Would be helpful to have some instructions on how to use the appliances, such as the coffee machine, and cook top. Would also be good to have a washing machine, although the owner was very helpful in recommending a nearby laundry place. A blocked ocean view by construction next door.

The noise of the construction across the road

An exceptionally clean and modern apartment. easy check in. Very comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. A great location for walking into the old town.

Unfortunately the view of the sea is a side view from a side balcony on the road side. there is currently building work going on next door. There is no cooker or washing machine.

the apartment is very pretty and tastefully furnished, the furniture is good quality and sturdy, beds and mattresses very comfortable, communication with the host was efficient there’s an exclusive beach club almost right across the street

the description and pictures suggest a sea view. technically you can see the sea when standing in one particular corner of the bedroom balcony, but otherwise it’s full view of a construction site from the bedroom, and a full surround of other high apartment buildings from the living room area. as the apartment is on the first floor, there’s no privacy on the balconies. while the apartment overall was spotlessly clean, the cleaner had overlooked the shower when we arrived, it was dirty and reeked of urine. when I let the admin know I was given the requested cleaning products (preferred doing it myself rather than having to wait and not use the only bathroom) but there was no apology whatsoever. the area further away from the historical city centre than we realised. it does take 10-15 minutes to walk to the beginning of it, but almost half an hour to to middle of it. the walk is through an ugly old harbour zone and especially unpleasant if in the dark the small free access beach close to the apartment has views of an abandoned industrial zone (silos)

Having not been to Monopoli before we didn’t realise we were such a long way away from main town, beaches and restaurants. Bad timing but a building was being demolished opposite.

Very convenient location, within a walking distance to the historical centre of Monopoli. The apartment was impeccably clean. Francesco, our guardian angel, was always ready to assist or advice.

Everything else was amazing! The host Francesco was available at all times, and gave us great advice for restaurants. We enjoyed staying there and could have stayed even longer if it were a bit cheaper! :) Very clean and cosy apartment, felt like home!

We were on the ground floor so not a lot of privacy while on the balcony unfortunately!

The location was great with a lovely sea view. Beach, restaurants, grocery store, and gelato all within 3 blocks. The flat is new and spotlessly clean. Check-in was simple, host was very helpful with recommendations, and the facilities are just gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable, the decor was calm and unfussy, and the kitchenette was exactly what we needed for small meals in for 2 parents and 2 kids. Plentiful free parking within a block of the flat. 10/10 would stay here again.

We stayed here for a couple of days and we could not have had a better apartment. Clean, modern and everything a home from home should have. The shower is amazing!
