The house is beautiful, with plenty of space for gathering and relaxing. It was clean, well-stocked, and had all of the amenities for a comfortable stay. The location right on the beach can't be beat and the pool is a short walk up the beach if you need a break from the waves. Would most definately stay here again.

This was the perfect place for our family of 14 ranging from ages 3 to 60+. It was spacious, lots of accommodations, double fridge to hold all of our food, and easy access to the beach! Only recommendation is to have blankets available. We are thankful for all the wonderful memories we were able to create as a family. Thank you for your hospitality!

A lovely home and location, well stocked and prepared, excellent for a gathering of extended family or friends. We would happily return to the same property in the future.

My family of four met up with my father in law and my sister, her husband and their 18 m grand daughter. We had the most amazing time. The house is impeccable. The nicest home with the most comfortable furniture. The setting cannot be compared. The beach is quiet, but sandy and gorgeous. This home is right on the ocean. I walked the beach (found 37 shark teeth) every morning and then sat on the deck with my morning coffee watching the pelicans and dolphins play. When the tide is low it makes perfect tide pools to play in for little ones. My teenagers loved swimming in the waves, ping pong table and searching for shells and shark teeth. It was a perfect vacation. Thank you for providing a home that checked every box!

House is beautiful and very well maintained. Layout worked well for our 13 guests. Loved that each bedroom had its own bath. Tons of deck space to spread out. Decor and furniture are fabulous. We especially appreciated that the Host immediately responded to any questions we had. Overall, a great experience.

The house was perfect for our extended family, from the bedroom layout, kitchen, family room, and decks. Not to mention it’s right on the beach! Jenn is very attentive and a pleasure to work with. Will definitely be back next year!

The house & the location was so wonderful. We were a group of friends, two are cancer survivors and this house was perfect with the elevator, large decks with very comfortable chairs. All in all this place is prefect.

The house is perfect! The view is magnificent and all the essentials were included in the house. Spacious and plenty of things to do! We had the best time. I would recommend this place to everyone!!!

The house is absolutely perfect. Great views. Love the layout of the house. The elevator and handicapped shower were great for my disabled husband! The double refrigerator was awesome. We will definitely be renting again! Jennifer was great to work with. The location is very convenient to local shopping for groceries and other items.

The owner and staff was very professional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will plan to book this property again. We highly recommend this property.

WE REALLY ENJOYED OUR STAY , THE GREAT LOCATION ON THE BEACH AND THE ISLAND MADE FOR A RELAXING VISIT. THE HOUSE IS WAY BETTER THAN THE PICTURES SHOW .

The business transition was fantastic, and the home was exactly what we hoped for. Highly recommended. Only short-coming for our visit was the kitchen equipment as we love to cook.

The Lawerence house really was perfect! It’s beautifully decorated, has an AMAZING kitchen, every bedroom has its own bathroom, and it’s right on the beach!! Our whole family enjoyed it, from my 69 year old parents all the way down to my 2 year old son. My 17 year old daughter found over 40 sharks teeth down on the beach right in front of the house! I have been visiting Topsail for 20+ years and this house is by far the best house all around that I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you Lawrence family for sharing your home with us!! We’ll be looking forward to September!!!

We have rented vacation homes on Topsail for over 17 years. This property beats them all in location, decor, amenities and cleanliness. You wont be disappointed with this rental. JM from Bath, Ohio.

What a great vacation we had staying here for a week on TopSail Island. The house is amazing. It is well taken care of, has beautiful furnishings, but makes you feel "right at home" at the same time. Kitchen has everything you'll need to cook meals. The elevator comes in handy when unpacking and packing up. Dining room table is the largest I've seen, and works well for any size family. Kids will love the large screen TV when unwinding from a fun day. Wifi is included. The linen service company takes care of towels and linens, so it's easy to set up when you arrive. Beautiful views from the balconies. Everything you'll need is there, including a foot washing area when you come back from the beach. Kids will have fun playing ping pong and pool when they're not on the beach. Jacuzzi and gas grill round out the plethora of amenities. Homeowners provide a binder with tons of information and tips for the perfect stay. The beach is just a few steps away. TopSail Island is the perfect location, lots of room on the beach, privacy, and a view to die for. Shells galore, sharks teeth to find, waves that make boogie boarding and body surfing a blast, and plenty of room to walk, run, throw a football, etc... Very family friendly. Wonderful sunrises, and you can see the sunset quite well from the top balcony. Lots to do down in Surf City, which is just a few minutes drive away - Mini golf, restaurants, souvenirs, the pier, turtle sanctuary, and more. Drive the other way and you'll find a large grocery store, and other stores and shops you'd expect for anything you might have forgot. Lastly, the family that owns the home is very helpful and responsive. Any questions or concerns you might have will be addressed promptly and correctly. That is re-assuring when you're in a new place. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation in this home. It was the perfect choice for our family, and I don't think you'll find another house that is as well taken care of or has all the amenities that this location provides. Five star rating that lives up to expectations and then some... We'll likely be back next year! :)
