The condo was clean and ready for us on time for our stay. All access numbers provided worked first try. Kitchen was nicely equipped for a family. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend!

Very convenient place to be… no need to go far in heavy summer and holiday traffic. Great communication with host. We enjoyed the condo and the view from the balcony is great.

The condo was absolutely amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. And the view is absolutely stunning. I didn’t want to leave. Got married right on the beach, everything was perfect.

We booked this property and received no instructions on entry. We thought desk at property had entry details. The desk is ran by management company not affiliated with VRBO and could not help us. We tried for 3 hours to get in touch with owner. VRBO and myself. As I am 100 percent disabled Vet this was a nightmare. We had to booked 20 miles away in Pensacola at twice as much to save the excitement of my kids from being disappointed! Owner then tried everything to not refund me offering discount if I return to property next day. NOT! Owner apologized and sent text they were out of Country and had bad service. Not my problem. So ruin my getaway by traveling and enjoying yourselves! Still have not received full refund a month later as owner saying I have to cancel and I can’t as it looks like we stayed there because day of incident. Very disgusted with VRBO as I spoke to company and they push it back on owner to refund.

Exactly as pictured. A little dated but very comfortable and enjoyable. No coffee to start off with and had a hard time turning on the shower but got a response almost immediately from the host. Toilet seat definitely needs to be replaced. TVs came on arbitrarily in the middle of the night Would definitely recommend.

We come every year with our youth group and we get one condo for our youth guys and adults and then another condo for our youth girls and adults. So, we would love to contact you again for our trip next summer. We are coming again next summer June 6-9 and would love to stay with you again.

Great 3 bedroom condo with perfect view of the ocean. Ver clean and comfortable.

So the indoor pool was shut down. I wish that was communicated to us before because the outdoor pool was way too cold and our kids were really looking forward to pool time. We were able to use the pool next door but it was so crowded that we didn't. The apartment was beautiful but not so clean. Floors felt sticky, food under couch, and ceiling fans were caked with dust. Kitchen was cool. Stocked but with outdated appliances and if you are to cook there you literally had to buy everything down to dish soap and sponge. Despite it all it was fun and beautiful view. Great access to everything. Elevators are super fast. Parking spot available

Lovely rental property. It was as described. Property was clean and comfortable. We had no issues checking in. The reserved, under ground parking was a great bonus. It is on our list for when we return to Orange Beach.

The condo was exactly as described & we thoroughly enjoyed it! We will definitely be returning!

Unit needs some upgrades.

The facility was beautiful and the employees were very friendly! Loved the pools and hot tubs! Easy access to the beach and parking. Bedding and bathroom was clean. Kitchen could've been gone over a little bit better but overall wasn't bad. All in all we'd definitely stay again!!!

Rental was easy, Host was very nice, answered any questions and concerns.

Property was as described. Liked the easy check in process and the covered parking space was a plus . Would definitely recommend this property, and hope we get to stay here again.

Our first trip to orange beach and this property was perfect. Great location, clean and spacious.

Was a nice stay. Had everything needed. Location was nice right on beach. Only thing I would change as recommendation to owner is update the listing with newer photos. Place looks really nice and some things are updated versus what the photos show in listing Would recommend.

Great spot, great set up, but house keeping was horrible dirty towels left hanging in bathroom, wrong size sheets for bed, sand left all over the sofa and food crumbs left around the kitchen counter.

This is an upscale 3 bedroom beachfront condo & everything we had hoped for, and then some. We shopped price when we were looking & this was much better than other 2 bedrooms we saw, which is all we needed. >>I will say that I was a little hesitant about the decor - it seemed a bit dark & not very 'beachy' but the photos dont do it justice. It's elegant but comfortable with a lot of nice touches. Very tastefully done, attractive & welcoming. The master actually WAS 'beachy' & gorgeous. It was all spotless and it all feels very new, but somehow, 'lived in' - comfortable. We had everything we needed, included a fantastic view, easy beach access, comfy beds- blankets- pillows, kitchen utensils (coffee pot!), very nice towels. >>There were no beach towels but we picked up a few at nearby Walmart. I also got more paper towels, TP, & another kitchen towel, since just the 2 of us did our dishes by hand. The ice maker in the fridge worked fine. >>Beach chair rentals werent included but we only used them one day. ($40 for 2 chairs & umbrella 9am- 5pm). The beach is fantastic - wide & so clean & gentle gulf waves. A big plus was that the weather was perfect (April 25, 2022) & we could leave the sliding door to the balcony open for the breeze & the sound of the waves, even on the 11th floor. >In the room with the Queen bed, I used the ceiling fan. We used the indoor pool & hot tub, too. It was a little too breezy for me at the outdoor pool but it's lovely. It's also easy access to grocery shopping & a lot of great restaurants > not much in walking distance but very close by car. Gulf Shores is very close but Orange Beach has it all too, which I wasnt aware of so a really nice surprise. >>When you checkin, park out front & start at the reception desk. (I wsant clear on this when we arrived). We got our parking pass for the garage right away from them. They were very helpful throughout our stay. >We were surprised to learn that the building does not have recycling! So it all goes down the trash chute (easy access)... a little disappointing but not the owner's fault! >Rajeena was helpful & responsive to our questions but we really didnt need anything else - it's all there. We had a great getaway & really enjoyed this lovely home. Thanks Rajeena!
