The complex boasts a fully equipped gym large sauna, huge pool, lounge area, and tennis courts. There is a comfortable king size bed in the Master and a sofa bed in the Living room. The condo is exactly as appears in photos, very comfortable and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable and i slept well. No noise from other condos. Proximity to EVERYTHING terrific, parking very easy on grounds, and basement laundry area has a vending machine when you must have M and Ms! To see the sunset, I stayed out on the dock. To see sunrise, just go out the front door. All convenient. Definitely plan to return. Thank you, Nancy.

Condo was so nice and clean. Had everything we needed. Temps dropped one day and Nancy even reached out to make sure we knew how to operate the heat. It was a fabulous stay! We will be back!

Overall we were super happy with this condo. Check in was simple, location was close to everything, and we loved the pool. The bed was super comfortable and this was by far the most well stocked rental we have ever stayed in which was AMAZING.

The view of the bay is beautiful! Our host was very communicative and accommodating allowing us to check in early which was great! The property offers most of everything needed to stay away from home. We stayed a full week for a baseball tournament. We had 4 people and only 3 bath towels. We went and bought more and left them so hopefully others won't have the same issue... The balcony door from the living room does not open all the way. The furniture on the balcony is Rusty....broken etc There was a lot of mold in the shower. I went and bought some cleaner to clean it out. I feel like the cleaning company does not take care of it very well especially with how much we pay for that fee. I just felt the place was dirty. The hand soap was watered down so we bought more and refilled those.

The property, location and owner is great. We had trouble with an impatient neighbor. We were traveling with an Autistic child who was loud in the evening around 7pm. The neighbor knocked on our door and complained about that, and suggested we go out, even after seeing our son. She complained to owner as well. To avoid confrontation we spent most of our two day stay outside the property and returned only as he was about to sleep. I wish people had a little more compassion.

The property was what it was, great location and views. However, when you are charging what your charging, repairs and upgrades should be done regularly. The patio door only opened about 2ft as it gets blocked by a piece of metal on the bottom outside rail. If you were larger you werent using that door, you had to turn sideways to get outside. There is no way the owner or host is not aware and it was not disclosed. The patio furnishings have a lot to be desired, old, rusted has black mildew. I understand the ocean but you do need to replace or clean things so people will sit on them and be comfortable. The kitchen could have some tlc, cupboards wiped down and ledges dusted. The items in the kitchen, ie knives and ither utencils are throw together or left over from someones house. There are a million dollar stores that can upgrade and furnish more tastefully. Same with some decor. Overall it was liveable but would not go back to this VRBO for what I paid.

So, my wife and I came to town to visit my daughter, husband, and grandkids. The condo was conveniently located from the beach to their house. The condo was beautiful. It overlooked the bay, it was clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book this location again when my wife and I come visit.

Great location near restaurants and attractions, loved the view and the pool. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Communication with the host was easy and quick as well. Would love to come back soon!

This rental has an amazing view of the bay. We loved being greeted by that view every morning. Also, it is very close to the beach and is an overall quiet property. This was an excellent place for us to relax and disconnect for a few days.

I loved everything about this unit. The host was very accommodating. The bay view is so beautiful and relaxing. The balcony is humongous :-). Getting Across the street to the beach was the only downside! But we would most definitely recommend staying here. Because we're planning to go back!

Really enjoyed our stay. Very nice condo that’s close to beaches, several restaurants and shops. The building is also very nice. Our favorite thing was sitting on the deck and enjoying the beautiful view and sunsets.

This was our 2nd trip to Pensacola for baseball. This was a great location for easy access to the beach and bay views from the balcony. The condo was well stocked and the bed was comfortable.

Our unit was clean, neat, well furnished and well equipped (fridge, 2 tv's, dish washer, kitchen utensils, outside patio). Easy to find, easy parking. Next time, I would rent a unit on the south side of the building (rather than north side where 2c is). We wanted to play pickleball, but the courts are outside, and it was always windy. Beautiful area. Fine restaurants with character, nicest beaches I've ever seen.
