We had a lovely stay at the apartment. it’s a large space conducive to a family visiting Jerusalem.

I always love staying in Katamon when visiting Israel. It has a special feel to it, and it's close to everything.
The apartment was great but it can use some updating; it just feels old and outdated. Also, the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are very very small. Once you take out the trundle, there's barely any room to move. Need to live out of the suitcase in those rooms, as no closets either.
1. There were ants in the kitchen and bathroom. I noticed a few bottles of ant spray under the kitchen sink, so it seems it's a known issue.
2. The water pressure is atrocious. There are 2 showers, but don't try using both at once, or there will be zero pressure in either. Even flushing a toilet while in the shower will severely cut down the water pressure. That was a big issue that I'm not sure if it was known, but was unpleasant.
Even with the above issues, overall, we had a great time. If I was to stay there again, I would prefer to see the apartment updated as well as the issues I mentioned to be addressed.

Apartment location was amazing - near public transportation and shopping. Nicely furnished with all the amenities a kosher traveler could use. Owner and building manager were responsive before and during trip.

We really enjoyed our stay in this clean, well appointed apartment in Old Katamon. Well priced and a very congenital host makes this a great place to stay in Jerusalem.

A lovely property in a fabulous area. Steven couldn’t have been more helpful prior to our stay. The property was excellently equipped which made our stay so easy. Would certainly recommend.

Steve was a pleasure to work with. My family and I got to spend a month in the apartment and we especially loved the natural light and mirpeset (2nd floor porch). Location was great for us—buses are steps away and everything we needed was walking distance.

We loved the location and the access to the bus to King George and Kikar Shabbat. Good instructions in apartment with nearby shuls, makolets and parks. Apartment is as pictured on second floor with no elevator with available street parking.

Our family very much enjoyed staying in this apartment. It was clean and had most of what we needed to make our stay easier. The kitchen was well stocked for the meals we ate in the apartment. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The bedrooms are a bit small but completely manageable. The apartment is only about a 10-15 minute walk from amazing restaurants and less than an hour walk to the Kotel. While there were some amenities we’ve come to expect from US rentals (ie, enough toilet paper for the stay, hand soap, paper towels), for what we paid, we were very happy. Getting to the apartment was a bit confusing, as we did not know that there are two 16 Dostai addresses and this is 16b. We would definitely stay here again and have already recommended it to many of our friends.

The apartment is located in a great location close to the German colony and many shuls. It has a well stocked kosher kitchen with everything clearly labelled and Shabbat ready to. The welcome guide is very useful. The booking of the apartment was easy and Steven responded quickly to our questions,

Our month at this property surpassed all of our expectations. The location could not be better -- Old Katamon is stunning, and regardless of whether you want to walk or take a bus, this location was close to everything.
A well stocked kitchen and a beautiful balcony were excellent, and nothing beats waking up in the morning to the view from the dining room. Plenty of storage for guests staying for a longer time.
The host and property manager were very responsive and helpful every step along the way.
Highly recommended. Especially for families.

This is a great apartment! We stayed there for two weeks and loved it. It truly felt like our "home away from home" and is perfect for any length of stay. The apartment is ideal for people who observe Kashrut and Shabbat. The kitchen is very well-equipped, as is the rest of the apartment. The location is very good, on a relatively quiet residential street but easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. A supermarket is five minutes walk, Emek Refaim about 15 minutes, and downtown is a 35 to 40 minutes walk. The furniture and beds are comfortable and high-quality, and the heat and hot water worked well, even on cold winter evenings. In addition to all of this, the owner, Steven, was great to work with from the day I made the reservation, throughout the stay and even afterwards. And the apartment manager, Itzhak, was very responsive and helpful whenever we needed any assistance, also.In summary, the apartment was excellent, and we would happily stay there again.

This is a lovely sunny apartment, within easy reach of the German Colony, Greek Colony, Town Centre and Old City with all the necessary facilities. We had a few issues which were helpfully dealt with by the Manager. All in all we had an enjoyable and pleasant stay at the apartment and would stay there again.
