Situated in Pacific Beach, this attractive house for $377 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This simple, clean, 2 bedroom home has everything you need to enjoy a vacation by the beach. It is a lovely quiet neighborhood, just a 10min walk directly down our street to the beach. If you really want to feel like you live in San Diego's best neighborhood, this is the place. It is a real home (not a condo or apartment),with a private fenced back yard. Well behaved pets are welcome. There is a $50 pet fee per stay. Reserved covered parking spot in the driveway. Fresh oranges off the tree in the back yard. And our signature welcome margarita fixings, chips and salsa are waiting for you on arrival.

Very welcoming. We enjoyed our stay. The host and hostess were there to give us any help we needed. Early morning you can hear the ocean. It is easy to get around SD from the location. We had no complaints, and will try to return next year. Thanks again Alisa and Darren.

Great mature little place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. There is no AC so the oscillating and ceiling fans helped out. Alisa was very welcoming, kind, and communicated very well.

This house and it’s gardens were a dream for us! Quiet, safe and in a nice neighborhood. It’s a very clean home, with an enclosed, grassy back yard and covered parking too! It was close to dog friendly beaches and restaurants. Everything updated, great water pressure in the shower, and super comfortable beds, pillows and furniture. We loved the hosts too! Very kind and helpful people with a great chips and salsa welcome, with margaritas as well! Thank you, Alisa and Darren! Great job 🌺🐶

Great spot in PB! Beach is walkable, as are several very good restaurants. House is perfect for family of 4 (young kiddos who don’t mind sharing a room) + pup. Well stocked with beach gear, though be sure to ask the owners for extra fans, they’re needed due to the humidity.

Cottage had everything needed for an enjoyable stay. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking including spices, cleaning supplies, and initial supply of paper products, etc. Great neighborhood for walking to dining, beach and shopping. Good communication with attentive host. We would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved staying in this home! It was cozy and homey, which allowed us to relax, and not over-worry about our kids destroying anything. We ate dinner in the backyard nearly every night, enjoying the fresh ocean air, green grass and orange/lime tree. The hostess was extremely responsive, and check-in was super easy. When the house got a bit too warm, the plug-in fans and coolers throughout the house were more than sufficient. There are two grocery stores right in the neighborhoood (Gelson's has a nice poke bar!), and many, many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, allowing my husband and I to sneak out for a little lunch date, while the kids stayed home. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking and grilling utensils, and we enjoyed the meals we prepared here. Traffic in this area is a breeze, and we recommend making the 3-minute drive to the beaches on Law Street. We would absolutely stay here again.. And again.. And again.

Overall the experience was great. The only issue we had were people showing up to do work unannounced. One morning we came out to do laundry and the garage door was open and they were working on a carport they had just installed the day we arrived for our stay. The last evening we were there, we were having a family bbq and someone just came in the back gate to take trash cans out for trash day. A knock on the front door would have been more appropriate than just walking in. The owners were extremely friendly.

Comfy spot in North PB just a couple blocks from the beach. Loved walking the dogs to the beach and my favorite coffee spots. House is a bit dated but furniture was comfy, kitchen was big and great for entertaining, and the dogs loved the fenced in backyard. And having a parking spot was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay. The hosts were very responsive to every request and super friendly. My only constructive criticism would be to update some of the kitchen items and hire a cleaning service between guests.

The property was well maintained and close proximity to the beach and restaurants. The backyard was relatively secluded and perfect for our dog. Alisa was great and attentive to any needs. Would definitely stay here again!

Greeted by chips and salsa, followed by a beautiful backyard, and bikes in the garage, this place and its hosts are truly remarkable. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing beach stay, in walking distance to all kinds of good food and the beach!

The property is just as advertised. It was within 2 and 1/2 blocks to the beach, and easy walk. Close to all other activities in the area. We will definitely stay there again and recommend this property highly. The fenced backyard was great for our dogs who traveled with us.

This is a super place in Pacific Beach. It's three blocks from Tourmaline Beach (maybe a 10-minute walk). Bird Rock and La Jolla is 10 minutes away by car. Lots of great food and coffee in the neighborhood. Crystal Pier is close by, too. The house perfectly fit our needs. It was clean, with a quiet backyard. The property managers responded quickly to questions and check in was a breeze. We liked it best because it was close enough to everything, but far enough away from the noise. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and often walked everywhere. We would stay here again if it's available when we come back!

The house was clean and super cute. Nice backyard with orange tree, lots of plants and flowers. Relaxing! Several restaurants within walking distance. Great hosts, who left us a little wlecom drink and snack to enjoy. Would definitely recommend!!

What a relaxing, enjoyable time my husband and I had at this quiet, pretty residence. We loved just cooling out in the back yard and watching the hummingbirds. Only a short walk to a beautiful surfers beach and to The Fig Tree, a unique restaurant for breakfast/lunch. Hope to stay again sometime.

Nice back yard for our dogs, excellent internet and cable . Great proximity to local grocery store, restaurants, and beach. Full kitchen and appliances with everything working. Owners very friendly and helpful. We plan on staying here in the future.
