About this condo rental
Spoil your family - stay at the best on the West Coast Beach. Capture the sunsets from the balcony of our elegant, Non-Smoking, 1900 SQ.FT. corner condo at the premier Beach Palms. Lounge at our beautiful tropical garden pool (heated in the winter season) for year around swimming. Lounge chairs and umbrellas are on the deck area and the pool is surrounded by swaying palm trees and lush tropical plants. We are a Saturday to Saturday building and are unable to accommodate rental requests to begin on any day other than a Saturday .We have recently switched our cleaning services to a bonded and insured company which is doing an awesome cleaning job for us! Our upscale, lovely appointed, three bedroom, two bath, oversized, corner condo allows you to walk down to the sandy beach right from the balcony staircase. The master bedroom and living room open directly to the balcony with a panoramic view of the calming waters of the Gulf of Mexico to watch those breathtaking sunsets every evening. The second guest bedroom also has a private balcony. Beach Palms property is well maintained for your pleasure with security on site. Our condo has one ground level private parking space.We also have a surprise closet filled with various items such as beach toys, floats, ice chest and beach chairs for your use. We do not monitor these items and they are always changing depending on our guests’ contributions and use. Keywords: Condominium

The condo was great! The owner did not know about work being done at the condos. There was no communication from the property management company that there would be maintenance work, a jack hammer, all week. It was not relaxing But the owner was very considerate and worked with me with this situation.
Please if you are booking a unit- make sure you ask what type of work will be done while you are there. That way neither of you are surprised.

This Indian Shore Condo was a fantastic find and I am so fortunate to have stayed here for a week with my husband, 2 adult children and 2 grandsons, ages 5 & 7. The 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is quite large, clean, very comfortable with all the essential amenities and more. The location can't be beat, with private steps off the balcony you are only a few feet away from the beach and pool. Great location, nearby to many restaurants and attractions. No reason to leave paradise but with grandchildren I made exceptions with trips to Zoo Tampa and the Aquarium. Easy to check-in and check-out. Vi and her daughter Dawn, were very accommodating and responsive to our call with questions about the AC and Internet. I highly recommend this condo for a vacation stay and look forward to returning.

The AC went out and even though I called the wrong #, Dawn got it fixed quickly. Very nice owners and they will quickly fix any issues in the condo. I would highly recommend this rental. Very large 3 bedroom condo with a spectacular ocean view. Beautiful, clean and comfortable. Thanks, Vi and Dawn, for a great week!

Accommodations were very welcoming, home away from home! Location was perfect! View was spectacular, Beach not crowded - family oriented. All stores, restaurants, etc. in close proximity. Relaxing & Rejuvenating! Best family vacation ever! We will be returning!

This property was exactly as advertised! Spacious with plenty of room. The VIEW! The oceanview deck gave spectacular sunsets and ease to the pool and beach with the connecting stairs. There are plenty of pool/sand toys and chairs for the beach. Vie and Dawn were great to communicate with and quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our vacation and R&R on the beach. There is alot to do in the area and only a short drive to Clearwater or St. Pete for added shopping and restaurants! This is our 3rd year staying and we will be back! Thanks again for everything!

Nice property close to beech easy access to pool and beech.. just big enough for the family.. tv remotes confusing and dryer didn’t work well.. dishwasher broke spent three hours inside working with him on my vacation… just found out I was charged extra free for clean up left laundry lol dryer was broke remember… lied about the couch bed being pulled out.. would never rent this condo again…

The condo was absolutely gorgeous, beautiful sunsets, and the great beaches. The one negative was the air condition. It needs to be replaced.It had to be set @ 74 or higher or it could freeze up. It was a very warm and we had a choice of opening the window for a breeze or shut all blinds to try to keep the temperature wouldn’t go up and miss the view.

We would absolutely rent this property and location again. It’s a great spot, easy walking distance from condo to beach and pool. Beautiful views all day and night. Restaurants and activities are extremely close and all personal family favorites. We hope to book again with them and this property.

We enjoyed a week on the beach with our adult children and their significant others. The condo was everything we expected. The direct access to the beach and pool were wonderful. We were able to watch the sunsets from the balcony.

This stay exceeded our expectations! In addition to the convenience of walking out of the unit onto a beautiful beach & the amazing views, this unit was clean, well-maintained, & very spacious. Lots of extras such as kitchen utensils & cookware; beach towels, chairs, & toys; and plenty of linens. The owner was extremely responsive through the booking process, throughout our stay, & afterwards when we left something in the unit. We loved it there & hope to return again soon.

What an amazing beach trip we had! This is our third visit to Indian Shores and we simply love it. The beach is beautiful, sunsets to die for and the crowds aren’t really crowds like 30a.
This condo was perfect. Very roomy for the four of us and the private stairs to the beach was perfect. This made it the closest walk to the beach we have ever had.

Our first trip as parents was a huge success! Our toddlers loved their time on the beach, running through the spacious condo, and eating dinner on the patio. As parents we enjoyed the gorgeous sunset view, easy access to the pool and beach, and the fact that the baby monitor reached the beach! We were beyond excited to take our first trip as two young families, and this condo was the perfect setting. The owner was super quick to respond to any questions and was very helpful throughout our stay. We made lifelong memories and we can’t thank you enough! Enjoy!

We received so many good vibes from family and friends who visited. Vie's property is the best we've stayed in on the beach, and we've spent many summers on that strip. It's a hop, skip and jump from Bubba Gump's and so many other places we wanted to go. Vie's place was absolutely fantastic!
