Fish Tales was a beautiful cottage ! Very clean and convenient to everything we wanted to do and explore . Restaurants and shops within few miles . Highly recommend staying here . We will hopefully get to come back soon !!!

We would definitely stay here again. This was a great house for our family of 5. The outdoor shower was lovely and our preferred choice. The kids loved cast netting from the dock. We caught several small puppy drum right from the dock. We took advantage of the kayaks and explored the canals and into the sound. Beds were comfy. Kitchen well stocked. We spend our days fishing between Avon and Hatteras Inlet so this location was a great central location for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

My wife and I took our 11 and 13yr olds and had an amazing time. The beds were comfortable and the amenties were excellent. My kids loved the ability to fish off the dock, take out the multiple kayaks (6 in total) and checking the crab pots each morning. The views were great for morning coffee. The house itself is centrally located between ramps 43/44 and 48/49 so you have your pick of where you can go each day

Communication was great, cottage is the perfect size for just two or a few more. The kitchen is well stocked with all the dishes, pots etc... you need. We caught some crabs with the traps available for use. Lots of kayaks, canoes, paddles and life jackets. A big plus was the gas grill was CLEAN and we used it quite alot! We stayed for 2 weeks and the deck furniture was great for relaxing. Fish Tales was great and would book again!

Brigands Bay was the perfect spot for our first stay in the Outer Banks. Easy drive to many sites like Kitty Hawk, the ferry to Ocracoke, the lighthouses, and so many beautiful beaches. This was a very relaxing vacation.

What a great vacation! This is the place to relax and really enjoy vacation. It was so nice to be right on the water and so close to the beach!

This house is perfect for my family’s needs. It’s clean and convenient to the beach not to mention affordable! The owners have thought of everything.. We’ve stayed here multiple times since it was built and have never had a problem. This is our favorite place to stay when we’re in Frisco.

We had a great time at this property this past week. The cottage was very clean and had absolutely everything you need for a fun and relaxing stay. The small community feel is exactly what we like and even the teenagers had a lot to do every day compared to our past beach vacations in other locations. Fishing, visiting museums/historical markers and neighboring towns, ferry ride to Ocracoke Island, short drive to the beach with plenty of free parking, local restaurants and shops, and kayaking in the canal. Overall it was a great vacation stay!!

Wonderful house and great location. Perfect size for myself, my wife, our teenage son and his friend. Right on a canal providing relaxing sunset views and the provided kayaks were perfect for exploring both the canal and the sound nearby. Boys enjoyed fishing and crabbing off the dock as well. Location in Frisco is perfect with restaurants, grocery stores, gas, etc all within easy reach. Short drive to several beaches and maybe 15 minutes to Hatteas Village where you can catch the ferry to Ocracoke. A much needed relaxing week, and we will definitely look to stay here again!

It was a very nice house, I only wish the checkout was later than 10:00 am.

The house was nicer then we anticipated, the pictures online do no justice, the place is beautiful we loved drinking our coffee on the porch with the view of the canal. My husband loved fishing off the dock, and using the kayaks that were provided was an added bonus. We will definitely book this place again in the future.
