About this house rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive house for $593 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This lovely three bedroom, two bath duplex is perfect for 9 guests. It is situated across a quiet street from the beach with the beach access right out the front door, making it easy to run home from the beach for drink refills or a forgotten item. Or just stay home and enjoy your own private pool. The first floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king-sized bed and walk-in closet, the second offers a queen bed with a twin trundle bed. This floor has a full bathroom and a full-sized washer and dryer for total convenience. Up a flight of stairs brings you to the main living area with a great room, fully stocked kitchen that is appointed with stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom has a king bed and walk-in closet and a full bathroom. The queen sleeper adds an additional bed in the great room and a pack-n-play is available for an infant. The house has WIFI. Off the great room is a covered deck that features a gas grille, table and a partial ocean view. Sit back, enjoy a cold drink watch the ocean while the fresh fish cooks! This home is completely equipped to make your stay comfortable and just like home-only better! It is tastefully decorated and well stocked. Each bedroom as well as the great room have flat screen TVs. You have your own private pool in the back yard, which can be heated for $100 in off season months, heating is not necessary during summer. New kitchen floor and composite decking were recently added. Our home is located on Surf drive which borders the beach. You won’t have to cross a busy street on your way to the sugar sand and emerald green water. It’s centrally located 3 miles west of St. Andrews State Park or Captain Anderson's and 7 miles east from Pier Park with premier outdoor shopping and dining. If you’re looking for more entertainment, there is plenty around. Six golf courses in the area, marina & fishing pier, Panama City Beach Winery and mini golf and rides near by. Sorry. No pets allowed and you must have someone over 25 to stay with us.

We had stayed here last September and it was fine this year not so much. A few hours after we arrived I let the property manager know about stains on the master coverlet. He told me no one could come out until Monday to fix. I had to wash the bedding Saturday night and didn’t get to bed until close to midnight. After a full day of driving I was less than pleased. The downstairs sink drain also had a clog in it so it could not be used until they sent a plumber/handyman out to fix (Tuesday or Wednesday). In the upcoming slow season I would recommend a detailed cleaning and some touching up of the property has it has really deteriorated in the past year.

This is a lovely property just steps from the beach public access. The pool had the option to be heated and it made a great place for our family of four to enjoy fall break. Thanks!

This was our favorite trip we have taken so far! The place was clean, very homey feeling, the pool is private and you are so much closer to the boardwalk to the beach than it seems in the pictures! September was definitely a great time to go as the weather was perfect, the beach was not crowded, and neither were the restaurants! We will definitely be returning to Panama City!

Had a great stay here with my family over the last week. Awesome location away from the resorts so the beach was never crowded and the access is just across the narrow street. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable stay and we’ll definitely be back!

This was our first stay at this home and it was great. Everything was clean when we checked in and location was perfect being right across the street from the beach access. No complaints at all and would definitely recommend and stay again!

There were some things that needed to be fixed that I did communicate with the property manager about but nothing hindered or made our stay bad at all… just a couple of up keep stuff! I would highly recommend this place and can not wait to come back!

Beautiful home. Very roomy for 6-8 guests! Everything you need! The air conditioner stopped working the 2nd day so we messaged the owners and they had an AC guy there very quickly! They were very responsive & helpful in anything we needed! Just steps away from the beach! Would highly recommend! We plan on staying there again next year!!

This property is very comfortable, well-supplied, and well-decorated. And the location so close to the beach made it ideal! Add in the private, heated pool and it provides a spectacular stay!! Highly recommended!

We loved everything about this property, very close to the beach access, great pool and more than enough sleeping space for the 4 of us. Plenty of TV subscription options for the kids on the rainy days. Had everything you could need and more available at this home. Great neighborhood with very welcoming neighbors. Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for a more relaxed laid back vacation.

We had the best time staying at Sea-u-later this past September. PCB is our home away from home and we just had the best time! This home has everything you need for a great vacation! The beds are very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked, and you can even see the ocean from the front porch! The pool in the back is super private and a lot of fun. Best of all I loved being able to walk right across the street to spend time at the ocean and to watch the sunset every evening! You won’t regret a minute that you spend in this home! Thanks for sharing it with my family!

Overall we had a wonderful time staying at this property. The location was great; quite road and super close beach access. Having the garage to store beach gear was absolutely perfect! No sand in the house to constantly sweep up. The beds were comfortable and I really appreciated the pack ‘n play for our baby. The few minor issues that I’m really just being more nit picky on than anything was that the bunk room is no more. It wasn’t a problem for us, but someone who may need the extra beds would be disappointed to find it is now a full bed and trundle. (Maybe just a quick update to the description and pictures). Lastly the A/C unit. Perhaps we weren’t doing something right, but we would set the temperature and within a few hours it would “reset” and go back to 82°. Again, not a big problem for us, we would just adjust it back. Something to note for other guests though. It was one of the best weeks we have spent at the beach! We would stay again in a heart beat, the house and location really was great.

This house is set up perfectly, especially for families with kids. The beach is right out your front door and the private pool made things very enjoyable. You have a pretty decent view of the sunset even though you are sitting a street back from the beach. Just for future renters (this did not affect our stay) the 3rd bedroom no longer had bunk beds like described in the listing. This room had a queen bed. We will definitely look at renting this property again!

Oh boy, did we enjoy our stay on Surf Drive. Everything was in and clean and the neighborhood was very quiet and we were only steps from the Beach. Vacations are never long enough…🤣

We love this beach area it is further down from the busy high rise condos and seems much quieter than staying closer to peir Park. The home was over all good and as described. We all fit well beds were all comfortable. There were alot of things that seemed to be broken when we arrived. That were not told to us before hand. The deck furniture was kind of falling a part and rusting. All in all this is rental property and it was a good stay.

Sand is beautiful and beach not crowded - not close to any high-rises. Heated PRIVATE pool in April was awesome. Neighbor - Rick was very nice and gave us 2 amazing suggestions for dinner : Dat Cajun Place & Diageos Barrito Facotry, both were amazing and not costly, we ate at each twice! A couple little issues as expected, owner was quick to respond and accommodating. There is a beach cart and umbrella. Beach chairs and boggieboards need replacement. There were plenty of toys and noodles for pool play. Grill is nice and there is a small view of gulf from deck. LOVED having the garage to drop stuff in. Overall a good property, would stay here again.

You have a perfect view of the ocean from the patio and you can be on the beach in a matter of minutes. The heated pool was so nice and relaxing as well. The house has everything you need for an enjoyable stay. It is also walking distance to a couple fun bars and restaurants. We had a wonderful honeymoon at this property and wouldn’t stay anywhere else when we return to PCB!

I really can’t say enough good things about this place! Literally right across a one lane road and you are on the beach. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were soft and we all slept good. The pool was a little too warm but it felt really good at night. We had to leave a day early in a rush to get home to our sick cat, but it was the best, most relaxing trip we have had. Much needed after the past year and a half. Great communication with the owners! If you are having any doubts, put them aside and rent this place!
