Situated in Lake Oconee, this charming house for $1,246 per night is a great choice for your next break. The Pointe vacation rental property is ideal for corporate functions, reunions, and large family gatherings. The home is located on the Atlanta-side of Lake Oconee off of Linger Longer Rd., near the main entrances to the Ritz Carlton and Reynolds Preserve Lake Oconee. The Pointe is a 75-minute drive from the Atlanta Airport and approximately one hour from Augusta. This luxury home on Lake Oconee comfortably sleeps up to 15 people and features beautiful amenities! The main level Master Suite features a big garden tub, private shower and double vanity with granite countertops. The stairway leads you to the second floor with two rooms with Queen Beds and a large Bunk Room - a hit with the kids! Two private luxurious baths are also located on this level. Additionally, the top level of The Pointe features a sitting area with a television, perfect for relaxing after a long day of fun on the lake. The state-of-the-art kitchen is fully equipped with all possible amenities to make your stay enjoyable. The Pointe's kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, large 6-burner stove, and double ovens. An additional kitchen area is located in the basement area, plus an extra full size refrigerator in the garage. The Pointe features four dining spaces that seat up to 15 guests, including a breakfast room with a 8-person table and a spacious 10-seat dining room. Outdoor seating is also available on the two large decks of the home, complete with covered areas and a veranda with unbelievable views. Competition may brew among guests in the large Billiard Room, complete with the tournament-level pool table. Numerous gathering areas are located throughout the home. An additional stairway off the kitchen leads to a fully furnished basement. The spacious family room on this level welcomes immediate access to Lake Oconee. The state-of-the-art home theater is fully-equipped with a huge 80' screen, 5.1 surround system and the ability to stream movies from the internet. Three private bedrooms and 3 private baths complete this floor. The Pointe features a 2 Car Garage and a spacious utility room. The home also features Smart TV's, wireless internet with 300mb speed, 200 Chanel Cable TV, deck, veranda, fireplace, billiards room, granite tops, and outside gas grill. You will never be at a loss to entertain friends, family and yourself outside as well. Kayaking, swimming, fishing, canoeing, boating, fire pit...the list goes on and on. Be sure you reserve enough time to enjoy it all! The kitchen is fully equip with everything that you need to enjoy your stay, including 2 normal coffee pots! Beautiful home and lake views. We had 4 generations of family come together for several days. The home is well maintained and had room enough for everyone. There were areas to gather and rooms to get away to relax. The back patio was wonderful for dining outside and enjoying the lake view. Host was exceptionally responsive and helpful. This is easily one of the best places my family and i have stayed. There was more than enough space for everyone to be confortable. We had everything we needed from a cooking standpoint and the amenities were well enjoyed by everyone. We are already planning our next stay at this priperty and plan to make it a tradition. Jordan was very timely and professional to the point that he was sending information and answering my questions before i even asked them. I literally have no complaints and applaud them on the great property they've created.

We were celebrating Christmas with our adult kids, and a new grandchild. We were so grateful that there were Christmas decorations up around the house, including a small tree. The living room was the perfect size for the 8 of us to hang out together in front of a nice fire. The rooms were all nice size, with comfortable beds.
As they say in the listing, they only supply 1 roll of TP per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels, and there was hand soap at sinks. You will need to bring all other bath items; soap, shampoo etc. We did know this ahead and were prepared, but was unusual in our experience renting homes, to not have sample sized items available.
Our overall experience was great and we would definitely stay at this property again.

This is the ultimate party house. Huge spacious living areas. Chef's kitchen. Beautiful views on the lake and having the Boat there waiting was a real treat. We will be back again for sure. Highly recommend for winter or summer stay.

I was attending a convention at the nearby Ritz, and decided to stay with some colleagues at this house. Lots of room and fun activities like billiards, darts, foosball, etc. The house is in good working order, but a little dated. My only complaint is that for a luxury rental that we leased for a full week, it was unusual that we had only one roll of toilet paper per bathroom and one roll of paper towels. Also, no soap, shampoo or conditioner in the shower, and no wood for the fire pit out back. These should all be included in a place like this.

This home is a great home. There is lots of space and it's bright. We used it for a company retreat and made a lot of use of the common spaces.
The kitchen is very well equipped and there are some good restaurants nearby if you don't feel like cooking.
Nothing beats enjoying your morning coffee on the upper porch which has the most amazing view of the lake.
We will stay here again in the future. Jordan was a wonderful host and was very communicative.

We had a great time staying at the Pointe. We rented the pontoon boat that belongs to the property and it was an absolute blast. The lake is peaceful and not too busy. Lots of golf to be had if you're into that sort of thing property itself is fantastic. There's a few things that could use submaintenance including the game system downstairs as well as some of the furniture. It plenty of beds for everyone to sleep. We had a blast. Thank you

50th Anniversary trip
Property was very poorly maintained, not cleaned well. Pontoon was nice. Location was nice. Pool table nice but Foosball table broken in multiple ways and game balls stuck inside and difficult to access on arrival. Appliances old and in poor repair. Bad choice on my part after bumped from another property at last moment. Sleeps 16 if 8 don't mind sleeping in bunk beds in same room. If relaxing and not looking for things to do, this might be the place for you. Some of the appliance issues may be repaired by now. Jordan was friendly and was helpful but tended to want to blame others for property shortcomings when general maintenance and monitoring of cleaning service are the issue. Presented Jordan with 22 items needing attention. Probably worst VRBO property in which we've ever stayed. I should add we were overcharged by a substantial amount over the maximum rates based upon the rates published.

The property was perfect for our family. Lots of room and activities for all ages. We range in ages from 2 to 70 and everyone had fun. I highly recommend the Point!!
