Situated in Saint Simons Island, this lovely house for $281 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Our island getaway is lovingly decorated with a touch of the sea, and has lots of extra touches to add to your vacation experience. Our townhome has a kitchen, half bath, and living/dining on the main/walk-in level, and two bedrooms, laundry, and full bath on the second level. Its most unique feature is our little, fenced back garden with a picnic table. Enjoy your morning coffee on the covered patio in a comfy patio chair. Tucked away off of Mallery Street, community is conveniently located less than a mile from the village pier, restaurants, and shops in one direction and less than a mile from beach access in the other. It is also just around the corner from a beautiful public park with tennis/pickleball and basketball courts, as well as baseball fields and a children's playground. Our community is small and peaceful. We always feel safe and comfortable in our community and on the island. And for added peace of mind, there are parking area security cameras.

The property manager was excellent to communicate with and made our arrival and departure easy. The home is beautifully decorated and was perfect for our family's needs. We enjoyed the available board games and shared pool. If we were coming to the area again, we would definitely stay here!

Clean, quiet and convenient two story townhouse central to island village, beach and attractions. Property mgr. Melissa met us at the door to show us the door keypad and answered all our questions. Nicely fenced outdoor patio for morning coffee or dinner.

We used this property for a staycation for friends coming down to visit in our sweet little hometown and it was PERFECT! The owners were so responsive before, during, and after the stay! The property was in a perfect location, clean, spacious, it had everything we needed, and we couldn’t ask for anything more! We 100% recommended this property if you are looking for a place to stay on SSI that is close to beaches and restaurants but in a quiet neighborhood! Will definitely book again. There’s a lot to like about this townhouse. Nothing fancy but it’s nicely decorated, absolutely spotless, well equipped, and everything works. The upstairs bathroom has plenty of storage with two medicine cabinets, a small closet, and lots of hooks. It even includes a bathroom scale which you may (or may not) want to use. The gated fenced-in patio in back has an overhang that we used to keep my bike out of the rain and away from prying eyes. The gate latch is on the inside, but bring a padlock if you want additional security. As others have noted, owners David and Laura and property manager Melissa are very responsive. The dishwasher motor went out half way though our stay. The repair folks indicated it was unrepairable, and we had a new dishwasher within two 2 hours. They also cleaned the unit half way through our 4 week stay. Although the unit sleeps four, it is really best for two because of the single bathroom. The development is very quiet because it is well away from the Saint Simons village, and the neighbors are quite friendly. We had a wonderful stay.

It is a great place to stay on Saint Simmons. Well worth the price. It is not 5*****. It is not advertised as that. If you expect 5***** then do not be cheap. That costs a great deal more.

We enjoyed our stay in St. Simon Island, and as we expected, we were not at the unit very much because we were on the go most of the time. It was all we needed, had all the items a couple would need for a long weekend. With only one full bath, it would would have been a little cramped for two couples, or a family with older kids. We liked the central location. We rented bikes, and could be on east beach or downtown in just minutes, and walked to both a few times.

My husband, our one year old, and I booked this condo for a long weekend. The location was great…quick access to the beach and the village. One of the main reasons why we chose this condo was the fenced in outdoor area. Our one year old ran around outside and wasn’t able to escape, so we really enjoyed that. The condo itself is dated, but had everything that we needed. We contacted the owner regarding trouble with the tv, and she sent someone over immediately to fix it. Our only complaint is that there was hair in the bathroom floor and hair in the clean towels.
