Inside the home, the open and spacious living area has a large and comfy sectional couch, a love seat, and several armchairs. There is a dining table with seating for 8 as well as 6 seats at the bar surrounding the spacious chef’s kitchen. The 8 bedrooms are spaced out on two floors of living space, so everyone has plenty of room to spread out and relax. There 2 separate game areas, collectively featuring a ping-pong table, pool table, dartboard, and vintage video game table. Outdoors, there is a large pool with bright turquoise walk bridge traversing one end, shallow entry at the other end, and also a waterfall, hot tub, and swim-up Tiki hut, too! On the covered lanai, there are plenty of seats at the fully appointed wet bar with a flat-screen TV. A stainless steel propane grill and table for 6 round out the outdoor living accommodations downstairs. The icing on the cake is the rooftop deck - a perfect place to sip a drink and watch a spectacular Anna Maria sunset over the Gulf of Mexico! While there is plenty of space for your whole group to spend time together in the common spaces inside and out, there is room to have your own space while on vacation as well. The 8 bedrooms in this home are configured as such: 3 king beds, 3 queen beds, and 2 sets of twin bunk beds. On the first level, you will find two ensuite bedrooms; one is a King Master suite with a private bathroom and the other is a Queen ensuite with a private bath. Both have huge walk-in showers. There is also a half bath on the main floor which also houses the laundry room behind a separate door. On the upper level, there are 6 additional bedrooms; two feature twin-sized bunk beds, two are rooms with Queen size beds, and bedroom features King bed. The bedrooms on this upper floor share one of the two full bathrooms on this floor. The last bedroom is a Master King Suite with a private ensuite bathroom. When you do decide to venture away from your own private tropical oasis, anything you want to eat, drink, or do, is only a short walk or free Anna Maria Island trolley ride away! House was perfect size for this group. 9 months - 4 years old. Spacious kitchen with large sitting area and lots of space for kids to play. Pool was beautiful with bridge and waterfall and plenty of shade if wanted. Perfect 2 minute walk to the beach, really did not need the golf cart.

The photos and listing drew our interest but the experience was even better. 2 block walk to the beach allowed the adults and teens to come and go independently and was also easy with a toddler and children. After our fill of the beach sun, it was lovely to come back to a shaded pool area. Kitchen and poolside grill allowed for relaxed dinners before returning to the beach for sunset. Many more available opportunities such as sunset dolphin cruise and Robinson Preserve were great. The teens enjoyed the skate park, early am running, and the football and volleyball somehow found room to take home on the plane with all the memories to match! We’d love to come back.

Truly Tropical Oasis
Location was perfect, quiet neighborhood and plenty of room for all 14 of us! Pool was great, private & beautiful! Kids loved the game room as did the adults. Beds were really comfortable. Would definitely stay again! AMI was great property company, responded to anything we needed instantly!

We enjoyed our stay, the location was great. The house was very spacious, plenty of room for 2 families. However, there were certain things that could’ve been better considering the price. For example, there was only 1 dishwasher pod available , 1 garbage bag, not many utensils for cooking. Also in the master bathroom it seemed the toilet paper holder had been ripped out of the wall and was replaced but there was drywall all over the floor in the bathroom when we checked-in. The drain in the master suite shower needs attention. Also the pool was extremely hot. Also not very convenient for early check-in or late checkout.

Everything about our booking, the property, the management company, and the location was great. We had 16 adults staying at the house. The kitchen was perfectly equipped for all our needs. We had an issue with the pool/hot tub heater that was immediately addressed.
I could not more highly recommend this property and working with AMI.

There's enough room for a large family reunion. Everything was great. Even the video game table is awesome (it has lots of 80'ties games and you don't need to worry about what your kid is doing).
If the pool area was enclosed to protect you from the mosquitos, you would probably only go inside to sleep. Then again you wouldn't have the beautiful plants in the garden and they would have to change the name of the house ;)

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood within a one block walk to the beach. Located close to the north end of the island. The home is stunning! Well appointed with everything you could think you'd need and then some. Beautifully sized common areas, nice bedrooms and baths, roof top deck, outdoor pool and spa, gas grill, bar area and TV. Also plenty of seating outside as well. Small game room and beach chairs as well. This is one I'd definitely secure again for a family vacation!

Enjoyed this property. Short walk to the beach. Plenty of room for everyone. We had a slight issue with the pool & hot tube. We called and they were out within 20 mins and had it fixed. I would book again .

Perfect multi family retreat
The pictures do not do this house justice. Beautiful and so much room! Close to the beach, balconies were perfect for sunrises and close to everything we needed. We were disappointed the hot tub did not work for our entire visit after reporting it to both the pool and rental company but definitely not a deal breaker. It was the perfect home away from home as we said our I do’s and celebrated 2 birthdays. We actually had a couple houses around the island for our group with this company and all were perfect.

Heaven
We had great time at tropical oasis.... everyone enjoyed their stay. A few issues but were fixed super fast. One issue was we had trouble regulating the pool and hot tub temperature but repairman was super responsive and helpful... overall a fantastic week for all .. Thank you!!!!

Great location!
This was the perfect house for the 6 kids and 6 adults that we had... they loved the pool area and the beach is only a block away. Plenty of room to spread out. Overall, it was great stay!

Beautiful vacation getaway!
We absolutely loved our stay at this property. We had plenty of space and the location was awesome with a short walk to the beach. I would recommend bug spray for out by the pool but other than that we left you with some of the items missing from the kitchen! You won’t be disappointed!

Great stay!
The only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 were the mosquitoes in the back by the pool area and the kitchen amenities. We had to buy at least 8 bottles of mosquito spray and that never helped.
For the kitchen there were enough coffee mugs, maybe 8 or so. When you have a home that can sleep 18. You should have that amount of dish ware.

The location was also perfect as it relates to the beach. Pool was OK, but did not get a lot of sun, which some may prefer. Most disappointing was that the house was pretty dirty and a little banged up. We actually had to wait 30 min past check-in time as they were still cleaning. They were obviously rushed and could have used more help. Probably the age of the house (though refreshed) and large size played into this. Also previous guests must have been pretty messy from what we saw. So maybe we caught them on a bad week, but particularly the floors need a real scrucbbing down. The only other downer was that the property manager was unresponsive. We did not get the access info so I tried to contact and never got a response. We ended up having to go to their office to get it, which fortunately was close by. We rented a different house the previous week from same agency and that agent was super responsive. So again maybe a one off. Would consider renting if assurance it would be thoroughly cleaned.

Some areas of improvement would be a new set of pots and pans, as these were at the end of their life. A few additional dish towels would be nice. The grill was difficult to use as the knobs were not great. There was no refrigerator by the bar outside like in the pictures and description on the internet. And the hot water heater is either too small for an eight bedroom house, or is nearing the end of its life. You can get through 2 1/2 showers before the water is cold.
Overall, it was beautiful, and the location can’t be beat.

This place was huge and very comfortable for all of us. It was conveniently located close to the beach. The house was somewhat clean in general however, it did not feel like the floors were mopped well (my kids feet turned black after a little barefoot walking). They give you dish soap, one roll of paper towel and 2 dishwasher pods. The vintage arcade game console was a huge hit! And they have games, puzzles and beach stuff (chairs and carriage) fishing rod (but was broken) and the game room was great as well however, the ping pong rackets were pealing off. The dishwasher needs to be maintained as it was not cleaning well, we needed to do 2 rounds at times. The coffee machine was moldy but we got a new one as soon as we mentioned. Was great to have towels as well.
The pans have been used and abused - we used them but they need to be changed.
The pool and hot tub were great.
Honestly its a great place but the equipment needs to be verified and maintained between stays- thats all.

Very nice house, great location, was beyond expectations
The house had everything we wanted and needed, from plenty of kitchenware to the heated pool/hot tub to the comfy beds. We spent a LOT of time in the pool, and the kids loved it. Played a lot of ping pong and pool too. The kitchen had lots of pots and pans, plates and silverware, cups, etc. The gas grill was very nice too (made chicken legs and veggies one night). The bedrooms had comfortable beds, and each room had a TV. On top of all that, the beach was only a block away, which was super nice being able to walk and not have to load up a vehicle with gear and kids. We had a great time and would recommend Anna Maria Island and this location to anyone looking to get away for a while!

"Sick crib" (this is youth slang for awesome place)
WOW, amazing property, and terrific property manager in Eric from AMI Locals. Our kids used the term "sick crib" to very positively describe the house and pool. Everything functioned as planned, including the much needed heated pool and hot tub due to the cold front that hit much of the week. Billiards and ping pong on the first floor also got used a lot. Easily handled our 12 guests, ranging from ages 21 to 80. Our age 70+ guests stayed in the ensuite bedrooms on the 1st floor to prevent a lot of steps. Short 1.5 blocks to the beach in quiet neighborhood. Eric from AMI Locals was very responsive, greeted us when we arrived, and allowed us to stay a little longer on Saturday morning. Short drives to restaurants on the island, or you can rent bikes to get around the island. Would not hesitate to rent this place again if our family returns to AMI.
