This unit offers 2 floor living with easy private access. On the main level a full kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances, living area and dining area, front porch and bedroom with a full bathroom. On the 2nd level a private bedroom with full bath. Just steps away from the action in down town Newport it’s just a 2 minute walk to restaurants, shops and entertainment. Free parking for 1 car and guest over night parking available upon request for a small fee.

We stayed over Labor Day weekend and the condo was perfect. Super clean, easy check-in and great location! We picked it for its' great rating and were not disappointed. Betsy (the owner) was easy to reach and very accommodating as she let us have a late check out. Highly recommend and will for sure, stay here again!

Our family of four had an amazing 4 night stay. Everything still feels "new" and has been incredibly well maintained. Very clean with awesome conveniences that made the stay enjoyable. (Even beach towels were provided!) Only minor complaint is the AC is a little noisy but everyone was so tired at the end of the day that it didn't interfere with sleep. Overall a great stay!

Betsy was a great host and very communicative. The condo was spotless and very well appointed. It had everything we needed as a family of four. The location is the best! It’s an easy walk into town but far enough away from the late night noise that comes with a very fun town! We were happily surprised that there were beach towels and a washer and dryer which was not indicated on the listing - again - very well appointed. We would definitely recommend this condo to a group of 4 and would rent it again!

We had a great time in Newport and the condo was great. Check in was very smooth. Great communication with the property manager. The condo was very clean and had all the necessities. It is within walking distance to popular restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we walked in, the Condo was absolutely everything and more than what we had hoped for! We had 6 adults and plenty of room
for all to gather together for breakfast, then close enough to walk to town. We also loved that it had parking…such a convenience! We didn’t have any issues at all with this lovely condo. Highly recommended! *****

We had a great weekend at the condo as we were in Newport for a wedding weekend. Condo is very spacious, I fir table, clean, and has all you would need. Walking distance to downtown/coffee shops/ stores, etc. Private parking is convenient (1 complimentary spot and a second fir a nominal fee). Betsy was very accessible and responsive to any questions. Recommend the condo!!

Perfect Vacation Condo
This condo was even better than the description. My friends and I felt comfortable and safe in this condo. Check in was smooth and the communication was stellar. Finally, the location was extremely convenient - walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants, as well as the water.

Immaculate property. Great location.
This property is beauty, with crisp fresh paint, new kitchen appliances, new furniture and super SUPER clean. Main floor includes TV area, dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a bedroom with queen bed. Upstairs is another bedroom with 2 queen beds. Plenty of space for my family of four (2 adult sons). A comfortable walk (10-15 minutes) to the heart of the Harbor area of shops and restaurants. Easy parking on site. A great place that I highly recommend. Betsy was super friendly in text and always responsive. I look forward to a return stay at this property!

Great location and communicative host!
We loved our stay in Newport. The location was perfect, a short 15-20 minute walk to anything you needed in town, restaurants, bars, boat launches. The host was very easy to get a hold of and granted all of our requests including flexible check in, which we appreciated greatly! Will definitely recommend and stay again!

Lovely stay
Me and two friends had a great stay at Betsy's place. The photos were accurate and the property was very clean. Also nice to be so conveniently located to downtown Newport—we walked everywhere. Only snag we hit was the wifi wasn't strong at times, but other than that - everything was great!
