We just completed a wonderful stay at Bellemare villa. Being able to walk to Shoal Bay was very fun. We snorkeled several times right down from the villa and the reef at Elodias. We had several meals at Serenity - which is right next door. They have terrific food and service. Overall and A+ stay!!

Cannot say enough good things about this property and staff. Amazing attention to detail and absolute seclusion at Bellamare Villa. Nadia and her staff were on point with their communication and support suring our stay. As mentioned in other reviews, the property is even more spectacular than the pictures show. Will definately be back!

Property was amazing. Plenty of lovely and beautifully appointed furnishings. And a variety of places to gather together, or to be private too!
The setting was spectacular with views of the ocean from every vantage point. Kitchen and household was very well equipped with everything, including beach equipment and towels. Kelita, the owner was very responsive to our special requests, even providing us with a choice of cribs for our 5 month old. And communication with her was always quick and very pleasant. We even had the chance to meet her on our last day! She’s delightful and truly focused on guests’ enjoyment.
We were also very pleased with Nadia who came to meet us at the airport and went out of her way to insure our home was clean and looked after daily. She is a gem and her attentive care made for a warm and welcoming visit.
Access to one of the most beautiful beaches in Anguilla also! We couldn’t have imagined staying anywhere more suited to our family-thank you Villa Bellamare for helping our family create such beautiful and cherished memories.

My family (husband and 4 kids aged 3, 7, 9, and 11) just returned from a beautiful stay at Villa Bellamare and we already want to go back! It is all open -air concept/layout which was just beautiful - with the AC units in the rooms keeping us nice and cool at night. Despite the open air concept, it was incredibly clean and there were hardly ever any bugs or ants - thanks in large part no doubt to Nadia and the daily housekeeping. We loved the outdoor shower and baths. One of the only suggestions I would make would be for a hose/water source close to the beach to rinse of sand - we would make the kids walk to rinse off in outdoor shower before jumping in pool but i'm sure there were some sandy pool jumps! We LOVEDDD the proximity to shoal bay east and walked their almost daily - other days would explore the other beautiful beaches - but we loved rotating lunches at Gwen's and Ola's. Kelita was incredibly responsive and helped set us up with a photographer to take family beach photos and it was seamless. She was also happy to set up babysitting and a chef but we opted against it and enjoyed all the local restaurants (aritsan pizza was a family fave and so close!) I don't want to share this piece of paradise with anyone! thanks for a great stay

The Villa is exactly as described in the listing. The host was great and the housekeeper was amazing. Enough cannot be said about the beach and water. Truly amazing- a wonderful family vacation.

Our trip was truly amazing. We spent a lot of time at the villa just because it was so beautiful and peaceful. Loved the pool and so much good food within a short drive for us. Would love to stay here again. You will think you stepped into the gates of heaven as soon as you enter the front door. Nadia was fabulous and very helpful with any questions that we had.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bellamare. It was in a more quiet side of the island but still plenty to do with beach bars, restaurants and the gorgeous beach and sea right out our back door. The house was well kept and clean, and having Nadia come daily to refresh towels and assist with any of our needs was a pleasure. We had several amenities to get us started and through the week like fresh fruit, wine, coffee, ice and water. We spent many days lounging in the pool, snorkeling the reef or sitting in the sand. From this house, you can get to the other side of the island in a 20 minute drive or to the closest Rum Punch in a 1 minute walk. Perfection!

An extraordinary property/villa!! A beautiful home that was well appointed with everything needed for a Caribbean vacation. The view is stunning, everyday and nearly takes your breath away. The Villa space is comfortable and well laid out for whatever you need...depending on the time of day. The outdoor spaces are perfect with plenty of seating around a central pool space---- this is where we lived for nearly all of our visit. The bedrooms have wonderfully comfortable beds and the individual room AC made escaping the warmer evenings a great respite for sleeping. The kitchen had all the necessary items and we enjoyed cooking while overlooking the ocean. There was also a perfect little beach walkway that you could follow to a variety of good restaurants and for also swimming in the ocean. The location of the villa is quite secluded....which was nice for peace and quiet...but it is a good drive from some of the other popular spots on the island....Elvis's Bar, Blanchards, and the West End action...so a car is a must for staying at this location. We all had a wonderful time and would come back again. The people of Anguilla are lovely and friendly....we made a few friends there. Also special THANK YOU to Nadia for meeting us at the ferry and for her and her crew coming in daily for the included cleaning service.....she was delightful!!

Our week long stay at Bellamare Villa was nothing short of amazing. The property is beautiful and clean (daily housekeeping was a fantastic added bonus) with shimmering teal ocean views that cannot be matched.
We encountered one bump during our trip — we arrived at the ferry terminal and our reserved rental car wasn’t available. The property manager worked on her end to secure and deliver a new car (this, of course, wasn’t her job but we were so grateful she came to the rescue).
Similarly, I dropped the ball on finding a special birthday cake for my 5 year old’s day, and the property manager contacted a local baker and had a beautiful birthday cake delivered within 24 hours. This - and the car experience above - show you’ll be in good hands!
Anguilla is a beautiful island with wonderfully kind people - don’t hesitate to book!

There is no justice in the photos of this villa. The view was gorgeous, and more, the sounds and smells were so calming. The villa was clean, private, cozy yet spacious with loads of areas to congregate or have alone-time. It’s located on Shoal Bay which was wonderful for us as we love to snorkel. The property is not directly on the beach but a very short walk (2 min.) and it’s right there. What we loved the most was the privacy, though we never felt too secluded. A short walk on the beach and there were small beach bar/restaurants available. Anguilla is full of very friendly people, and most non-Anguillans we encountered had been coming for years. The island is different than most- there are still areas that are relatively unspoiled. We didn’t leave the villa everyday- it was just so nice to hang out, walk, snorkel, and walk down the beach for a rum punch or pina colada. There was always a nice breeze and we kept all areas except the air conditioned bedrooms open all day. It was the definition of indoor/outdoor living.
Chef Tyrone came in and cooked a beautiful lobster dinner for us- not cost prohibitive if you’re dining at some of the more upscale restaurants on the island.
Kelita and Nadia were always a text away and very responsive if we needed anything. I would recommend renting a car if you plan to explore or shop.
There are truly no negatives about this property, or about our stay. I understand why people come back year after year! Thank you, Kelita, for a most wonderful time with my family!

We had a magical vacation in Anguilla and staying at this property was a huge part of our amazing experience. Kelita was so helpful and professional setting us up for a great trip. Nadia & the cleaning staff were outstanding. Lastly, the house was much much better than the pictures & was beyond our expectations. Exquisite property. Quiet, serene retreat.
Surrounded by beauty everywhere. Never wanted to leave. Most appreciated to note on any vacation is a good nights sleep. The bed, bedding and pillows were so comfortable. Sheets very soft and bed supportive. The air conditioning kept the room the perfect temp.
Grateful for guidance from Gerdel. He’s most knowledgeable and helpful. This house is a dream come true. We plan on returning.

The outdoor space was so well-appointed with several seating and dining areas, and loads of lounge chairs to relax in. The quick walk down to the beach makes this property so unique. You can snorkel right from the beach or walk a quick couple of minutes and be right in heart of Shoal Bay. In addition to the perfect location and view, Bellamare is completely private. You can't see any other houses and we didn't hear any other people the whole time we were there.
The interior of the house is also perfect. We loved how all the doors can be kept open to let the breeze through. The bedrooms were comfortable, clean, and very spacious.
Jerdell was wonderful to work with and helped us coordinate travel, activities, a chef, dining out, etc. He was very responsive and fulfilled all of our requests. Nadia and the housekeeping staff did a fabulous job too. They were kind and friendly, unintrusive, and kept the house immaculate.
We've traveled throughout the Caribbean and this is hands-down our favorite house we've stayed in over the past 15 years. I'm almost hesitant to recommend it so highly for fear it might be booked the next time we are in Anguilla!

Luxury Private Bliss at its Finest
Villa is stunning and private. Completely opens up to perfect paradise. Jerdell, the property manager, is first class. Location to shoal beach and restaurants is a stones throw away. Property access to water is completely private and you can walk down steps to shoal beach. It was a fantastic vacation and we will certainly be back. Jerdell, a special thanks to you and your staff. We fell in love with this property the minute we walked through the door. What a view! Loved the layout. 2 large master bedrooms and a 3rd bedroom. Whole house was designed to encompass the view! Gated property. Jerdell took care of every tiny detail for us. Would rate him a 10+. So many details to take care of due to Covid and Jerdell handled everything! Jerdell hired a private chef, Chef Kylon, for us. Food was incredible! Jerdell Arranged transportation to and from villa due to Covid and arrived for Covid testing to be done at villa for our return to US. Our friends were able to stay on same property as there are 2 condos at top of property. Worked out perfect! Patio and pool furniture very comfortable and has a pretty gazebo to relax in shade and look at ocean. Definitely returning!

The combination of the home, the island, the beautiful people all created an amazing experience. The rooms were very well appointed, the pool and the grounds immaculate, the views and the ambience immeasurable.
The property manager, Jerdell, went above and beyond providing service exceeding that of 5-star resorts we've frequented. Our interaction with him started long before we arrived, throughout our stay, and during our return trip home.
Everywhere that we ate, whether a small beach side locale or a formal restaurant were exceptional. Madeariman and Artisan Pizza Napoletana are only minutes away and not to be missed.
Staying at the BellaMare Villa was a fantastic experience!

Heaven in Anguilla
Our much-needed stay at Villa Bellamare was nothing short of amazing! The property is spacious, immaculately managed and maintained, and boasts postcard-worthy views of Shoal Bay East.
The villa has a coastal up-scale vibe, yet is also delightfully comfortable. The property far exceeded the beautiful photos on the website. We spent entire days floating in the infinity pool, which we wish we could have taken with us. The open-air living area was divine in the evenings, feeling the island breeze as we relaxed after an arduous day of sunbathing, snapper and rum punch. The kitchen was well-equipped for any cooking one may want to do. The outdoor showers and baths were incredible after a day by the pool or time spent on one of the nearby beaches. The A/C in the bedrooms was ice-cold and kept us very comfortable at night, which we really appreciated. Villa Bellamare, in our opinion, was in a prime location off of Shoal Bay East -serene, yet also in reasonable driving distance to the superb beaches and dining Anguilla has to offer. The housekeeping staff were friendly and took such good care of us during our stay. The fresh cut flowers from the property were a delightful touch. Lastly, the most important amenity that sets Villa Bellamare apart from the rest: Jerdell, the Property Manager/Concierge ——— warm, personable, accommodating and thorough. He always had a smile and truly cared about making our stay the very best in Anguilla! He was instrumental in facilitating our late entry into Anguilla from St. Maarten due to travel delays we experienced due to Covid-19 protocols. He made every step of the way feel effortless, and overall had a tremendously positive impact on our stay there. We simply cannot say enough about our new friend, Jerdell. All in all, the property is truly an inconceivable value and one that will leave you planning your next stay there before you even leave. Utter enjoyment all the way around, we will be back!!

Bellamare Villa is paradise. Everything about it is perfection. The views are breathtaking, and waking up to them each morning, or seeing them each time we returned to the Villa after being out, was stunning. The home itself feels very upscale, well-maintained and inspiring. The furnishings are plush and comfortable, the kitchen is outfitted with everything you could possibly need, including a very large professional-quality stove and oven, there's a fantastic, seemingly brand-new BBQ grill, and a huge library of books. We had the privilege of spending a glorious 9 days there, floating in the pool, resting and reading in the cabana, BBQ'ing dinners, and it was heavenly. Jerdell, the property manager/concierge was wonderful and incredibly helpful. He was always smiling and upbeat, and able to accommodate any request. Nereida, the housekeeper, also did fantastic work and was a joy. Thank you both for making our experience there so special! The Villa is located on the north-eastern side of the island, right next to Shoal Beach, but is in easy driving distance from the great restaurants and beaches throughout the island. We highly recommend dining at Hibernia, Veya and Sandbar, and visiting Mead's Bay Beach and Crocus Beach. One thing worth noting, which isn't entirely clear in the photos, is that the Villa doesn't have direct beach access. But, we didn't miss that at all, and the beaches are close enough and easy enough to access that we were able to be at a beach within minutes whenever we desired. Beyond the Villa itself, we also fell in love with Anguilla overall. and would absolutely return.

Our favorite villa
I do a lot of vacationing all over and have used many Airbnb/Vrbo properties. This was definitely in the top 3. It is actually much better than the pictures portray. Kelita was very helpful returning emails prior to leaving to answer questions and Jerdell was there to meet us at the Ferry and show us the villa. He left a cell phone so we could call him at any time. Thank you for a wonderful week. We have already booked to return next year.

What a view!
We absolutely loved this house. There were so many places to sit with friends! Watching the super bowl on the 75” screen while grilling steaks was perfect. The only down side with 3 couples is the 3rd bedroom. The two masters are so spectacular, we felt sorry for the third couple ( no view, no bedside tables and poor lighting). Also access to the beach was a bit dicey but Shoal Bay was a quick 3 minute drive so all was well! Loved Anguilla. Fabulous beaches and restaurants!

A private piece of paradise!
A very private well-built villa with an amazing layout, so you can enjoy the ocean as much as possible. We had 3 little kids and 4 adults and never felt crowded- the territory is large and well taken care of: there are many out door spaces to eat, visit or enjoy the views! The pool was amazing and we really enjoyed outdoor shower and bathtubs! The manager was wonderful- I had so many questions about the villa, how to get to the villa and Anguilla, and if some people in group would have problems getting into the island- Jerdell was very helpful and informative, went above and beyond!

Paradise Found
From the moment you open the front door you will be swept away by the incredible view! The pictures do not do it justice. The beautifully appointed interior perfectly compliments the scenery. The location is great and affords a
lot of privacy, while also being close to the gorgeous Shoal Bay and many fun beach bars. The beach off the property is gorgeous but rocky. We were able to find a secluded spot to swim but if you prefer a smoother beach then it’s about a ten minute walk (in ankle deep water) around the point. We had an 11, 8 and 3 year old with us and they handled the walk no problem but if you prefer to drive, it’s about a 2 minute drive down the road. The kitchen and outdoor grilling area had everything we needed to eat in. The kitchen does not have AC, as it is an open air design but the the wind helped cool it down. We loved every moment we stayed at Bellamare.
Jerdell, the property manager, was great and answered every question and was reachable by cell phone the entire week. He also made our transportation arrangements from St. Martin.
We will definitely be returning to Bellamare.

Found Paradise
What a fantastic place for my husband and I to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. We just couldn’t get enough of our view from any area of the villa. We ended up bringing back food from different restaurants most of the time because our view couldn’t compare with theirs. Enjoyed the infinity pool and the comfortable chairs in the gazebo along with all the other amenities offered. Jerdell our property manager was always available to help out with any questions we had. Was nice when he met us at customs along with our rental car and we were able to follow him back to Villa especially after traveling all day. He even found a restaurant where we picked up lobster on the way to villa first day. . Will definitely want to return again to this beautiful villa.

This is one of those rare properties that exceeds whatever expectations you arrived with. The level of service and comfort during the entire process from booking to checkout, and throughout our stay, was outstanding. The quiet, private setting and the villa itself - all are extraordinary. spacious house with amazing views and pool
The house was amazing. Pool was very nice and cleaned several times during our stay. The house was also cleaned daily. The house was large and spacious and just like the photos. All areas were clean and we received fresh beach and bath towels daily. Lots of outdoor seating. The beach area was rocky and was the only thing about the house that wasn't perfect, however, a 4 minute drive or a 10-15 min walk on the beach and there were several restaurants with beach access, umbrellas and chairs. Overall, one of the best places we have stayed in the Caribbean

Paradise Found
This villa has everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The views are stunning as are the beaches that are two minutes away. The pool offers great views and is sparkling clean. The amenities were first class, if you decide to eat-in you have the option of an outdoor grill or a chefs kitchen that has everything you would possibly need.
The beds are so comfortable all with ocean views. The internet and TV all worked with no issues. Jerdell took care of any need we had which were few. He knows the island well and took us shopping upon our arrival.
Anguilla is a great island to drive around very small with loads of beaches. If you are not comfortable or never have driven on the left side of the road this island is a great place to take advantage of the minimal traffic which make thing much easier if you have never drove on the left side.
I am looking forward to my next trip back.

Paradise - much more than expected
Bellamare Villa is a gorgeous property. We spent a week there with our two adult kids and their significant others. We had 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Plenty of space for privacy and lots of opportunity for hanging out together. The view is unbelievable. You can walk to Shoal Bay East. The property is an open air style so you feel as though you are living outside. You can close the villa up completely at night. The infinity pool was very nice. The master bedroom was spectacular and it included its' own patio over looking the ocean. The master bath had an outdoor jacuzzi bathtub. The other two bedrooms were just as special. The outdoor dining area was a nice place to gather. Our property manager, Jerdell got us some fresh snapper and we used their high end grilling station to cook it. Jerdell was there for us and catered to our every need. The daily cleaning service was excellent. The linens and towels were fine. They gave us a complimentary breakfast for the first morning and a bottle of champagne. Jerdell met us at the ferry terminal and transported all of our bags to the property. It is even more beautiful in person. The kitchen has been recently renovated and looks amazing. We will definitely consider this property again.

Overall, I couldn’t be happier with Bella Msre. It was as we remembered it 5 years ago, only better. There are many villas on the island, many much more expensive, and yet we love Bella Msre because of its uniqueness and charm. The grounds are beautifully done and the layout of the villa is so nice with a large amount of outdoor space. Each of my 3 kids claimed a different space as their own. The location is great for being close to all the action on Shoal Bay East beach, but as it’s on the extreme eastern end of Shoal Bay, it’s very private. The owner and property manager couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating throughout our stay. We were met at Blowing Point ferry terminal by Jerdell and he brought our bags to the villa and we followed. Anytime we asked, he was immediately available throughout the week to help with anything, make any arrangements, or answer any questions. I would highly recommend Bella Mare to anyone wanting to stay on one of the perennially best beaches of the caribbean, while also having a beautiful, peaceful place to relax. All of the amenities are there and it combines the best of staying at a beautiful resort, and being at home.
