Villa for 10 to 14 people 800m from the beach and 500m from shops and market Built on 2 floors It consists of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens + 1 outdoor kitchen A lounge with satellite TV (French channels) Wireless 1 swimming pool (9x4) +1 children's pool area: 220m2 garden: 700m2 garage and private parking linens provided microwaves dishwasher washing machine toast gas fires oven plancha refrigerators iron ball or shuffleboard terrace -shades - garden furniture 2 baby chairs 1 travel cot 2 cots linen provided: sheets + pillowcases + tea towels towels not provided the day of your departure: sheets + pillowcases + cloths left dirty in the shower trays refrigerators cleaned and emptied dishwasher cleaned and emptied clean dishes and put away in the cupboards swept floors If you break objects, you will have to replace them or make your insurance work Your deposit of 350 € will be paid to you by Abritel 7 days after your departure if you respect the previous instructions.

Spacious, well equipped kitchen, good showers, great swimming pool, good outdoor space and leisure areas. Pool was cleaned twice during our stay and garden maintained.
However, couldn’t find a welcome pack with info for gas or appliances. Outside seating well below standard expected- ripped sunbeds, stained cushions and light not working in the pool. There was an issue with ants and a few cockroaches - in my opinion due to a lack of deep cleaning in the house and general property upkeep. Also I was surprised to find the property had a separate entrance to the upstairs bedrooms, this was not mentioned in the property posting.
The taxi driver couldn’t find it and it’s not on the car sat-nav

Good space for 11 of us. House decoration dated and needs money spent on it to modernise it. Lighting not so good in some rooms. Outside tiles very slippery when wet, dangerous for the little ones.
Location of property good. We were able to walk to beach, supermarket and town. Kitchen very well equipped. Pool nice. Kids pool too deep for them. Overall for what we paid a good house with lots of space. Just a bit dated.

El mobiliario interior es algo antiguo pero la casa es espaciosa y amplia......esta bien ubicado y cerca de todo......aunque está situada en una zona tranquila .nos gustó bastante...repetiremos

L’annonce correspond très bien à la réalité! Je dirais même que c’est encore mieux! Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la maison et ses extérieurs! De plus tout est vraiment très près de la maison, nous n’avons pas eu besoin des voitures sauf pour les excursions. Super communication avec la propriétaire ainsi que les personnes sur place! Nous avons eu un soucis de cafetière et en une journée s’était réglé. Je pense que nous reviendrons! Merci!

Goede prijs-kwaliteit
Leuke vakantie gehad, goede ligging, deftig huisje met enkele kleine gebreken, maar voor ons als groep van 10 jongeren toch top!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjours,
Avec 6 adultes et 3 enfants, nous avions tout à disposition, juste un bémol l'eau chaude soit très chaud , ou très froid, pas de juste milieu mais bon vu la chaleur ça aller.

Propriété très grande - belles piscines - confort pour toute une famille (nous étions 10 personnes au total).
Très bien située - proche de tout.
