Looking for a relaxing getaway in beautiful Phoenix close to Spring Training, Hockey, Golf and Football? Look no further! This conveniently located 3 bedroom beautiful home is fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay for you and your family in the sun. Relax around the beautiful, private heated pool in the day and wind down in the evening with a bbq and drinks around the fireplace table. The pool deck has ample seating: 2 loungers, 2 high top chairs and 4 seats around the fire table in the shade. The open living room/kitchen area in this rancher has vaulted ceilings, lots of windows and is adjacent to the heated pool. The layout is easily accessible by everyone, has no stairs and is a perfect space where everyone can hang out together without feeling cramped. You can star gaze at night on the pool patio after putting the kids to bed without worrying about disturbing those who turned in early. There's ample RV parking along the east side of the house as well. The home has been tastefully decorated with a southwest theme and is meticulously cleaned and maintained - much better than a hotel! Outside, you'll find a beautiful desert landscape with cacti, palms other beautiful vegetation to make your stay extra memorable. Complimentary high speed wireless internet included in price along with a multimedia entertainment system, 200+ channel TV/PVR's in the living room and master bedroom. Telephone landline available for local calls, so you don't have to use your cellphone minutes. We're a 15 min cab ride to the Westgate Entertainment District. Leave your car at home and jump in a taxi for some great restaurant, sports, shopping and entertainment options. Go the opposite direction to get to the White Tank Mountains and Wildlife Word Zoo in 15 mins. Really something here for everyone in the family. Spacious, clean, easy no-key entry, not luxury accommodations/amenities but had all the necessities and no problems, just 10 minutes drive to visit (grand)parents in Sun City and about 20 minutes to hiking trails in White Tank Mountain regional park. We unfortunately didn't have a chance to use the pool or outdoor fire. The street was a bit busy to navigate (maybe because of the holidays, lots of cars were parked on the street in front of neighbors and this house) and no food/coffee/etc. within a short walk as it's in a residential area, but many options available within a short drive.

The description of this property was on point. It was homey and comfortable. The owner was easy to get a hold off even at 10 pm. Exceeded my expectations for sure. All our family needs were met. We enjoy the heated pool every day.

Location is very important, and subjective. It was great for us. Very close to my parents (reason for visit). Close to easy food and walmart. Pool was heated and very comfortable, but the air temp was cool, so as long as you stay under the water you are warm. Get that wet body out and the wind makes it a bit chilly. Having the garage availble to use and park in was great. The house was clean, but somewhat not provisioned like i expected. Not enough to lower the rating, but was lacking toilet paper, laundry soap, other kithcen items, etc... these things should not take away from the positives, just for awareness. I would stay here again.

The house could use a deep clean, but I think most people’s could. (I know mine could) Otherwise it was perfectly fine. We loved the pool and we would stay here again.

The house was as nice as described. The location is convinient and there is a large Walmart in short distance as well as a few restaurants and gas station. That makes it a good place to explore the larger Phoenix area. The heated pool was a nice treat especially after a hot day in the sun. it was a quiet place - no noisy neighbors. The garage was great for the rental car to keep the temperatures at a acceptable limit. All in all a place to come back.

Property was as advertised, clean comfortable and with everything needed. The neighborhood looked busy but there was not any noise that bothered us, indoor or enjoying the pool. The garage is a great benefit helping to keep the car our of the heat. The pool and pool toys made the Phoenix heat bearable. Overall a great experience and we shall going back on our next visit to the area.

Really enjoyed our stay, home is as pictured. The pool was just what we were looking for and we were in it and enjoying the sun everyday of our stay. Really appreciated not having an extra fee for heating the pool as many of the other homes we looked at did. Having access to the garage was also really nice.
The house was a little dusty with dust bunnies in the corners, but that could be part of being in the middle of a desert.
We needed help with the tv/cable and Sasha was super responsive. Some directions/tips left with the remote would be helpful.

Sasha was a great host and answered all questions very quickly! The home was clean and poolside was a treat. The kitchen was fully equipped with all utensils and gadgets for home cooked meals. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by. Home was spacious for our needs. Would stay again in the future as was close by to friends living in area fulltime.

The house is spacious and nicely decorated; the yard in front is well landscaped with a desert theme. The neighborhood is pleasant and the streets are quiet, though the very frequent jets overhead from the nearby air base were pretty loud. Walmart is very close for shopping. Unfortunately we were there during a cold snap, and even though the pool is heated, it was not warm enough to be appealing at those temperatures; particularly since the pool gets almost no direct sunlight in January, when we were there. We tried the fire table also, briefly, but it was still too cold to enjoy the time outside. There is a waterfall/pool in the corner of the backyard which was not operating and looked unappealing.
But overall, the house was good! There were 6 of us and there was plenty of room to spread out.

We would rate this place an overall “ok”. Could use a deep clean, maybe updated towels, etc. Never used the pool as couldn’t get the temp above 75. Sasha was super-responsive when we had issues with the TV, & had his handyman come by & get us up & running.

Spacious and well equipped home. Good value for most visitors to the greater Phoenix area. However, this home is not being very well maintained on behalf of guests or the home's out of country owners. Furniture, bedding, lighting, pool cover, and window shades were in poor shape if not in disrepair. It's a home in need of real TLC, not just sweeping and cleaning.

Lots of space, great kitchen and cozy atmosphere. It was pretty chilly when we were there (even for January) but still a perfect getaway from winter temps in Chicago :) Thanks for a pleasant stay!

You do hear the fighter jets but that comes with the area. We enjoy watching them.
Home is located in a residential area with lots of cars parked on the street but it was surprisingly quiet.

The house was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. The pool was amazing and well maintained. Only thing I would recommend would be an update to the Roku - but there is so much to do other than watch TV

It’s our first experience doing VRBO in AZ. The ease of securing reservations was great. Communication with the host was timely and efficient. Quiet neighborhood with easy access to the freeway. Drivable distance to the main shopping center in Surprise. The home was clean and spacious. Just had some issues with the dryer and disposal that hopefully will be addressed. Otherwise lovely way to experience a taste of living in the desert community. Will likely return for an annual visit!

Home had everything you would expect/need as a guest from outside the area. Pool made the triple didgit days easily managed. Safe area, close to grocery and retail options. Owner touched base via phone shortly after we arrived to make sure we were looked after.

Perfect Home Base
We had such a lovely time at Dysart Cactus! The house had plenty of space for our tween and teen to stretch out, the pool was the perfect temperature, even when the weather dropped to the 70s. It was well stocked with all of the amenities and very clean. Sasha checked in with us by text and was easy to reach. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect for a family!
We traveled to the Phoenix area to visit my oldest son and his small children. A pool was a necessity, as was a large gathering space, because with 2 babies and 2 toddlers, plus 2 teens and 4 adults, we knew we’d be spending a lot of time at the house.
The house is in a quiet, middle-class suburban neighborhood and very close to many great restaurants. Wal-mart is literally 2 minutes away, so super convenient. There was ample parking space, including the garage.
The house was clean and roomy. We never felt cramped or overcrowded while my son and his family were with us during the day. The pool was awesome and *warm*, and there were LOTS of large towels for everyone to use. We also made use of the grill, which was the perfect size for all of us.
Sasha was quick to respond when I asked him some questions about the pool, and very friendly. It was a great experience and we will definitely rent this house again when we return to Phoenix!
