The sun soaked pool and hot tub complex is visible from the patio and is literally just a few steps away. This is a ground floor, end unit with an attached two car garage and an extra long driveway. Enjoy the gorgeous foliage and mountain views from the East facing back patio and master bedroom. This is an especially quiet and peaceful area of this wonderful complex! The home was lovely, well-appointed, and we shared our space with a family of hummingbirds. The photos were accurate, and we couldn't have been more delighted. We actually never met the property manager, but he was very responsive to our singular request. The location is ideal, pickleball is plentiful, and bikes are provided. Just be aware that it is a two-family unit; noise, feet, and closets opening upstairs are apparent. We would definitely stay here again!!

This is a beautiful, perfectly situated condo - the best that we have ever stayed in. It is extremely well stocked and well furnished. Having the pool and hot tub only a few steps away makes it perfect. We have stayed in many different condos in Desert Falls over the years but this is the nicest that we have been in. The property manager, Drew is outstanding. He is so good that we always try to stay at properties that he manages. He makes certain that everything is perfect and his communication is awsome! Bottom line - on a 5 star scale, the property and property manager are both 6 stars.

The condo we rented on our five-day trip to Palm Desert, CA was beautiful! It was exactly as pictured on the Vrbo site. It was a welcomed respite from the 105 degree temperatures at the end of each day. :) Our host, Drew, had tons of amazing information laid out for us when we arrived (pamphlets, magazines, maps, & notes with pertinent property information). He was also extremely helpful with the process and responsive to our questions from the time we booked until the day we left to head home. We couldn't have had a better experience and will definitely be hoping the property is available if we make our way back to Palm Desert in the future. Thanks Drew and Vrbo, for making traveling easy and fun!

My wife and I planned our first trip to Palm Desert in early Sept. When we arrived it was 115 degrees. Luckily it averaged out to about 104 for the remainer of the week. When we arrived at the condo, we were pleasantly relieved the condo was just as advertised. It was clean, the AC was set to 75 which was comfortable with the outside heat, and the pool is literally just outside the sliding glass doors. The primary bedroom and bathroom are large. I enjoyed having my own sink in the bathroom. While the shower takes a 30-45 seconds to warm up, once up to temp, it is nice! The mattress is also extremely comfortable. We were hoping for a chill, relaxing week, and that is exactly what we had. The highlight for us was the pool. We spent a lot of time in both the hot tub and the pool. Wasn't aware of how windy and dusty this area gets. The patio furniture and pool are will get dirty. Luckily, the HOA scheduled pool maintenance every other day, keeping it as clean as possible. The other highlight for me was golfing the club course. How convenient to drive a couple of minutes, pull into the country club, practice a bit a play a couple of rounds. While we did not take advantage of the gym, we did take a tour of the facility. Overall, very happy with the trip, the condo and the communication with the property manager. Would highly recommend renting this unit if traveling to Palm Desert.

The condo is beautifully decorated and very, very clean. The owner was great to work with. We were literally steps from the pool. The view of the full moon from the patio was awesome! The neighborhood is very quiet. We will return in the future and highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo.

Stayed for the second time at this lovely condo and will book it again! Condo is clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated. Kitchen is well stocked. BEST part is proximity of the condo to the pool! Grandkids had a wonderful time. Restaurants are only 10-15 minutes away. Drew was very accommodating and prompt to respond.

My daughter and I had a fabulous time at this lovely condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped so we were able to prepare several meals while there. We enjoyed the close proximity of the pool and jacuzzi, using the fitness center and playing some pickleball! Drew was an amazing host and stayed in communication with us while we were there. The only issue we experienced were heavy footed neighbors upstairs during the middle of the night. Otherwise, everything was perfect! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!

My husband and I here stayed along with our 2 daughters ages 9 and 5. The property was exactly as shown, clean and well stocked. The neighbourhood was perfect, close to the Living Desert Zoo and other short hikes in Thousand Palms and fun kids activities like the flamingos at the Marriott across the street and Freedom Park down the road. We had the pool and hot tub pretty much to ourselves for the week and enjoyed our walks around the neighbourhood. Super comfortable beds too! Drew was great with the whole process, communicating with us throughout our stay! We look forward to our next trip to Palm Springs and hopefully our next stay here.

Condo is very well equipped, it even had Keurig capsules for the first 20 coffees! Beds are very good, we slept extremly well. Owner Drew is very responsive, little issues have been dealt with timely. If You like to sit on the patio, You will be hearing 2 AC units around the corner.

We had a wonderful stay at Desert Falls! We could've crawled to the pool, it was so close. And a larger pool then we usually have. Condo was clean and beautiful. We really like that we can use the Fitness Center at Desert Falls. Most condo complexes don't allow this unless you're the owner. Manager Drew was easy to work with and very quick to communicate when I had a question. We are planning on picking this exact condo for our trip in 2023!

My husband and I have never been to Palm Springs but wanted to get away from the pnw rain and cold. It was amazing! Drew was the best, had bikes to ride on the pathways, a bright clean house, enjoyed coffee on a patio with the most beautiful view, a pool to ourselves and the best weather. Hands down the most relaxing trip we have ever had. We will be back Drew for a longer stay!! Don't hesitate, it was amazing!~

We came to the desert for a family reunion. We loved the location since close family lived in La Quinta and others are in Palm Springs. The condo was close to everything and nearby Cook Street was very useful and accessible to the freeway. The condo was clean, quiet and private. Beautiful desert landscaping and a nearby pool made it enjoyable. We walked in the early mornings, ate breakfast, and then swam some laps. T h e pace of life slows down in the desert. It was relaxing and it was just getting seriously hot, so it wasn’t bad. Loved our time at the condo.

Lovely, beautiful, fresh & clean, condo in the quiet Desert Falls complex. The pool is super close and within view of the terrace. Modern kitchen & bathrooms, large televisions, comfortable beds. Owner was attentive & welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was so beautiful overlooking a lovely landscape and pool. Wonderful sitting outside on the patio. Inside was great too, especially the large kitchen. Gorgeous master suite. Everything was decorated very nicely also.
