We attended a wedding at the Adams Estate (a beautiful venue) and this house was perfect for my family. It was clean, had comfy beds, and had everything we needed. And was 1 1/2 miles from the wedding!

Stayed the weekend for a local race. The place has you covered for essentials plus a pool. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I was in town.

The house was nice and as described. Easy check in and check out. The house was pretty clean for the most part, it does smell very wet though. As long as we had the air down the smell went away. The pool and hot tub are very nice to have! Keep in mind the pool is NOT heated. The neighbors are pretty close which was fine for the most part. There was one night that we were pretty sure there was someone on the back porch area. I heard them and my boyfriend went to check it out and saw the screen door was open. We are hoping it was just the neighbor checking things out, but either way it was uncomfortable. We were leaving the next morning so didn't do much about it other than making sure all the doors were secure. It took us about 20 minutes to get to legoland. So great location for that if that's what you are planning! Overall, nice place to stay. Just be aware of your surroundings.

The home was spacious, and everything was clean and operational. The pool was beautiful, but water temperature was a bit too low for us seniors (it was late November). The hot tub was quite inviting, but we ran out of time to try it. All in al - a very enjoyable stay!

The property has a great pool but it was not warm enough to use it…..but the hot tub was used ever day.
It was wonderful to come home to it after very long days at the event.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental home. We used it for only half the week to go to Legoland, which wasn’t but a short drive. Also lots of restaurants and places to go that were also a short drive. We spent the first part of the week in Sarasota. Had we known this house was perfect for us, we would’ve booked it for the week and just drove to Siesta Key Beach one day out of the week. The pool was wonderful for the kids to have something to do!! The only thing I would say, the water did smell and also the home had a packed up smell, if that makes sense. Other than that, it was very clean, and we enjoyed it!

Florida vacation/competition.
I wanted to find something to give my family space instead of being crapped in a hotel room since all three were competing. This house provide that and much more! This house had everything I would need in a house. It was very easy to find and in a good location. The venue we had to go to was in Lakeland but we went to the beach one day and to Disney springs another day. We rented a boat and wave runner to explore the many lakes there. I highly recommend doing this. The owner was very nice and would answer my messages right away! My kids enjoyed the pool! I would recommend this house!

The house was centrally located for Disney and the beach. Very clean and had plenty of linens and kitchen amenities. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. No complaints. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here while we were in town for a waterskiing event. We also visited Legoland and a couple other area attractions. Great location, very clean, close to all everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a HUGE hit and we spent quite a bit of time out there. Thanks Linda.

Did read the reviews until our flight ✈️ was delayed and then we got little scared.,,, got there and find very little things where corrected from the complaints that I read
Lot’s of spray when first go in… old dishes old sofas and stinky old mattresses, with sheep plastic cover make lots at noises and making you sweat 😓 a lot because it’s plastic …
Hopefully if anyone else wants to go there just be aware that the owners said that she lives in Canada and for two years she has not been in this particular place..,. Only thing that Sefe us was tha pool and jacuzzi was awesome good working conditions and cleanin ..,

This home is wonderful! Conveniently located near stores, and pool and hot tub were great! It was very clean and had all the amenities! The owner is great, and responds immediately to any questions. Highly recommend this house!!

My husband, 2 kids (ages 5 and 9) and I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days for a trip to Legoland. It was about a 30 minute drive to Legoland. Upon arrival, the house had a weird odor that we couldnt get rid of. The house appeared clean for the most part but later discovered the bed linens on the kids beds had not been cleaned after the last person (the linens smelled like sweaty heads and had stains). The pullout sofa was full of food crumbs, hair and a bottle of whiskey! I would strongly recommend to the owner to have the rug and sofas cleaned. They smelled badly. The pool was green and cloudy but the owner assured us it was clean and ready to swim. We werent sure if that was the normal coloration or algae...after swimming we found out it was in fact algae. Pool light wasnt working so, no night swimming. A big disappointment because that was the main reason we rented this house. Also I didnt feel safe there- theres hardly no lighting at night and the second night we were there two police cars stopped in front of the house and a search helicopter above. My kids were scared to sleep alone after that.
A minor issue was no tvs in bedrooms. We like to watch tv to fall asleep and the house was very noisy (knocking noises in the walls or ceiling) so it was hard to get to sleep. Also the local restaurants are few and far between and also close very early. Plan to eat dinner in Winter Haven.

It took two days to figure out the jacuzzi, Linda neighbor came by to show us after I emailed her. The pool was semi clean the floor could use a scrubbing. I know the owner emphasized she gets it cleaned, however sis they can do a better job! The kitchen has plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Coffee machine, and toaster. Some cleaning supplies were present so we didn't have to purchase any. Plenty of towels and linens in the closet. There is only one TV in the entire house, so dont expect to watch TV in bed. Some furniture updates could be helpful, especially the beds.. The neighborhood is quiet there are some small convenient stores 5 minutes away.
