It was really beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood we would totally go back

The property was beautiful and exactly how it was described in the listing. My friends and I had an amazing time. There was a bbq grill on the property that wasn’t listed on the amenities which was a surprise so we had a lot of fun relaxing and bonding with friends. However you have to bring your own Netflix subscription or HDMI cable if you want to watch some movies. Excellent stay!

My family and I had a wonderful time sitting by the lake, enjoying the views and the crisp air. The kids made some great memories here!

We loved this lake house! It is spacious with lots of bed space for the little ones. There is a beautiful, peaceful view of the lake/river out the living room windows. Deer everywhere and we even saw a little gray fox. I definitely recommend this get-away!

Had a winery revent in the area. Our friend was also celebrating his birthday on Saturday. Wonderful weekend getaway. The house was exactly as advertised. Photos were accurate. Clean surroundings and wonderful setting.

It was the perfect place for a getaway my fiancé is always so busy with work, we really needed somewhere quiet and relaxing. The Lake Escape was beautiful, great view of the lake. We loved the Lilly pad and the kayak. We will definitely be visiting again.

The house was clean and we'll stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The launch was a little far away but we loved the boat lift on the dock and the ping pong table was way more fun then we anticipated!

We loved every second…would stay forever if we could. The home was perfect! We have an adult daughter with profound disabilities and the layout of the house was easy to maneuver her wheelchair in. Such a relaxing and comfortable home with all the things you need on a vacation!
The lakefront was my favorite! We enjoyed the easy & immediate access and stayed in the water for multiple hours at a time. The splash mat was a HUGE HIT with our 2 year old granddaughter! Cannot brag enough on this rental! Loved it so much!

All good except for dirty table and unswept patio. Dirty sheets on one bunk bed.

This house was beautiful and by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in on the water! Grandkids loved it as did the adults. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. Ping pong table, kayak, and corn hole were a big hit! Will definitely stay here again.

For his 70th birthday, my husband wanted a lakefront cabin where we relax, host the kids and grandkids and bring our two Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. This was the perfect spot. The home was very clean, well-equipped and the lakefront location was excellent. We enjoyed the yard and the dock immensely, sitting out there nearly the entire time as it was in the 70's-80's in December. Our grandkids loved the yard, as did the dogs. The neighborhood was quiet and charming. Great time and glad we stayed the extra day. Thank you for addressing the shower light immediately, I was impressed with the fast response to our concern. The only 2 comments I have: the grill had plenty of propane however did not heat beyond 250-300 degrees - could be the system is clogged, there were no hangers in the closets to hang clothes. There were plenty of pillows, blankets, towels, washrags, linen. Very nice. We will return.

House was pristine. One of my kids did slice open their foot from broken glass on the dock the first night.

We spent Thanksgiving in this home. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking a meal for this. The beds were comfortable. The view and dock made the stay special

My wife and I stayed here 3 nights and enjoyed kicking back by the lake. Awesome lake view and the ping pong table was fun.

The location is wonderful, and the house has been nicely updated. The dock and lift area are fantastic. Hard to believe how many high $ lake rentals will not let you use the lift. This one was perfect.
The cons were that none of the beds were all that comfortable. Also, we arrived on Monday to completely full trash cans outside. There is once a week pickup that we had to set out for Wednesday. I've just never had one of these rentals before where I was expected to take care of the previous guest's trash. Not a huge deal just kind of a nuisance for us (and for those who followed us).
But the overall experience was great, and I would be willing to stay here again.

Our family had a fantastic time over Labor Day weekend. The yard and boat dock area are a fun place for kids and family. Our kids really enjoyed jumping for hours along the Lily Pad. The boat lift works great. Can’t beat the location! Highly recommend.

The house had everything one would need. Unfortunately we did not use the kayak and pool mat due to time. The outdoor seating area was nice. Great for people/boat/jet ski watching too. Ping Pong table was fun.

This home is the perfect getaway for a quiet time or an action filled time with 6 grandchildren ❤️ The owners have given much thought to making sure every detail is taken care of. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us! We will be back!

Great lake home with beautiful views. Good dock, ladder access. Plenty of towels. We were a smaller group of 5 adults. More people would be fine if they are children, but all adults would be a stretch. We loved the screened in porch. Very well organized, nice yard with green grass, even in July! Two refrigerators. Enjoyed the ping pong games, even though we are definitely lacking some skill!! (Lots of laughs.) Given the opportunity, we would definitely return! Thank you!!

My spouse and his parents stayed for a long weekend (Thursday through Sunday) on April 28, 2022. The property is on a quiet street on the Colorado arm in Kingsland. There is plenty of parking in the carport, as well as overflow parking across the street (including for trailer, if needed). The house was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals and grill, including paper towels, extra TP, dish soap and cleaner. The only thing missing is plastic cups (we found only one at back of the cabinet), to use at the dock instead of glassware. There are no storage containers or foil/saran wrap, so bring that for leftovers.
Central air worked perfectly, water pressure had no issues, main beds in bedrooms were comfortable with extra bedding, pillows and blankets. TV reception is poor (grainy picture), but we didn't need it since it's not football season.
We fished off the private dock (with our own gear), took a swim and went out in the provided kayak. The dock is east facing, so it wasn't blistering hot in the later part of the day! There's easy access nearby to launch a boat or jet ski with slips for each at dock (we didn't use them this time, but will definitely bring the watercraft next time). The grounds are beautiful, too! We brought bocce ball; there is cornhole provided. The highlight of the house (other than the waterfront aspect, of course) is the screened-in porch with plenty of seating to enjoy water views. There were no mosquitos this time of year, surprisingly, but they will surely arrive soon. We enjoyed meals, morning coffee and evening lounging in that porch area. There is also a patio with table and chairs, which gets full sun in the later afternoon. From the patio, the grounds slope down with a dozen steps leading to a lush lawn and the well kept dock.
Two large groups of rowdy folks arrived on Saturday morning, staying two houses down. They played loud, terrible music (techno, club and dance) most of the day on Saturday, whooping and hollering like frat guys, which disturbed the tranquility. Fortunately, they settled (or passed out) around 6:30 pm on Saturday evening. There are clearly full time residents livings in the neighborhood, so I don't know how they tolerate that!
The boat traffic was mellow until Saturday midmorning - it was like a highway most of the day on Saturday. I'm assuming there is much more activity on the weekends, which is to be expected. We would definitely rent this place again.
