On the south side of 30A, in the gated community of Camp Creek Lake, Villa Del Lago is a delightful lakeside home. With an inviting private pool, it’s also within walking distance to the very private beach. A backyard path leads to a private dock, perfect for launching paddle boards and kayaks. This is also an amazing spot to go crabbing. Multiple outdoor areas with direct lake views make entertaining a breeze, including a huge lakefront porch just off the living area. The second-floor living-dining area has large windows, a vaulted ceiling, a large TV, and comfy furniture. The gourmet kitchen has a breakfast area that seats four, the large dining island seats six. Just steps away, a gorgeous primary bedroom suite, king, has luxurious linens and a fabulous custom-tiled private bath with double vanity. The two additional guest bedrooms, queen, lead to a private lakefront deck with outdoor seating. Downstairs, two guest bedrooms also lead to a lakefront deck. A custom-designed guest bathroom and a laundry room complete the first-floor space. Parking is on the driveway out front, please note that the garage is not accessible for guest use. With 5 bikes included, have a blast exploring the vibrant communities of Alys, Rosemary and Seaside, with plenty of dining and shopping for all. We’re excited to have you stay with us! The house was perfect for my husband and I and our 7 children. The only thing missing was a blender when we wanted to make smoothies. We called and it was there within 20 minutes. The house was spacious and clean. The walk to the beach was quick and no crowds. The pool in the backyard was great to relax around when wanting a break from the beach. Exactly what we were looking for to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary

Location is ideal...just a short walk down a path to the beach. Beach is very private and not crowded. House had ample space and very clean. Pool was a great place to cool down after a hot day at the beach.As an owner of vacation rental properties (I have 2 on VRBO), I'm well aware of the pros and cons of owning/managing them. As rewarding as they can be, they can also be frustrating trying to please every guest. With that said, I have a few recommendations for this property. One, I would recommend a monthly pest control service to address the ant issue near the pool. It doesn't take long until they are on your ankles/feet. Second, I would invest in beach items for guests to use, specifically foldable beach chairs. The house had 3, but 2 of them were broken and unusable. One of my vacation properties is also on the beach and I know firsthand the frustration of having to replace broken/abused items but, to me, it's worth the expense to provide that level of service to guests.Overall, I would give this rental 5/5 stars. The 2 items I mentioned wouldn't deter me from renting this property again.

We enjoyed our stay our only complaints were that the pool was not clean when we arrived and we had to call twice about getting it clean. It should have been sparkling when we arrived. Our other complaint the ceiling fans in the whole house need to be replaced. The ones in there are old and outdated and did not cool a room. For the amount of money charged at this property it should be updated and better stocked with towels etc. Location was great it would have been perfect if these two things could be addressed.

Great property, 4 min walk to beach. Bikes were used a bunch and the pool as well. The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was the gas grill was not clean. It needs to be replaced.

Location is probably the sweetest spot on 30A that we ever stayed with the best of both worlds with camp creek lake and easy non crowded beach access. House lay out was somewhat strange and you could tell it was an original house that has been added on to. Really not enough seating in living area with only a 3 seater couch and chair and ottoman. Most 5 bedroom houses would have more seating. Kitchen well equipped. The views and lake access were amazing and made for great kayaking and paddle boarding. The bikes were perfect for riding to hub and Surrounding areas. The first bedroom off the back of kitchen with bathroom attached was pretty warm. Ventilation was terrible with only one air vent that put out next to no cool air. We bought an oscillation fan after the first night that did provide some relief but it was never completely comfortable. We left the fan for the next renters. But hands down we had a wonderful time and would stay again at this location in a heartbeat:)

Such a great property with the private pier on the lake, pool, and easy beach access! Our days were full of kayaking, fishing, biking, swimming, and playing in the sand and surf! Our boys even caught a redfish and a black drum right off the pier one evening at sunset! The high porch is also an outstanding feature for hanging out and family time! Definitely recommend and would return!

Our large extended family was so happy to be able to find a place big enough to accommodate all of us comfortably. We really loved having our own private pool. And the beach was easily accessible. The folks at the rental company were very responsive and easy to work with. We also rented a golf cart and could scoot up and down 30A.

Perfect option to celebrate my birthday. The house is very roomy and well apportioned with everything we needed. Over the week we saw the pool guy, the landscaping guy and the maintenance guy. All efforts to keep this house up
and running smoothly.
Aside from a couple light bulbs that were out and a few utensils that had food caked on, this place was amazing.
I had the most relaxing birthday.

We had a great time at Villa Del Lago! Loved that the house was in a private gated community with its own private beach access. The beach was not crowded, which was fantastic! Also, the short walk to the beach was great too. The rental company was very responsive and addressed any issues we had. I would recommend this house and stay here again. It was a great value for the price. My only suggestion would be to have the pool cleaned twice a week. It just gets dirty with debris from the trees. Other than that, the house was great!

This is a great area. The house overlooks the lake with trees all around, yet the beach is right around the corner. The house is nice and had more than enough room for our family of six. I loved having the pool as several aren’t really beach lovers. The dock headed to the lake needs to be replaced, has rotten boards and raised nails. It would be nice if it were a little larger where you could sit and look over the lake (the house next door had a built-in corner bench). The view from the upper and lower balcony is pretty and was a great place for morning coffee and eating. We grilled one night so it was nice to have that available. The restaurants were packed so we preferred to eat there. For the most part the house was clean and in good condition. There were a good many roaches (some dead, some alive) I’m sure in part due to the lake and trees, but not really welcoming in the towels. The furniture is a little worn and has stains. I would recommend leather since it would stay cleaner. The bikes were a great way to go to shops etc. in either direction on 30A. I would definitely recommend!

This property has everything we wanted. It's very spacious, beautifully decorated and well stocked. The close proximity to the private beach access was much appreciated after a day in the sun at the beach. We enjoyed our rented golf cart when going short distances to the The Hub and sight seeing. We have had a wonderful time at Villa Del Lago! This beach house is beautiful and accommodated our family perfectly! Everyone at Oversee Rentals was so helpful and kind. I had a few questions and Kristen answered right away. My husband and I have been coming to the beaches on 30A for several years and we absolutely love this place! This year my grandma tagged along.
