surprised and shocked electricity went OUT!!!!!!!

MY HUSBAND WAS ON A BREATHING MACHINE AND THE ELECTRICITY WENT OUT. HE COULD HAVE STOPPED BREATHING I RAN INTO FURNITURE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AS I COULD NOT SEE. WAS ASKING FOR ONLY 1 NIGHT REFUND AS THIS WAS A MEDICAL ISSUE AND SHOULD HAVE NEVER HAPPENED. IT WAS REPORTED ON YOUR SITE THAT THIS HAPPENED TO ANOTHER GUEST SO OWNER WAS AWARE OR YOU WERE AWARE.................KINDLY ADVISE ITS BEEN OVER 2 WEEKS [email protected]

Pleasant

Bed was hot with thick foam on it. Minimal kitchen utensils, rust on items in bathroom. Lacking paint & tired looking. Power went out a few times in the night. Glad not a long term stay. Will do a smaller rental company next time. Cleaning fee & resort fee high.

very disappointed

there was no breakfast. location was good

a note on how to turn on the shower because it was difficult to turn on, had to call and ask how to turn it on. The waterpipes from shower made loud loud humming noises after every use for hours. At night there were scratching and knocking noises on roof that kept us awake. The toilet holder stand was very rusty stained, gross. The color of the sofa was UGLY, and unpleasant fabric to sit on.

Great location, very clean and great price.

The property was very clean and immaculate, Convenient location to everything.

The bed was a little uncomfortable, you may want to consider a memory foam topper. Overall great place to stay will recommend and stay again.

Superb

Very cheerful, clean and the staff took very good care to accommodate us.

Their Email communications do not interface well withBookings.com thus you will get messages that are unclear with instructions that are unclear so the booking process when done through a third-party was quite frustrating. I also did not like their process of verification. I have never had to answer so many questions to verify my person before which left me wondering if I was the victim of a scam. Of course that turned out to not be true only because I took a risk and answered the questions. However their staff was so professional that I elected to overlook the process and book the property which I was very glad to have done.

We will definitely return to Seacrest Beach!

It was a sweet home, and the community was walkable and lovely. Everyone and everything was pleasant and very accommodating. Really top notch.

Tiny complaints: the bed is very, very, very, high without a step stool to get into it. And no potholders.

They can do better!!

Nice place, well kept, clean.

We weren’t met by any one, tried to call the local number for questions about parking, pool etc but no answer. Called Vacasa and they were helpful but we were on our own completely. Once we were inside the property half of the house didn’t have lights or any power. Rooms affected were the bathroom and bedroom including all wall plugs and lights. Overall way over priced for the way this property is handled.

Fantastic!

The cottage was perfect for us!

I didn't expect the room to be a cottage, I know it stated one bedroom apartment but was confused about it's location. I had to call Vacasa to verify the location. Other than the location of the apartment was confusing, the cottage was perfect for us!

Our 3 day stay was nice.

Location was great. Parking was easy.

Wasn’t able to use pool due to it being closed several times throughout the days we were there. Several times someone either threw up or did something that cause the pool to close. Pool was very crowded. Although we had a bed and pull out couch …. There were no blankets just sheets for the beds. Grill electric start didn’t work. (Must bring lighter ! )

Very good

We absolutely loved the location, so close to everything and the pool was gorgeous. It was incredibly easy to get all of the passes, wristbands, and access to the house. Bed was really comfortable and water pressure was great! Overall a really awesome experience.

Most of the furniture (ie couch, coffee table, refrigerator etc) was a little outdated. Both televisions could be updated as well. Kitchen utensils, pots and pans, seemed older as well- we used them for one meal but might consider staying longer and cooking more in the kitchen if those were updated and there were basic spices in the kitchen for us to use.

It wasn’t as relaxing as I hoped.

We were excited to go to Rosemary./Seacrest. The house was cute and the beds were very comfortable. The back courtyard was cute and we liked the top floor balcony. Booking our vacation was excellent and I will use booking.com again. It was very user friendly and good customer service.

The bathrooms all need an update (cracked/loose tiles in first floor bathroom and laundry). The showers/tubs are outdated for this neighborhood. The house Next door has a pool very close and there was lots of noise. The carriage house was rented behind us and they parked in driveway to our house which made us have to close the blinds on one side of the house for privacy(which made it very dark. The house on the other side of us was getting work done so people were on ladders(no privacy) and music playing. We have stayed in this neighborhood multiple times so we had the same expectation of other homes we have rented. Also, when we went to the beach, they now have signs that say private property and there wasn’t a lot of beach space for all the guests staying in the Seacrest neighborhood. I don’t like to post negative reviews but when you pay for a getaway you hope to be able to relax. Hopefully they will be able to fix some of these issues.
