Nottingham Lodge is an 11 bedroom luxury lodge. Providing the ultimate in elegance, fun & amenities, this 3 story, 10,000+ sq. ft. lodge sleeps up to 46 people. With just over 10,000 square feet, Nottingham Lodge is a true Lodge with 11 bedrooms - all ensuite, 1 half bath and two commercial restrooms on the main level/Level 2 down the hall from the living room. Also on the main level are 6 King bedrooms, 1 hot tub, 1 swim spa, natural gas line fire pit area, 2 natural gas line grills, 2 laundry units, double kitchen and an amazing large gas fireplace in the grand living room. We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect and the lodge was beautiful. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather to talk, eat, and play games. We’re definitely looking at booking this property again.

This location is very convenient. It is just minutes from the main strip in Pigeon Forge and right at the beginning of the drive to Gatlinburg. It is hilly and there are warnings about driving in that area when roads are bad. It isnt high up in the mountains but still steep hills. Plenty of flat parking at the house.
The space is fabulous. Very spacious with lots of areas for fun or to spread out. The main sitting area is separated from the dining/kitchen with doors and was quiet and cozy with the fireplace. The communal furniture looked updated. Double appliances in kitchen.
Bedrooms all had ceiling fans which I liked. Our mattress was fine, but several complained of old, saggy mattresses. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure.
Our favorite things were ...the 16-person swim spa. Everyone got in and sang and told ghost stories. We grilled on the deck. Arcade games were popular. Fireplace was huge and drew people to it for conversation.
Had a few repair issues that were addressed quickly.
Cons...the bedding was worn, cheap, and some was stained. Comforters need a deep clean. Pillows were terrible.
We moved sofas back to make a bigger circle and no one is cleaning under the furniture.
Not great phone reception.
A few non functioning items.
Overall, we'd happily return.

Plenty of bedrooms and hanging out room for all. Pictures are accurate so take a look. Big plus is plenty of parking. A few miles in either direction and you're in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We cooked breakfast every morning and one dinner. Kitchen is well equipped. And plenty of fridge space. First time ever we didn't use every last inch of the fridges (~20 of us). And main area was decorated for the holidays too. A nice festive touch.

This place was huge! Plenty of room for our very large family to spread out but also plenty of things to do together. My only suggestion would be to include some games or toys for younger kids who got bored very quickly.

This property was a great place to stay for our big family. Everyone had their own room and privacy and the amenities were excellent. It was easy to check in and directions were easy to follow. Property was clean and host was very friendly and accommodating. Great location as well!

We had a great time with family at This cabin. The owner was excellent and replied quick when we needed something. Cabin was clean, smelled clean upon arrival and it was huge. Something for everyone to do and enjoy.

This is a great property for a large group, particularly one with older teens to adult kids with the game room nicely equipped and on a lower level from the living area. There are numerous minor maintenance issues with doors, showers, etc. that need to be addressed to make this an excellent rental.

We held a family reunion with 17 adults and four children and this place was amazing. Who doesn't love a built-in game room, hot tubs, and quick access to the community pool? Bonus all of the rooms have their own private bathroom. We came ready for an amazing gathering and our accommodations did not disappoint. There were also plenty of dishes and double everything in the kitchen.
Two minor things are the trash pickups weren't frequent enough for what 21 people can produce, and the pots and pans had a lot of wear and tear. Many nonstick surfaces were so scratched up we wouldn't use them. But trust me, the good far out weighs this minor stuff that is typical of any rental.

Overall this was a great property for a large family gathering. It has many spaces to hang out in (living room, kitchen, game rooms, theater, porches) and spacious areas for cooking and gathering. Nice large bedrooms with bathrooms in each. The neighborhood pool being right next door is a plus, but you may not even need it because of the private swim spa. Perfect location with easy access to all the surrounding attractions.
Only negatives were the odor in the basement areas and the very spotty/poor Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the house. A property this size needs a commercial grade wifi solution.

We had a group of 43 band students and parents. This was a GREAT place for a group....plenty to keep them busy and plenty of room to spread out. Having a couple of showers in the big community bathrooms would have been an excellent addition, considering we had some folks sleeping on sofa beds. Other than that, it was perfect for us.

We had a rough start at the house. But the property owner was very quick to response and the workers that came out were very helpful. The cabin is great for large gatherings I would book this cabin again if I had such a large group. So nice to have a private bathroom in every bedroom. Great location from the parkway as well.

We were a family of 33, 3 generations. This lodge was very spacious, yet had an intimate feel. The kitchen is huge with a double kitchen and very well stocked. Plenty of dining seating. The living room had enough seating for all of us with still room for 4 infants/ toddlers to play. The fireplace is beautiful! The bedroom’s & private bathrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Everyone enjoyed the arcade,theater room & game room. The front porch is huge with lots of rocking chairs with amazing views! The back deck is very large and very private for hot tub & swim spa! 2 large grills made grilling easy with our large group. The owner's response time to any questions was quick and very helpful. Would definitely book this lodge again!

Really enjoyed our time at this cabin. Tari was super responsive to any questions or concern. I would highly recommend this cabin for large groups. You never feel cramped and the opportunity for our family to be together for a week was priceless.

We stayed at this cabin with a large group of friends and our kids. Everything from the booking process to check in was so easy and convenient. Tari was friendly and answered any questions I had promptly. The pictures for the cabin just don’t do it justice. This place was amazing. We will definitely stay here again for our next trip to the mountains!

Communication was excellent and the home is very well equipped and huge. It wasn’t dirty but it’s a large house and I am sure they turn it over quickly so there were a few things missed in cleaning. We called and they were very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood is nice but icy roads were dangerous and the main entrance blocked for 2 full days, so consider a 4Wd for winter. So many bedrooms and each with a private bath is a real benefit for our large groups with multiple families. Theater, game room and fireplace were favorite features. It feels like a mountain retreat, not part of the chaos of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinberg but very close if that’s what you want.

We had a large family reunion for Thanksgiving and this property was perfect. Very spacious with lots of room for everyone. Fully stocked kitchen and ice machine was very helpful with a large group. Would definitely book again.

The cabin was wonderful. It was very close to Pigeon Forge. It was about 2 or 3 miles to Parkway (main road in PF). The kitchen was fully stocked. It was nice having the larger bathrooms on the first floors so we didn’t have to go back to your bedrooms to use the bathroom. The game and Theater rooms downstairs were awesome! Everyone loved those!! We would definitely stay here again!!

We rented the cabin for my mom’s 85th Birthday celebration! The cabin was gorgeous, very clean and had EVERY amenity you can imagine. The check-in process was easy and the owner communication was superb. We would definitely rent this cabin again. I give this cabin 5 stars!!!!!

We had a few minor issues and the maintenance man was sent over the next morning. It is a awesome house and we loved the space, the walking hot tub and the commercial ice maker. It would have been great to have a few more rocking chairs on the front porch. We were pleased enough to try and rent for next fall and it is not available.

We appreciated how close we were to the pool, how comfortable the beds were, and the opportunities for privacy when needed. I did my yoga on the back porch every morning, and the temp was perfect due to the shade.

The Lodge is amazing. We had a few rainy days but there was so much to do! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, lodge was clean. We loved it!

Great family reunion stay
The property was the perfect size for our family reunion and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus. Kids of all ages enjoyed various aspects of the house including the very close neighborhood pool. Whenever I contacted the host about an issue, it was addressed immediately (not enough sheets, wasp nest on deck). However, there are many little things, not worth contacting owner, that could use fixing around the house (one faucet in kitchen doesn't have pressure, broken rocking chair, dresser drawers that don't close, drains that don't close...). The owner should also consider changing cleaning companies. Two bedrooms found old food in the rooms, under couches and couch cushions and beds/dressers were very dirty, under the kitchen sinks were very dirty, and we needed to clean any items we used in the kitchen before use.

Large cabin very close to Pigeon Forge. Two great hot tubs (one is a swim/sauna). Community pool is steps away (2 flights down and visible form balcony). Great, large, eating area. Game room and theater room is a plus!
