Nestled in Port Elliot, this charming cottage for $346 per night is a great option for your next vacation. 'Rosetta Beach Cottage' - Port Elliot Comfortable 3 bedroom cottage with sea views, fresh beach decor and modern furniture. Enjoy sea views from the front deck or inside from the lounge, dining or even kitchen! There is a second lounge area so everyone can spread out and get their own space. All lounge areas have flatscreen TV's, as does the main bedroom. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine and free WiFi internet. Outside there are sitting areas and tables, both front and rear, with sea views. There is even an outdoor shower for when you return from the beach! Walk out the front door, across the train line where the Cockle Train runs, down the steps at the end of street and you are on Knights and Boomer Beaches. Enjoy the beach or a walk along the historic granite headlands picturesque walking path to Horeseshoe Bay for a coffee or some shopping at the boutiques. Standard check-in is at 2pm and check-out at 10am. Located right in the middle of Port Elliot, it is just a 5 minute walk to: > Horseshoe Bay and the Flying Fish Cafe > Cafes, pubs and eateries, including the Hotel Elliot, Cockles and Port Elliot bakery > Train station to catch the Cockle Train between Goolwa and Victor Harbour and 1 minute walk down to Knights and Boomer beaches! Features: > modern beach colours inside and out with fresh beach decor and modern furniture > sea views from the main lounge, dining and kitchen > two lounge areas, both with large flatscreen TV's > flatscreen TV in the main bedroom second lounge has a Bluray/DVD player and board games > free wi-fi internet > iphone/ipod docks in lounge/bedrooms and mobile charging cables > reverse cycle air-conditioning > modern kitchen with microwave, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine > two toilets > laundry with washing machine and dryer, iron/ironing board > hair dryer > front and rear lawns, gas BBQ and plenty of parking > enclosed rear yard with shower Sleeps 6: 2 queen beds and 2 single beds - all beds have new pillows and quilts for use with your linen. This just means bringing your own pillow cases, sheets and towels for your stay. Linen can be supplied at an additional cost - details are below. Small/medium house trained dogs are permitted. They are welcome inside, but only on the furniture with your own rug/cover on it. *** Smoking is NOT permitted *** ___________________________ Supply of linen (sheets and towels) is available at an additional cost per stay. What a fantastic place for a holiday away with the family plus dog. House was as described on the listing. Nice, clean and super comfy for a weekend away with two small kids and a dog, the secure yard made for a stress free weekend away. The highlight of the house is that you can see the cockle train as it runs past and a quick walk to the station with the kids. Location is great, short walk into horseshoe bay either via a nice scenic walk or more direct backstreets. Would I recommend, yes it's a great place. Would I book again, absolutely.

Perfect little beach home with all you could want. In an ideal location with a sea view at the front and an easy walk to the beach and into Port Elliott town. Great enclosed back yard for our dog too.

Our stay at Rosetta Cottage was a great school holiday retreat for our small family, 2 adults, tween aged son, and Labradoodle. Its prime location is an easy walk to most places in Port Elliot, or drive to Victor Harbor, and Goolwa, makes it an ideal base for exploring the Fleurieu Peninsula. We walked a lot around Port Elliot, and love the bookshop down the street, the Market at the park on Saturday morning, the bakery, and down to the Port Elliot Show! The backyard is fully fenced, and secure, which meant both dog and owners could relax. We had a mix of weather this week, but we enjoyed sitting in the front room looking out towards the sea, and every so often seeing the passing Cockle Train. It's an older Cottage, but is clean and comfortable, with a modern kitchen and laundry facilities.

Loved our stay. Accomodation has everything we needed as a family. Great to walk straight down to the beach or the skate park, plus bike/walking trail right next door. Cooking was easy with enough pots, pans, trays and utensils already there. Laundry was had everything too. Overall been one of the best places we have stayed for our family.

Had a lovely weekend away, perfect little beach house, walking distance to the Main Street of Pt Elliott and beaches. Great little house to bring your fur baby. Was very clean and had everything we need for us and our little dachshund. Will definitely stay here again.

Our family of four plus dogs had a great stay at this cottage. Awesome location, walking distance to all the best of Port Elliot, multiple beaches and surely the best place to watch a sunset (rocks above Knights Beach for reference) Very neat cottage, comfortable beds and great communication with hosts. Would definitely recommend.

This is a great little property with excellent facilities and a nice energy. There is everything you need there and is a perfect setup for 2 families. You are close to the main drag and also the beach. I would recommend to anyone!!

Perfect pet-friendly place to stay with a couple of teens. Ocean views and close to shops and cafes. Jayson was incredibly helpful, check-in was easy and the house was very clean and with everything we needed and more. Hope to come back.

Location for us was perfect just a stones throw from the walks along Knights beach towards Horseshoe Bay and an easy stroll to The Strand and shops. Well laid out inside and out with all required for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely recommend to others.

We found Rosetta Beach Cottage ideal for our week away in Port Elliot. The house was most comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. The secure back garden area was an ideal exercise area for our 2 Cavalier King Charles spaniels.

We just spent a week here over Christmas. Great location with Knights beach a minute walk down the road, Boomer beach to the right and Horseshoe Bay to the left. Perfectly located to walk to most places including the Elliot Hotel. Secure and decent sized backyard which our small breed dog loved. Well stocked with everything you need to self cater. Clean and well maintained, easy communication with owner for enquiries, thank you for hosting us.

With 2 dogs and 3 teenage boys finding a holiday house is a challenge. Jayson’s Rosetta beach cottage ticked all the boxes. Separate area for the teenagers, secure yard for dogs and well equipped lounge and kitchen for us. Close to beach and Main St. Jayson made our holiday so easy, we will be back.
