Located in Spring Hill, this charming house for $150 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This one-story house features a well equipped kitchen with dining for two and a desk for your computer, etc to hook up to free wi-fi and internet.The two spacious, private bedrooms with baths are separated by a tastefully furnished great room/dining area and a modern kitchen with laminate flooring. The dining area accommodates six people. The bedroom to the right of the great room has a king bed with pillow-top mattress, a large dresser, walk-in closet, linen closet with extra sheets and blankets and an ensuite bathroom with double sinks and tiled shower. The bedroom to the left of the great room and kitchen has a queen bed, dresser, desk, walk-in closet and an outdoor sitting room perfect for curling up with a good book. The bathroom has a shower/tub combination with fully stocked linen closet. Both bedrooms have access to the fully enclosed, screened lanai and private, in-ground pool. The backyard and gardens have a wood, privacy fence on all four sides offering totally privacy for swimming in the pool, lounging and sunning by the pool with a book in one of five chaises or just stargazing after dark. The lanai, within the screened enclosure, is furnished for outdoor living and dining. The house is situated in a quiet, safe neighborhood and is great for walking. We have recently installed a pool heater and the pool deck has been recently painted for your enjoyment. Cost of heated pool: $35.00 per week. The house is situated within driving distance to Tampa/Busch Gardens/ International Mall/Lowery Park Zoo/ Hard Rock Casino/Adventure Island Water Park (45 miles), Orlando/Disney World (90 miles) and the Gulf coast beaches. The newly opened Sun West Beach and Water Park is only 10 miles away as is Pine Island Beach & Park. Homossassa Springs Wildlife Park is 30 miles away and features a boat ride, alligators, manatees, flamingos and more. The Casino Cruise from Port Ritchey, is 15 miles away. Clearwater Beaches/Aquarium is about 90 minutes away. If you're going to Pine Island Park (great sunsets), the Bayport Inn is one of our favorite restaurants. We also love Sam's at Hudson Beach for the food and sunsets on a warm evening. And we like Cody's Roadhouse for happy hour and their bottomless salad.

Enjoyed the home, loved having a pool to enjoy daily! Host had an abundance of kitchen supplies and it was nice to have condiments, spices and coffee provided. Appreciated the use of the garage as well. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay- highly recommend!

This property is located in a very quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed being able to park in the garage, but never used the garage entry keypad. The pool was our go to since beaches are crowded this time of year. We swam mornings, days, and nights. Loved listening to the birds and watching the squirrels and airplanes. We also appreciated the numerous amenities the owners offered such as toilet tissue, laundry, dish soap, and cooking seasonings “to get us started”. No other VRBO we’ve stayed at had these. We took our own EVERYTHING since that’s what we were used to! What a treat! We always at at Sam’s Beach Bar, we go to Tarpon Springs for boat rides, the National Bakery, and great Greek food at Costa’s. The aquarium in Tampa is always nice as well. Great location!

This home was more than suitable. It met all of our expectations . Everything was fully stocked. We couldn't believe the size of the pool and patio area. Didn't go to the beach often because we just loved hanging at the pool. The owners got back to us in a timely fashion. There were basically no issues or concerns just a couple of questions. I would definitely recommend this home. We will come back for sure.

Owner was very responsive to messages, friendly, and accommodating. Unfortunately, the weather was so cold we couldn’t enjoy the lanai or pool. We will return if our travels bring us back to Spring Hill!

The home is beautiful and clean, equipped with everything you could need. We didn't have to stop and buy things like salt & pepper, soap, TP... like in other rentals. A very nice and appreciated convenience. There was an occasion that something broke during our stay, we contacted Mike and his maintenance person had it repaired within hours.

Stayed for 5 nights and it was absolutely perfect. House is in a great neighborhood, close to lots of restaurants and stores. Layout of the house is nice. Pool was awesome and was enjoyed daily. Owners communicate quickly and are friendly. Definitely will be booking again.

We've stayed here before, and are booked to return in the fall. Always enjoy coming here. Nice private backyard and pool. Very comfortable house. There is now an outdoor TV on the pool deck, which was nice in the evening. Neighborhood is quiet, and everything is close by. Nice king sized, comfortable bed. Plenty of everything you need in the kitchen. Nothing negative to report!

Not much too say negative and lots to say positive. Backyard, screened lanai, and pool were our home for the month. House is modern and well furnished. We did have a few hiccups with the internet and TV but nothing severe. Probably a case of old folks trying to adjust to modern ways.

Pool was heated Furniture on patio was a little musty but we sprayed it with febreeze each day. We liked sitting there watching the kids play in the pool and tv. There little backyard garden was fun. The kids picked a couple limes and had fun eating them. I wish the avacados and pineapples were ready for harvest. 😁

We so enjoyed our stay in this little home with a fantastic pool & patio. We spent most of our time when at the house pool side enjoying the patio furniture watching TV while eating our meals. The grill was a big plus! House was very clean & even had access to the garage to park the car in. Enjoyed the pool after a long day out & about exploring. Would recommend this cute little home.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We would definitely stay again. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, uneventful, the way we like it! All the appliances worked properly and really enjoyed the pool during the hot evenings. We would recommend to anyone who is looking in this area.
