The staff was friendly and accommodating. Tehy help us to rent a car while during our accomodation, it was difficult to find a car. The location, while somewhat close to the city center and Marrakesh markets, but required transportation as it wasn't within walking distance. The rooms were equipped with air conditioning.
The place was situated in an unfavorable part of the city, and lacking cleanliness. We booked two rooms for two couples, encountering various issues. Specifically, the bed sheets were unclean, and the blankets and pillows lacked covers. Payment discussions arose, and unfortunately, we were unable to cancel our reservation, causing considerable inconvenience. Breakfast desk could be more clean as it covers with dust.

I was really surprised by the quality of the service and the hospitality by the owners. I highly recommend anyone who wants to visit Marrakesh to book at this lovely and authentic Hotel. Believe me you will feel the same.
Everything was just perfect. Nothing to criticize. You will feel as you are in heaven with this اistorical furniture that expresses Marrakech culture.

Nice comfortable room with large bathroom. Extremely nice staff. So helpful and kind. Basic breakfast.
A lot of smoking in courtyard. Smelt like an ashtray. Long way from souks.

Very traditional, staff really friendly. Spacious rooms.
Unfortunately the hot water took a long time to come out and you had to keep the water running for a few minutes and i think it's a waste of water and unhealthy for our planet.

Beautiful house with comfortable room
Being English bit of problem with questions gets lost in translation. You can have misunderstandings French people will not have a problem there. Suggest they should have pricelist in room so that you can know what they charge for items like coffee etc.
Photos make it look larger than it really is.

Breakfast was good, but light. Dinner was very good but expensive relative to dining out.
Not quiet / no soundproofing with other guests. No problem for me but might not be for you. Also, cold shower only.

Clean accommodation, friendly and helpful personel. Ac works great. Shower very hot and nice! Beautiful room as well. It was a great stay!
A bit noisy in the rooms. Breakfast was very basic but ok!

Traditional moroccan version of accommodation. Romantic. Comfortable and warm in the winter. Free parking at the street.
Personel do not speak english. Not very easy to find.

Comfortable bed with a big bathroom. We received nice Moroccan tea and a nice welcome by the staff.
There was no warm water in the shower... and there was no soap available to wash your hands after using the restroom. We booked a night including breakfast but to have early breakfast (7.30) you have to pay 5 euro extra. Later on it seemed there was no breakfast available at all, although we requested this 2 weeks before our arrival. Furthermore it’s very hard to find the hotel, there is no signboard from the outside so you can’t tell where it is. Someone was so nice to show us the way.
