Great staff. Very close to the station. The rooms are quite nice albeit a tad small.

Colazioni strepitose e personale che serviva splendido, complimenti a tutti. Buona posizione. Camera spaziosa per gli standard giapponesi. Molti set cortesia per ospiti, ciabatte, accappatoi. Ben collegato con la metro.

Nice cozy hotel. Comfortable and very clean. Liked the hot chocolate at the drinks counter. Walking distance to the subway. Many shops are nearby for food and amenities.

This was my favourite hotel in Japan. The room was cleverly designed with nice small touches - including having a sliding door to separate the entry and bathroom from the bedroom. A comfortable bed and good hairdryer. No problems with access to do laundry and we were able to watch the laundry status on the TV ( note don't put in too many clothes or they will take a long time to dry!). We were initially put off by the hotel not being on the JR Yamanote line but the subway system is so good you can go anywhere quite easily. You can also get the 24 or 48 hour subway card. There is a supermarket and a few convenience stores a short walk away. There is also a cute alleyway with bars but we did not get a chance to visit them.

- The room was quite big for Tokyo Standards. We were comfortable with a baby.
- It is not the coolest area but we felt very safe, it was quiet enough and in you were in Tokyo Station in 15min

I loved the location of this property. It wasn’t in central tokyo, or the big cities, but it was so convenient. The subway station is only a minute away, and there’s a supermarket right behind the hotel as well. When heading to the bigger cities, such as Shibuya and Shinjuku, you need to transfer trains, but it’s very convenient nonetheless. I would definitely stay here again ◡̈

Buffet breakfast was great, many choices to choose from. The hotel staff were helpful with our requests to set up luggage transport to another hotel.
The Eco cleaning should include cleaning the toilet, not just empty garbage and change towels.

The hotel has an amazing breakfast and a free drink bar (available from 14.00) is a nice addition. Rooms are clean and there are good facilities in the hotel (ice cube machine, fast and good washing machines, vending machines). The location is perfect, lots of good restaurants nearby and a big supermarket. The metro station is 100m from the hotel.
We had room for three adults, but only two sleeping blankets. It was not possible to get a third blanket.

Fantastic location to all amenities. (200m to the station, taxi pick up area, variety of food/drinks/restaurants at reasonable price and convenient stores.
Keisei Richmond Hotel provides individual pack of skin care including facial mask to pamper the customers.
Self Laundry Service onsite (500 Yen each wash+dryer).
The room is very small, hard to find some space to place my 3rd suitcase.
None of the cafe near by open before 10am in case you're craving for a morning decent coffee.

Hotel staff was really helpful. After contacting them, we were able to send our bags and some other items in advance and they had already placed them in our room.
Rooms were spacious and comfortable.
Hotel location is also a plus. When going back to the airport, we were able to grab a cab to Tokyo Station for a reasonable price (around JPY2000) and from there get the Narita Express, making it a great option for our last hotel of the trip.

Very clean and spacious. Breakfast was worth paying. TV was bigger than other hotels we stayed at. There was a small park nearby for kids to play a little.

It is well located, close to metro station and with many local restaurants nearby. Monzennakacho station is only two stops away from Tokyo station and in between Shinjuku and Asakusa. Very convenient.
The hotel charged 1,000 yen per hour for any late check out.
