The location was central and there were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

The apartment door was damaged and looked like it had recently been kicked in. On entering the apartment it was dirty with dust and cobwebs all over the place. The smoke alarm in the bedroom looked like it had been disconnected. The windows were difficult to open and dirty. The kitchen was ill equipped and lacked cooking utensils and pans. The TV remote needed new batteries and the reception on the TV was awful. I would not recommend this apartment to anybody.

The location was excellent. A 5 minute walk from the main train station and 10 minute walk to Stadium of Light. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. communication with the owner was fantastic. they were quick to reply with the key code for lock (which was easy to find and use!) and their messages were very pleasant.

In need of a few finishing touches and a little more attention to detail. the colour is definitely not everyone’s taste but we didn’t spend too long in the apartment anyway. There was no smoke alarm in the bedroom (base there, batteries and cover missing). There was a spare front door down beside the single bed in the living area which was a little strange but again we didn’t use the bed. Couldn’t get the TV on but a note told us it could only be used for YouTube? There are a number (& number) of stairs but they’re not a total deal breaker. just make sure you’re ready with any inhalers

The best place from Sunderland and very clean….

Everything was perfect nice very cosy warm and very welcoming it was a place that i wish i could have called home ... Im a homeless man who lives on the streets so it was nice to be in a possition financially to be able to spend 4 nights days in doors in a cosy warm place ... It is a place i will hope to stay again in the future

The fact that the property has 74 steps to bedroom was never mentioned, I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone, it felt like someone's house,clothes airer full of sheets & towels, not able to use shower, I could go on & on. We didn't stay for planned 2nd night & no contact from host ,when we expressed our concerns. Last pic not applicable, but have plenty more to show,had to spend 2nd night in hotel

The apartment was really nice, loads of amenities.

The fact Anthony DEMAND a photo of myslef and my daughter left us feeling very vulnerable and unsafe our whole stay. Apparently it was so he knew who was staying in the property....we slept with a chair jammed under the lock
