Beach front unit with a beautiful 8th floor southwest view over the pool and the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the waves roll in from your master bedroom or living room balcony. This completely furnished unit is located at South Seas in a quiet gated community. Accommodations include king-sized bed in master bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom and a queen sized inflatable mattress. Amenities include a heated pool, tennis courts, boche ball, shuffleboard and an exercise room. Boat docks are also available at an additional fee. Enjoy many nearby activities swimming, shelling, golfing, bicyling, tennis, scuba diving, para sailing, jet skiing, kayaking and fine dining. This two bedroom condo has been completely updated and offers an upscale vacation experience that will long be remembered. Kick back on the balcony with a cool drink, the views shown are what you will see. The gated complex features heated pool, tennis courts, an outstanding exercise facility and much more. Great restaurants, shopping, fishing, scuba, snorkeling, jet skiing, para-sailing, shelling, Everglades tours, golf, tennis, Naples zoo, dinner theaters. Location was amazing, view amazing, accommodations & space wonderful. Beach was the best ever, lots of beautiful shells everyday to walk and find. Pool was delightful and heated!!! We will definitely be back! ❤️

My family and I had a wonderful trip and felt very comfortable and at home! We loved that there were beach chairs, and beach toys there for us to use. We were a little taken off guard by the $100 parking tag that we had to purchase upon arrival but overall it was a lovely place to stay.

Craig was awesome and quickly answered all my questions. Rental was exactly as described. We spent our 39th anniversary vacation and felt it was an amazing location and place to spend our special moments at. We will rent from Craig again.

The location although far away from the beach and a little bit of a walk I felt like was the best location on the island. Lots of shells and secluded from the rest of the island. The only negative thing that I have to say is there was $100 fee to park which was not disclosed and when you're a family on a budget that irritated me a little bit. Overall though, amazing experience!

My friend and I stayed the week of August 26th through Sept 2. The condo was very nice and clean. Very nice view. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and after our trips to the beach. The walk to the beach was very long and much farther than expected. The availability of a beach wagon was a deciding factor for our stay, unfortunately the wagon was a dud. We literally drug it to and from the beach the first day. The wheels were bent inwards! We did not even attempt to use it again! Very disappointing. Owner made aware. Had issues with umbrella also. Overall, we enjoyed our trip!

Our family spent a week in August 2023 at Craig’s and Caitlin’s condo on beautiful Marco Island. We enjoyed every day there. The condo unit was perfect - clean, comfortable, and packed with everything you need to spend time on the beach - towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and much more). The balcony view was great, the pool was clean. Check-in was quick and easy, condominium staff was very nice, welcoming, and helpful. Craig stayed in touch and was ready to answer any questions. Overall - we had a great time and would love to come back in the near future. Thank you, Craig and Caitlin!

We loved this unit! The balcony was one of our favorite places to sit. Not just take in the ocean but people watching was fun. The pool is nice and close. The beach is definitely a good walk and we would joke about crossing the Sahara desert to get to the ocean. The condo was the perfect size and the temperature inside was always pleasant, something we don’t always encounter. It honestly was one of the best places we have stayed as a family in a long time. Owner was awesome and friendly! Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time at Caitlin’s Condo. The view of Tigertail Beach from the balcony is incredible! There is a little bit of a walk to the beach, but the scenery is beautiful getting there. I highly recommend this condo.

Brought our two granddaughters and we all had a great time at Marco. It was just after the hurricane but most of the property was in good shape. The condo seemed unaffected. We enjoyed the beach and pool and super views from the condo deck. Everything we needed was in the condo including beach chairs and umbrella. We hope to go back soon and stay in this unit. Loved it!

This condo exceeded our expectations! The decor, furniture, well stock kitchen, beach equipment and supplies. Most of all the communications with the owners! I love Marco Island! I hope to stay longer on our next visit!!!

Caitlin's Condo was perfect for our family of 4. Furnishings and decor are lovely, all of the beds are comfortable, multiple coolers, beach wagon, towels, EVERYTHING you'd need for the beach is provided.
We cooked in many times, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including several coffee pots, toaster and blender.
The 8th floor view is perfect, overlooking the pool, beach and gulf. I spent time out there daily with my coffee and read an entire book I'd found in the condo😊 So relaxing!
The walk to the water is approximately a quarter mile, took us 10 minutes each way, which didn't bother me a bit. The ocean is clear green, warm, gentle waves, and pretty shallow. You can go out quite a ways before it's over 5 feet deep. The beach nor pool were ever crowded, either! I guess August is slow season in Marco, and we loved that! Several times, us 4 had the pool to ourselves. (Be advised, the pool did close at 8:30pm due to turtle season. I'm not sure if night swimming is allowed when it's not turtle season.)
Overall, I give Caitlin's Condo 5 stars, we couldn't have asked for more, and we'll definitely return!

We enjoyed our week at South Seas. The condo was nice and Craig was very helpful and prompt with replies. The walk to the beach wasn't bad and the sunsets were beautiful!

We loved Caitlyn’s Condo. We have stayed at South Seas towers before and this condo did not disappoint. Beautiful pool, access to beach. Everything was perfect. The pool was closed for the first 41/2 days we were there, which was a bummer but the beach, although it is a bit of a walk, was great with a lot of room and the water was warm! Our favorite spring break destination
We've rented many different condos at South Seas Northwest. We've never been disappointed with our stay. The owners of this condo were very attentive and concerned that we would enjoy our stay in their condo. We spent quite a bit of time in the open kitchen cooking delicious local seafood from Lee Be Cafe and Paradise Seafood Market.
We enjoyed reading and relaxing on the terrace. Beautiful views of the Gulf and the gentle tropical breeze made it even better.

The overall property was immaculate from the grounds to the community spaces! The property also has great security, plus a great location, which equaled to walking to restaurants, stores and ice cream (we are walkers)! The owner was very helpful providing excellent instructions, with pictures, including an inventory list of items in the unit, which helped us know exactly what to expect before we arrived! The unit was very clean and had a great view of the pool and Gulf from the 8th floor! We really enjoyed having our morning coffee on the balcony! There were a couple items that weren't perfect, but it wasn't enough to complain about or prevent us from potentially coming back! For comparison sake, we have rented several units in the past, including 3 on Marco. This made for a great vacation and anniversary!

Great Family Spot
The first time I stayed in Caitlins Condo was back around 2006 when my parents rented it. I was just recently able to take my 2 kids down to Marco and rent Caitlins Condo it was awesome! Beautiful view of the water and pool. We saw dolphins, sting rays and even a few baby octopuses. It’s a great central location on the island with lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. It was really nice to keep a family tradition and will definitely be back again. We all had a great relaxing vacation!
