Please make sure that you meet the following criteria and agree to the following rules before you book this home:      - You must be 33 years of age to book this home - A signed rental agreement is required to book this home - NO bachelor parties, weddings, or other events are allowed - Occupancy is limited to 18 people, exceeding maximum occupancy without prior approval will result in additional charges of $250/person/day - No loud noise after 9pm. Violation could result in removal without refund. - A valid credit card is required for all incidentals - Cancellation of a reservation will result in a loss of all rents paid - Reservations are non-refundable       After you book, you will send us your personal email address so we can send you our rental agreement. We will collect a credit card and ID to place on file. In order for us to verify your identity, we must collect a CC. You are agreeing to submit ALL of this information to us after you book. My colleagues and I (along with our spouses) attended a conference at the JW Marriott. We were fortunate that this property was available. Generous square footage and luxury features made this a real treat even though we were in town on business. Pool was perfect and hot tub a nice size. Anything we needed was available on the property. Communication with the managers was top notch - Tara and Tegan knocked it out of the park. We were taken care of from start to finish. Great location for shopping, dining and attending meetings/conferences.

This place is perfection. From the minute you meet Tyler, the property manager, you know your stay in this GORGEOUS home will be special. We stay in VRBO’s often, I’d give this 10 stars if I could. Every tiny little nicety is thought out and taken care of.

Beautiful home, stayed for our anniversary and had a romantic getaway! The master bath was immaculate! The back yard had a spacious patio, great for hanging out and watching the beautiful Arizona sunset.
