Situated in Two Rivers, this attractive house for $384 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Being by the lake produces a feeling of relaxation and you can sense it pretty easily in this easy going place called Two Rivers, and especially right here at the Smiling Bear Cabin. There are many nearby hiking and XCSki/Showshoeing trails including ice age trail segments, and wonderful beach and picnicking spots. Staying at the Smiling Bear puts you at the heart of everything available in the area and gives you a nice place to call home and make great family memories. Our place sits on 1/3 acre, across the road from Lake Michigan and the Mariner's Trail, which runs along the coastline. The way our home is angled, you can see the lake from much of the yard and just about every room of the house. We have Swings, Volleyball, Croquet, Badminton, & Sidewalk Chalk! We have a Fire-Pit and a Wood Shed [which may or may not have firewood at any given time]. To round out the outdoor fun, we have a huge Wrap Around Deck w/Gas Grill [Propane Provided], Picnic Table, Patio Table w/Umbrella, and extra chairs. Inside home layout is ideal w/Open Concept KT/Dining/LR so everyone can enjoy one anothers company during family cooking and cleanup time in our well stocked kitchen. Access Deck from Patio Doors or back kitchen door making a convenient round robin layout perfect for entertaining. Main floor laundry for guest use. Our fully equipped KT includes Gas Stove, Refrigerator w/Water & Ice Dispenser, Dishwasher, Microwave, Wine Cooler, Coffeemaker, Crockpots, blender, beaters, pots & pans, utensils, glassware, bakeware et al. We have some specialties like a melon baller, garlic press, lemon zester, etc to add pizazz to your cooking experience. Secured High Speed WiFi, and Dish TV including A&E and Discovery Channel [w/upgrade for sports channels available upon request]. We have books, games, and binoculars! Enjoy watching the SS Badger Carferry or other boats coast along the horizon. Play board games at the large dining table. Wonderful place for family together time. For Sleeping Arrangements, there is a Main Floor Bedroom w/King Size Bed, and 3 more Bedrooms Upstairs. 2 of the upper Bedrooms have 1 Queen Size Bed per room. The 3rd upstairs BR has 2 Double Beds. There is a Hotel Grade Sofa Sleeper in LR. We do have a basic fold-up canvas cot with it’s own little home-made sheet set, . There is a full bath on both Floors. Main Floor Bath has a Shower Stall. Upstairs Bath has a Shower over Tub. Towels & Linens provided, including bath, kitchen, and beach towels. We provide toilet paper, Kleenex, paper napkins, and 1+/- roll paper towel. Many extra condiments and items for your convenience are at the property as well.

Great location with lake views and close to walking/bike path. We enjoyed our relaxing stay spending every day by the lake and exploring many good nearby restaurants. Although the house was too big for the two of us it was cozy, relaxing and clean. Thanks to our host and hope to return soon!

The home worked out great for our family to enjoy the TNF Packers game (except for the game result). Only 45 minutes from GB and we were able to go back the next day to enjoy the HOF. We would stay again.

We have rented this house every summer for about 10 years now. The guys love salmon and trout fishing on Lake Michigan and the girls love Neshotah Beach. Great place to spend time with family and friends around the campfire. The host is great and is very quick to respond to any problem at all. Will definitely book next year!

Exactly what we needed! Home was clean, beds comfy! Close to restaurants and lots of thrift and antique shopping in both Two Rivers and Manitowoc. Well appointed, had everything we needed and more! it was amazing to watch the moon come up over the water both nights, hope to come back in the summer to actually go to the beach!

Rosalee's home was a great place to stay in the Two Rivers area!! The house was very comfortable and well-appointed for our long weekend stay. Great location just outside of Two Rivers on the road that leads to Manitowoc. We had a wonderful stay with family and friends to celebrate Thanksgiving 2022- and this property was the perfect place for it. Every morning we enjoyed the sunrises over the lake. We enjoyed the sites in Two Rivers and Manitowoc and spent most days at the house enjoying good food and games. A very relaxing week indeed!

While we did not chose this house for it's proximity to the lake, the views were a nice bonus. The home was just as described; it was clean, had plenty of comfortable beds, multiple bathrooms, and a nice working kitchen. I would definitely stay again and would look for other properties from this owner as well.

4 family's totaling 12 stayed very easy in this house. We got up walked across the street to see the sunrise. One of the best though out rentals we've stayed at. We utilized the firepit outside as well.

Our family enjoyed this house immensely. With its 4 bedrooms, it fit our extended family of 8. It was close to Two Rivers, close to Manitowac. The deck was so nice for sitting and looking out over Lake Michigan.

Everything was excellent. Great communication with owner! All the amenities we needed! Loved the way everything was labeled! Perfect for a family with kids! Lots of entertainment, games, etc! We had a nice family bbq and an awesome campfire with the fire pit to end the evening! 5 Stars!!

Rosalee is a great host. We had no issues that were a concern to me. The home is as advertised. And we would stay here again if ever in Trivers. (Two Rivers) It is a short distance to anywhere you want to go. Groceries, beach, zoo we’re all close by. Fires at the pit. Swings for the kids. Gas grille and a big deck to gather on. The only reason I rated it a 3/5 stars on location is because while we were opening Christmas presents we saw someone get arrested outside (like 8 cop cars were there) BUT that is not the property owners fault lol They had the place decorated for Christmas and it was very homey, very spacious

The house worked well for a family vacation- adult children and grandchildren with plenty of bedrooms, great backyard and fire pit ( with firewood for sale across the street). Walked the trail that goes along the lake every day.
