are in most locations.)
- One of the pictures showed a stairwell and it might be implied that this was a 2 floor unit. This wasn't as big of a deal but it was unexpected to see part of the unit blocked off. I had stayed at another second floor unit in the past which had rooftop access with a seating area which was very nice. I don't know if this was something the unit had access to or not but if it did it would have added to the experience
- The cleaners are not cleaning the blinds; there is substantial dust/grim that was felt whenever I opened and closed the windows
Overall we enjoyed the unit and would consider returning during a cooler season when AC wasn't needed. This was overall a very nice unit.

Perfect little spot for a family with littles! We were able to walk to the beach, Belmont park, a kids park, and restaurants! I will mention that there is a lot of activity in the area so if you are looking for a quiet spot this may not be it. With that said, the kiddos were so tired at the end of the long days they passed right out and didn’t wake up till the late morning! The guest services were super responsive with the few requests I had which was super apriciated! Thanks for everything!

We had a wonderful 7 night stay at this property in Mission Beach. Location is excellent. Perfect Location!
The house could not have had a better location. There are three separate beaches within a block radius, and Belmont park is practically next door. Despite being so close to everything the house was tucked in and felt nice and quiet and calm. This was exactly what we were looking for on our visit to San Diego!

A great time and lots of room for family of 6! Ideal location and outfitted with all the essentials and more - a crockpot even! Even though kids were older, we still took advantage of wagon to haul all the beach gear(which was included-chairs, umbrellas). Would highly recommend for anyone with teens, lots they can do within walking distance (beach, Belmont amusement park and 2 bikes to ride included in rental) and a short drive to other areas. Garage is smaller so be aware a big vehicle may not fit. It was tight with a Nissan Pathfinder.

Comfortable and Convenient
Aaron's Mission Beach rental is wonderful; bright sunny sitting room and deck, comfy couch and convenient kitchen design, and the beds were soooo comfortable in all three bedrooms. The location is convenient to get to Belmont Park but also to the bay side beach and boardwalk, and just a couple of blocks to the ocean side beach. Restaurants, shops and corner market are within walking distance. We didn't have a chance make use of the bikes or beach items but it's great to have them available. We would definitely stay again.

Nice quite neighborhood. There is small construction going on couple of houses down the street, but they seemed to progress quickly, so I’d say it’d be over soon and wasn’t bothering much, especially if keep balcony door closed. Definitely no noise during early morning or night. Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect spot for our 2 families
We stayed here with 2 couples and 4 kids and it was perfect! Steps to the bayside beach so kids could run over and play and we could see them from the deck. Close to everything in mission beach. Kitchen had all necessary things we needed. Can park 2 cars. Great place!
