Located in Four Corners, this attractive house for $619 per night is a great option for your next break. *** Pool and Spa heat included with every reservation at no extra charge. *** The Champions Retreat 9 bedroom vacation rental home on ChampionsGate is an upscale, high end vacation home with an extensive specification and beautiful, but practical furnishings. All bedrooms are equipped with ultra comfortable memory foam mattresses, a large screen LCD TV and custom décor creating a unique theme for each room. The home has beds for 30 + 2 optional cribs (32 in total). Pool & Spa heat included. When you arrive at the Champions Retreat, you will experience a real sense of something special. The exterior features a decorative driveway and walkway pavers, a brick facade and a tiled roof. The interior of the home is professionally decorated and includes a full HD living room 70” smart TV with added premium channels, along with 32" TV's in each of the 9 bedrooms and a further 60” TV in the loft area. There are also Blu-Ray players and high speed internet connectivity for streaming. There are 6 bedrooms with king beds, 1 with twins, 1 with two queens and 1 further bedroom with 4 twin/full bunk beds – comfortably sleeping up to 30 people. The kitchen has upgraded tile and dark wood cabinetry, along with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Your guests can choose to dine at the kitchen bar (that seats 5), at the fabulous large dining room table (that seats 12) or around the outside patio tables (that seat 14). Outside around the block paver deck area are several lounge chairs surrounding the sparkling heated pool and hot tub. The pool faces west, which ensures plenty of sun exposure throughout the day with the full width lanai providing a shady retreat from the sun when required. A full width child safety fence is installed in front of the pool and the whole outside area is under an accessible full width pool screen enclosure. Also available are strollers, high chairs & Pack and Play cribs for the very young ones (optional, additional charges apply). The game room is equipped with a very high quality slate pool table and hockey table, the vibrant & colorful décor depicting American motoring icons, comic heroes and movie stars. The home is also equipped with unlimited high speed Wi-Fi, Bluetooth music hookup and unlimited long distance calls. The super energy efficient home design ensures your total comfort no matter how warm the Florida sunshine becomes. Dual zone Air Conditioning (A/C) ensures a stable temperature at all times. Home was not in the best condition. Bedding was dingy, floors were not clean, furniture not clean. I communicated everything with management. They made it seem like everything was ok but turned around and billed us for other things that were not right prior to my arrival. Will not do it again.

The property was everything it was portrayed to be in the listing! I actually rented two properties next door to each other for a family trip of 40 people! Andrew was amazing an very attentive and answered every question immediately!! I definitely recommend this rental and/or Andrew they both are great!!

The house accommodated everyone. Very spacious! The only thing con was it was kinda hot upstairs and we couldn’t get the dryer to work . Other then that we definitely will be staying at championship gate anytime we come to Orlando !

Spacious home with lots of room to spread out. Andrew the property manager is fantastic in that if you inquire about an issue or have a question he responds quickly. The property is clean and as described in the listing. The only drawback would be the towels provided are small and thin. A property of this caliber should have nice fluffy bath towels! The pool is great as the kids spent most waking hours in it. All in all a great home and would definitely recommend.

Few minor problems with pool hot tub heat, refrigerator leaked water and found cockroaches upstairs. We did have a good time but I hope problems will be fixed for future guests

This house was perfect for our large family with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kids loved the pool and the hot tub, and spent a lot of time in the game room as well. Prior to our arrival, the manager answered any questions I had almost immediately. We would love to go back!

1. The property is excellent for a large group of people. However, I would not suggest 30 people staying at this property. Parking is a big issue, the driveway is small and not suitable for large cars, and you can only park two cars in the driveway, one small and one large. In addition, the street in front of the house is designed for two or three cars at the most. 2. The appliances needs updating, including the garbage disposal. The ice make is terrible, buy yourself a bag of ice upon arrival. If you plan to prepare a meal, bring your cooking pans, especially the skillet and sharpe knives. The rugs in the kitchen were filthy and needs to be replaced. Suggest you bring your own towels, and wash clothes (no wash clothes). The towels are small and thin. The furniture on the patio is dirty and old. 3. Overall, the property is great. The management team is excellent especially Andrew. When we arrived the air conditioner upstairs was not working. Andrew helped to resolve the issue immediately. The bedrooms were great, especially the kids room upstairs. The adults loved the sitting area upstairs. Would I rent or recommend the roperty, yes, without a doubt.

The house was in good condition, clean, pool was nice, and everyone was comfortable. Andrew was great and always responded to questions in a timely manner. They came in to switch out a sofa in the middle of our stay while we were out. It caused some confusion but Andrew told us it was nothing to be concerned about. Only suggestion is, since the home was for 30 people, it would have been helpful to have a larger garbage bin. The bin only fits 2 kitchen size bags and that's not really enough for such a large party.

This house was great it was just as described. We had 18 in our party after some people cancelled and we had so much room there were empty rooms. The pool was a great addition and the kids loved to hang out there everyday and in the evenings when we were done exploring Orlando, which to be honest we really didn't go out much because of COVID so having the pool gave us something fun to do. We did have a couple of issues with the grill we ordered and the dishwasher but when I messaged Andrew he was very quick to respond and always had someone on site within the hour. The only bit of advice I would have for Andrew is to add some bath towels because in some bathrooms we only found towels for 1 or 2 people. If that's not possible then if you book this house maybe add some bath towels to your luggage and some pool towels because there are only 4. Also, there were ants so make sure to keep your food closed and stored away from the counter above the sink. There is ant spray under the sink and it is your responsibility to treat them while you're onsite. Other than that the house was nice, clean and big and the beds were comfortable as well. If we ever go back to Orlando we would definitely rent this house again.

Make sure you check everything once you enter the home. We found things early in our stay, but as you began to get set you tend to find other things out later. Make sure people who are staying with you are on the list. Before you shop for food. Check the house to make sure all the essentials are available and working order. Overall 4.4 stars out of 5.
