Located in Grove, this attractive house for $1,197 per night is a great option for your next break. Two Houses and a Private Boat Dock are included with this property, which sits right on the lake, and is nestled in the woods. Deer, songbirds, and other wildlife make frequent visits, and a large brick patio makes the perfect spot for viewing some stunning sunsets. The Main House: The Master Bedroom in the Main House is enormous with a king bed, fireplace, sitting area, private bathroom, dressing rooms, and an entire wall of windows overlooking the woods and the lake, and a flat screen television w/Cable. The Guest bedroom in the Main House has a Queen Bed and sleeps 2. It also has a private bathroom, flat screen television w/ Cable & DVD. The Office in the Main House is bright and cheery with computer, printer/fax, internet, and a nice relaxing view of the woods. WiFi and cable television is included throughout both houses. The Kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, and small double oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, disposal. The Great Room in the Main House features two sitting areas, a fireplace, the dining table, a flat screen television, and a wall of windows/sliding glass doors that allow a spectacular view of the lake, and exit to the unique brick patio on one side. The 2nd Story of the Main House features an entertainment area with a flat screen television, board games, an open sleeping area with 11 twin beds, 2 Queen Beds, a sitting area, and 2 Full Bathrooms. The Guest House (included in rental of Main House): The Guest House features Plantation Shutters, a Pool Table Room with a small deck, a Fireplace, Flat Screen Television, surround sound system, Mini Refrigerator, Coffee Maker, microwave, and wine cooler. The two Bedrooms on the first floor in the Guest House feature King Beds, Ceiling Fans, and a flat Screen television with Cable/DVD. The Second Story in the Guest House features two bedrooms and one Jack-and Jill bathroom with a walk-in shower. One upstairs bedroom has a King Bed, the other has two Queens, both have a flat Screen television with Cable/DVD. The Guest House also features one full Bathroom done entirely in mirrors.....a room with a view? A Large 3 Bay Garage is accessed from the Guest House. Also in the Garage is a full sized freezer, full sized refrigerator, a sink, and two washers and dryers. The Private Dock has one 8' X 31' slip available with the rental. The 2nd slip (10' X 31') is used for the family boat, but can be rented with advance notice and an additional charge. The Dock also features a swimming cove or bring your fishing poles and fish off the dock! Kayaks are also available for guest use. Sneak out early in the morning for a peaceful paddle along the shoreline. Family was the focus of this home, which offers a basketball goal, volleyball, badminton, four square, ping pong table, and swimming from the private dock. Plenty of parking space allows for easy access by multiple families. This Property is close to Har-Ber Village Museum, two golf courses, only miles from shopping, dining, live entertainment, and just across the lake from Shangri La Resort.

Enjoyed our time there. Beautiful view of the lake. Plenty of room for everyone. The mirrored bathroom in the guesthouse was un-nerving but the sculptures and artwork were fun.

My family and I had a great time staying here. My mom and Dad loved the view of the lake. The space was perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool table and ping pong table . There was plenty of space for the whole family to enjoy each other's company but also enough room for the kids and adults to do their own things. We loved the location and everything about this property.

This property was perfect for our group! We were 3 families with children in ages ranging from 1-20. There was so much space for everyone to have their own bed and so many activities that no one got bored! The amenities were simply awesome and we enjoyed swimming off the dock, kayaking, and paddle boating. We also made extensive use of the charcoal grills and well stocked kitchen. We had an amazing family weekend and would definitely come back again.

It was spacious clean and definitely not lacking for things to do for all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to come again. Shawna was a great hostess and was available if we had any questions or needed anything.

We love this place and will book for our third time as soon as slots are open for next summer. Tons of room, everyone gets their own bathroom. They stock the showers with shampoo and soap, there are 2 sets of washers and dryers, fully stocked kitchen. Would love a little more TLC for outdoor patio furniture as the view is awesome but we don’t spend much time there. Shawna is awesome to work with.

WOW. This vacation rental did not disappoint. Not only was it immaculately clean, very well-appointed, spacious, stylish, and extremely comfortable, it provided endless opportunities for every person in our family to engage and enjoy our limited time together. We all departed wishing we had more time at this wonderful place. Beautiful view of the lake and sunsets, wonderful art both inside and out, truly a delightful experience for us all.

Grand Serendipity was everything the site said it would be and so much more! The place met our needs completely from the babies to the near-senior citizens in our group. Everything was nicely stocked and there was so much to do. It’s such a beautiful setting and the sunsets were the cherry on top. We loved our time there and hope to return!

We made wonderful memories with our immediate and extended family. We shared many meals and played card games around the dining room table several of the nights during our 9 night stay. Our group consisted of my husband and myself our 2 grown children and their spouses plus we had our 5 grandchildren in our group from 5 years old to 13 years plus my 76 year old Dad. The men and our grandson deer hunted at our nearby hunting property mornings and evenings and we had local family over for Thanksgiving Day. We had a great time and are looking forward to our next stay at Grand Serendipity :)

This house is amazing. So many beds. A great dock for fish off of. Kayaks to use, volleyball net to set up that is tight. Large Dining room table for us all to sit around. Property Host is amazing. Very good communication. Great Experience.

All of the facilities were great. The housing was idea because all of the kids stayed upstairs in the “long” room and parents could get much needed rest. The dock area provided a place to swim and hangout between skiing and tubing.

This is a beautiful, spacious well-maintained property. Owner is VERY generous with amenities - games, kayaks, floaties. Beds are lovely - great sheets. TONS of ROOM. We families adding up to 18 total 3 up to 68 and there was something for everyone. tons of light. I cannot say enough - this is the very best VRBO I have ever rented. You will not be dissapointed!!

The house worked perfect for our group of 10 adults and 11 kids ranging from 3 months to 18 years. The upstairs room was perfect for the kids to hang out in! It was clean, roomy along with a nice patio. I was disappointed in the distance from house to dock when we first got there but it wasn't that bad after seeing some of the other stairs people had to theirs, lol!! We usually stay in individual cabins and have to walk to a marina, it was nice having our own dock to hang out on.

We made our reservation to stay at Grand Serendipity months ahead of time and eagerly planned our stay. We rent a lake home every year and this one exceeds every expectation. Beautiful lake views, plenty of sleeping areas, well stocked kitchen, lake toys and much more. The artwork is interesting, inside and out. Shawna is very helpful. We can’t wait to come back.
