About this cabin rental
. Built in 2006, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath, log sided home sleeps up to six. The two car garage offers convenience and security for your visit. There are NO STAIRS AND NO STEPS. The open and spacious floor plan with pine vaulted ceilings and wood flooring provides nearly 1800 square feet of living space. The Golf Retreat is kept sparkling clean. The landscaped areas are maintained, so the community looks great. The Golf Retreat features an expansive Great Room plan with an open kitchen, perfect for entertaining! You will love the soaring, vaulted pine ceiling, wood floors, and cozy fireplace! The enormous Master Suite has a King bed and private bath, with a walk-in closet. You will enjoy the privacy of this split bedroom plan. Bedroom 2 has a King bed and bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. Quality bedding and linens provided. Tastefully decorated in a country theme. The Golf Retreat is conveniently located for quick access to restaurants, casino, cinema, shopping and more! Golf, tennis, hiking, cycling, horseback riding, and wildlife viewing are minutes away. Enjoy lakes, streams, trophy elk hunting, sledding, boating, fishing, only 15 minutes away! Sunrise Ski Resort is approximately 30 minutes away We will consider up to two small non-shedding dogs at $25 per night. A phone hardline is not available. Home is only available for a 30 day or longer stay. Keys will not be released until the manager receives and approves the agreement. Manager/owner is a licensed realtor in AZ.

Weekend get away, Cabin was clean we had no issues….the owner Chuck was excellent on communicating, clear instructions, on answering our questions…I would highly recommend this property.

The home is beautiful in the woods. It’s fully equipped and and has a great deck. a perfect neighborhood to walk: We will return to this house next time we are in Pinetop. So welcoming they fly a flag have real flowers and a wreath on the door, just like home. Julie & Brian D

Great location, Interior needs some attention
This an a great property in a wonderful setting. Neighbors are very friendly. The owners need to spend some money and update some things. The furniture in the great room looks good but the cushions/stuffing are very worn out. We stayed at this house a few years ago and the refrigerator had some freezer issues then and it still does as well as some places our food froze and some spots in the door did no keep food really cool. It needs to be replaced. The sliding glass door to the patio is very hard to slide. We used some WD 40 on the track and it helped some. A writing desk in one bedroom is broken and needs attention. Those things are all easy to fix and for the amount of rent charged the owners should really address them.

Pinetop - ski trip
Really terrific, well equipped and perfectly located property, very spacious with super gas fireplace. We appreciated the use of the garage due to the heavy snowstorm over night. Terrific communications, always responded quickly to questions. We'll be booking it again!

There was adequate space for the four of us and it was spacious.
The rental process was smooth, with no guesswork. The location was ideal as it was very close to Sunrise Ski.

Great location!
Overall great place and great stay! Community was a welcoming and a safe place to let kids play outside. Went over Labor Day weekend and it was warmer than usual. Thought no AC would be an issue but actually worked out well because house has wonderful ceiling fans. Thank you for letting us enjoy your home!

Nice quiet wooded area. Nice house and tastefully decorated. My only complaint was my husband and I felt the kitchen was not very clean! We pulled dirty silverware out of drawer, garbage in trash can and not enough basic supplies for a weeks stay. One Kleenex box with two tissues in it. No laundry detergent for even one load of laundry. 1/2 roll paper towels etc. Yes we will certainly stay there again but will bring basic supplies of my own and you should not have to. The blinds in the bedrooms were very thick with dust. Loved the house and patio was wonderful for relaxing.

Nice and cozy place to stay in the Pines
We had a nice visit up in the cool pines. The place is nicely decorated and you can’t beat the location, next to the golf club and our favorite restaurants.

Nice Pinetop Getaway
The only reason I didn't give 5 stars: the master bed is a queen, the king is in another room. Couldn't explain that. I like a real wood fire, the fireplace is gas! So, very nice place overall. Very smooth to get in. Also, Chuck was available to help me navigate the sat TV, so I didn't miss a bowl game! Would stay again.

Pinetop Crossings
We really enjoyed our Lodge specifically, the Pinetop Crossings community. We knew two other couples, renting for a couple of months, in The Pinetop Crossings. We loved that we were able to walk to each other's cabins/lodges, for dinners and card games.

Loved location, in June would need cooling, better TV in bed room and security screen on bed room door to patio, but overall a great place to stay. Nice private patio. Would go back

Very relaxing, accommodations were spectacular and location was convenient.
The home had everything. It was very easy to find, safe and extremely comfortable. We spent 5 nights after Christmas and used the time to unwind, play in the snow, ski and just relax. Would recommend to a friend or anyone!

Lovely property
A completely equipped comfortable home with lots of lovely amenities. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and kitchen equipment. The living room furniture is comfortable and attractive. We loved the outdoor patio off the dining area. We highly recommend.

Mountain getaway
Great weekend at a wonderful cabin. I have stayed at your other properties in the past and I have to say they are all wonderful. You can tell the owners take great pride in maintaining their homes and have a real eye for detail. The location is very peaceful and the home is inviting and well appointed. The home is large enough to accommodate a crowd and a single level which was perfect for my disabled grandmother to navigate with her walker. The kitchen has everything you need to cook well for your family and friends when you are there which is nice. The town of Pinetop is fun to investigate but just sitting on the porch is relaxing too! There was a nice art show a short walking distance from the home that we enjoyed on the weekend we were there. In addition to a wonderful place to stay, the interactions with Chuck prior to our arrival were friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend this property and will plan to rent again from this lovely couple.

Wonderful house. Great room has plenty of seating for 6, kitchen has all the cooking amenities you need, garage parking is a wonderful amenity and our entire crew...kids to adults...we're very comfortable. Will stay again.

Family togetherness!
Our stay at this cabin was restful, restoring and wonderful! The cabin was very clean and very welcoming from the moment we entered the door. The large living/family area was perfect to include everyone as we laughed and related to one another. Appreciated the large kitchen area - again promoting the family being together. Beds and bath were all clean and comfortable. The cabin was close to town and the ski areas. We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving vacation there. Highly recommend for a group of friends or family desiring a time away together.

Beautiful, spacious and impeccably clean
The cabin was so beautiful! It has three spacious bedrooms and a wonderful kitchen. The cabin was perfect for our holiday vacation, and about a 30 minute drive to the ski slopes. The location was convenient to everything, and we were grateful for the full kitchen, since we love the ability to cook our meals. Everything was incredibly clean and organized. We appreciated having a two car garage and the fireplace was so cozy.
