About this house rental
Nestled in Hobe Sound, this attractive house for $352 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. This fantastic modern/retro styled pool home features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a king and queen sized bed. It is located in an upscale Hobe Sound neighborhood, near the intracoastal waterway. The family room has a queen size sofa/pop up bed (much more comfortable than a sleeper sofa) and the cabana/game room has Bahama beds (two twin sized beds that fit together like couches during the day). A custom bath features a huge easy access, walk in shower. The terrazzo floors have been restored to their original luster. Each bedroom, the family room, the living room and the cabana/game room have Direct TV and wireless Internet (with 50 inch TVs in the living room and cabana/game room) (5 TVs total). The air conditioned cabana/game room has a 70 inch air hockey table, board games and Wii games (although the ceiling is low for some of the sporting games like tennis). Inside the house there's a wet bar and there is also a pass through window from the kitchen to the pool/patio (feel free to bring your own pool floats). Outdoors there's a hot and cold water shower to rinse off from the beach, lots of seating and a gas grill, as well as plenty of parking for your R.V. and boat. The children safety fence around the pool may be removed if desired. For your convenience we provide bikes, crib/pack-n-play, high chair. The glass items in the photos are easily removed to make the property kid friendly. Rental Rules and Regulations 1. Check in time is 4:00 pm EST and check out time is 11:00 am EST unless previous arrangements have been made. 2. Smoking is NOT permitted. 3. Pets are NOT permitted. 4. No daily maid service is provided. 5. Maximum occupancy is 8. 6. This home is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities including the pool, or off of the property even if using supplied equipment such as bicycles. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or equipment or or the risk of harm to others whom they invite to use the premises or equipment. We have a swimming pool and bicycle waiver and release of liability form that our insurance company requires to be signed upon check in. You may view this in our lease agreement during the booking process.

This house was amazing! It was just as described and everything you needed was provided. Alan the owner is the nicest person and is there if you needed him. You will definitely not be disappointed with the property or the host. We were there a week and the kids loved being able to swim every day. I would definitely stay there again.

This was just the perfect place for us. There are plenty of sleeping locations (what we call the game room with the 2 sofas need to go out to pool and enter main house to use bathroom). Beds comfortable. Pool was great. Alan clearly cares for his property and guests. He was readily responsive to text messages and lives near by. Ac worked great. 2 coffee makers (k cup and reg). Washer dryer. There are plenty of towels for showrs and pool. The kitchen seems small in pictures but there was enough space for 2 to 3 adults to putz around and make lunch. We did not cook dinner there. Truly wonderful stay. Cannot say enough great things.

We really enjoyed riding the bikes around the neighborhood and spending our evenings poolside or playing the Wii in the game room. We would recommend this house to anyone looking for a private and quiet getaway but still within a few miles to a grocery store or the beach.

The property was as advertised and more! Allan was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Pool and neighborhood were very nice, and just a short drive or bike ride to the beach. Would be happy to stay again and recommend to others!

Everything you need in a vacation rental. We hosted an engagement party and had family in and out the whole week we were there. The owner is very friendly and a phone call or text away if you need him for anything. The house is very clean and spacious. We will definitely stay here again.

Alan and his property were both wonderful. The house has so many features and was stocked with so many items for us to use - beach chairs, towels, extra soap, etc. Alan was a great host and gave us a thorough tour of the place and was also super easy to reach. We had a great weekend!

Alan met us at the property upon arrival and showed us around. He kept in contact and came over to check on the pool without being intrusive. We had everything we needed, including beach toys, bikes, extra linens (a must for fort building!), soaps and detergents, extra paper products (HUGE plus for me!), and plenty of plates/cups/bowls/utensils for us to host my extended family for a dinner party. The plants around the home are beautiful, and help keep the backyard private. The pool was clean and comfortable, and the screen helped keep mosquitos out. The kids enjoyed the air hockey and foosball tables and having the cabana room to hang out in. The home is clean and the furniture is comfortable. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is truly a private oasis. What are you feel secluded, you were close to anything you might need. The owner was very helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very clean and well stocked. The bonus TV/arcade room was great for our niece and nephews to hangout in. The heated pool was wonderful! Would definitely stay again!

Look no further…very clean, well stocked property. Nicely decorated, very comfortable. Alan, the owner welcomed us and gave us the tour. They live new door and are a text away.

Perfect for 4 adults
Excellent location! Convenient to the beach and some great restaurants. Also just a short drive to Jupiter and West Palm Beach. Everything needed for a beach day was on location (bikes, helmets, coolers, beach chairs, tote bags, beach towels, etc). The most well-stocked rental I've come across. Communication was the host was excellent and we were able to get into the house earlier than expected after the airline changed our flight times which was a huge relief. Home was perfect for 4 adults and there was bedding for more, though I would say children/teens would appreciate those beds more than adults. Would definitely stay at this location again should I need to be in the area in the future.
