This beautiful, new, spacious, two-story home is now available for your vacation! The perfect getaway for families or couples, this property overlooks the ocean and is only 200 meters from a secluded, sandy beach on Kells Bay, County Kerry. There are magnificent ocean and mountain views from each room of this beautifully landscaped property. The lush, green, grounds offer privacy, an outdoor dining area, and plenty of parking, including a garage. Exceptionally comfortable, clean, and well furnished, this new residence has beautiful maple wood floors in the living room, dining room, and each bedroom. With four generously-sized bedrooms, this home is perfectly equipped for a large family or for two families to share. The property is fully furnished with all necessary linens, and comes with a full washer and dryer. The master suite is equipped with a queen-sized bed and has a spectacular view of the ocean. The second bedroom has a double-size bed with incredibly lush mountain views, and the third and fourth bedrooms each have two single beds. Each bedroom is equipped with its own private bathroom. The kitchen is warm and sunny and is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils and brand-new appliances. The gourmet chef in your family will be right at home in this kitchen - every imaginable item is available for your needs. The large, entry foyer has high ceilings, tile floors, and a pine staircase and railings to the second floor. The home has modern, central heating, plenty of hot water for showers, and exceptionally clean, modern, bathrooms. Wonderful location. Scenic, private, just a perfect spot. The ocean view from the front door is incredible and the daily morning dips (bracing) at the nearby beach were memorable. Great location right on the Ring of Kerry. Agnes couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommended.

We were two families, 4 adults, 4 college aged kids, and this home had it all! Great location on the Ring of Kerry, a short walk to the beach, gorgeous scenery, amazing sunsets!
After a day of sightseeing around the Ring or in Killarney, it was the perfect place to come back to and enjoy a home cooked meal and then relax down by the beach to watch the sunset.
Couldn't have asked for a more beautiful place for our Irish Holiday.

We had a wonderful stay “under the sun” in Agnes and John’s beautiful spacious home with stunning views of the sea and mountains. The home was warm, inviting and equipped with everything we needed. The location was convenient yet somewhat secluded. We were close to horseback riding on the beach, lovely places to walk, and not too far from Killarney National Park, the Dingle peninsula and Valentia Island. Agnes was a very attentive host and was always very available to answer our questions give recommendations. We would love to return and stay again some day🌈 💚☘️💚🌈

Our cottage was very clean. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. There is lots of places to explore in the area or stay in and rest and relax.
Our hostess/host were both very accommodating and welcoming.

We really enjoyed our stay, there is so much to do all around the area. The house is roomy with nice size bedrooms, the back yard is lovely to sit outside and listen to the birds while sipping a whiskey. We just love Cahersiveen, the town and the people are so lovely. We are coming back next year!

Agnès was an excellent host, very helpful and welcoming. The house is very big and in a beautiful location. I enjoyed the fireplace every night, that was one of the highlights of my vacation.

Bright, spacious house with comfortable beds and an extremely well equipped kitchen. Wonderful views and a lovely garden, full of flowers. Easy walk to the beach. We will be going back. Agnes was so welcoming.

My family and I stayed in this beautiful house for 4 days. The house is very spacious, clean and has all the amenities you need and more! Agnes and John were really helpful and friendly.
Kells is a perfect place to you unwind, relax and enjoy nature. Would recommend to anyone and we will definitely be back . x

We lived the house! Ensuite bedrooms for everyone was great. The view of Dingle bay is amazing and the location was perfect! With 2 hours we visited Dingle, Killarney, Kinsale, Valentia Island and Tralee. Only issue is no wi-Fi and you must pay in cash. Both could be easily resolved. We would stay again!

Thank-you John and Agnes for our lovely stay in your wonderful house, would highly recommend to anyone looking for a secluded home with beautiful views across to Inch. Very secure for our family and 2 dogs with every thing you would need in well stocked house and kitchen, cahirsiveen is 15 mins away to stock up on groceries as is Glenbeigh and although the roads into Kells are quite small and windy, you get used to them quickly.
Really recommended for scenic, quiet and idyllic walks around Kells Bay and heaven with the good weather this summer.

An easy access stay within the fabulous Ireland jewel, the ring of Kerry. Surrounded by mountains and ocean. You’ll have plenty of breath taking views from this home. If you’re looking for a perfect sample of Ireland’s gorgeous landscapes, this is your place. The owners, John and Agnes have made sure that you have all you need to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. The kitchen is well equipped as well as the rest of the house. Bring in your groceries and you are all set for ideal rest and relaxation in beautiful Ireland! Expect to be impressed....

We stayed here for a week, ending 21 June 17. What a lovely home. Clean, spacious and inviting. It sits slightly up a hill from the beach and has commanding views of the ocean and the waves crashing into the nearby cliffs. The home offered plenty of room to comfortably fit our three generations of the same family. From 85 year old Nanny to 13 year old son, we all had a grand time. On top of this lovely home, that I recommend to anyone wishing to visit the Ring of Kerry area, are the lovelier hosts Agnes and John. They own and live in a B&B nearby and could not have been kinder or more accommodating. The B&B was right on the main road (N70) on the way to this home. We asked to meet at the B&B as it was easy to find. Agnes and John welcomed us immediately and then drove down to the home so we could follow. We were given a tour and left to enjoy our visit. Agnes checked in with us to ensure we had all we needed and were comfortable...we did and we were. She even invited us up to the B&B for a traditional Irish Dinner and conversation. The dinner was fabulous and I truly believe we gained new friends in Ireland. When it was time to check out, Agnes and John once again came down to the house to ensure we enjoyed our stay and had all we needed. We did and we did. What a great pair they make!I recommend this home to any to and to all.

Agnes and John are the sweetest people you'll ever meet! They took great care of us during our stay and even let us feed their baby lambs. The property was clean, comfortable, and in a great location to explore the Ring of Kerry. It's off the main road and in a small neighborhood so it's peaceful but it's not too far off the main road to make it inconvenient. We enjoyed walking to Kells beach several times and the Thai restaurant nearby was very good. During our stay my husband and I renewed our vows in a sweet ceremony with just us and our two teenaged children in the front yard of the property. We hope one day to return!
